Sharon shifted uneasily in her chair and adjusted her cap before hiding her face

behind a huge book on Marxism.

Sh: Why isn't he here yet...Roz toh sharp 12:30 ko Library mein aake baitha hota

hai...toh aaj itna late kyun hai ?!

It was 12:33 !!!

And then she heard him from behind her ...

Turning around cautiously, she peered from under the cap...and she felt her face

go red and she grinned like an idiot...Ear to ear...

He was here !!

But wait...WHO THE F*CK WAS THE CHICK ?!

It was her...AGAIN !!!

Sh: What if she steals my Batman ??

Boyfriend stealing MENKA !!! 😡

Not that Batman was her Boyfriend...Yet !!!

Even as Sharon was lost in her eeeping over her Batman...Sonia "Menka" held his hand and was smiling at him...flaunting that God dammed dimple of hers and Batman smiled back...They were speaking in low hushed voices and Sharon couldn't make out what they were saying. She strained her ears...and managed to catch one word : PROM !!!

Her heart sank...

Sh: But I want to go to Prom with Batman...I've liked him since FOREVER...and

some dimple-flashing Menka in micro minis gets to steal him away ? This is so not

fair !!!

Sharon looked at the smiling two-some for one last time. He was the college's top

scorer...well-mannered...soft spoken...mature...smart...sophisticated...Awwwiiieee

cute and a perfect gentleman...

She was BEAUTIFUL . DAMN Menka was beautiful...Heavily lashed eyes,

Dimples , so curvy , and so fashionably dressed...

And Sharon...She looked down at her Converse, muddied from the football match

from earlier...Loose T-Shirt that could hold two Menkas in them...baggy

jeans...She ran her hand through her messy hair...It was nothing in front Menka's

glorious mane...Sharon hung her head dejectedly...and watched them for a

while...She felt her eyes prickling and bit her lips.

No . She wouldn't cry.

But she couldn't stand there and watch them either...So she pulled down her cap

even further and left the library , choosing to walk from behind the shelves than

pass by THEM.

Swayam was discussing Prom decorations with the college's cultural head, Sonia

when he thought he heard a low sob from behind the shelves...but by the time he

turned around, the person was gone. He was going to leave with Sonia as well

when something caught his eye...A blue binded notebook with the Initials S.R.

inscribed on it...

Who could this S.R be ?

Sw: Yaar...yeh S.R. kaun hai...

He flips through the pages...

Sw: Lagta hai kissi ladki ki hai...I should return it...

So: Swayam...I'll see u later then...and haan...woh questionnaire prepare kar

Swayam was walking through the corridor...with the book in his hand...

He enters his class and see the familiar sight...Weaklings and Dazzlers ka

Kria was having a really heated argument with Rey ...

Swayam goes and stands beside Kria...

Kria looks at Swayam and then at the Dazzlers n then walks off to her seat...

Just then, the professor enters the class and sab acche bachon ke tarhe beth jatae

Prof. Gupta: Guys...we have a project to be done...so I'll be putting u in teams...and

listen u have to work with whom ever I decide..Got it !!!

He makes the teams...Kria with Rey, Vicky with Neha, Vishaka with Ni

and...Swayam with Sharon !!!

Sw: Who Sharon??...This Sharon !!!...* Looks at Sharon with a horrified expression *

Swayam notices that Sharon's expressions turned from happy to sad...Sharon

quickly controls her emotions n replies back...

Sh: Why ??...You have a problem with me ??

Sw: Haan...mein tumhari jese khaufnak monster ke saath nehi kaam kar sakta...

Sh: Tumne kya kaha !!!...U noe wat !!...Muje bhi koi shok nehi hei tumhare saath

kaam karna...* Even though deep down she knew it was a lie *

Prof: Class...Keep quiet...and you two...You'll are going to work on this project

together and that's final !!!

Sw: Sorry Sir...* And thinks Owh God...someone save me *

Sh: Yes Sir...* Gives Swayam an attitude wala look...but smiles to herself *

The class was almost over...

Prof: One more thing class...From tomorrow onwards, you'll have to sit wit your

project partners in my class...

The next day

Sharon was the first one to reach college that day .

She was going to be Batman's seat mate .

Soon to be HER Batman

Sharon was making her way to her class through the narrow corridor...lost in her

happy thoughts when she bumped into someone.

" OMG dude ...err...I mean...Babes ?! Are u okay ?! "

Menka batted her eyelashes.

Sh: Yeah Man...I mean Sonia...I'm okay... * Sharon gritted her teeth. *

So: Oh..I'm so glad u are alright !!

Menka continued to smile that infuriatingly beautiful dimple-flaunting smile of hers.

So: Right...so...umm...I'll be off to class...

Sharon picked up her notes and loose sheets of papers and stuffed them in her

bag messily and left from there as fast as she could.

"Weirdo"

Sonia muttered under her breath as she watched Sharon leave hurriedly.

Sw: Look who is here..Sharon...were you really singing??I mean I

can't believe...tumhe gaane bhi aata hai and too Taylor Swift !!!

Sh: * For a second there, she was speechless but she quickly returned to her

senses* WTH do u mean by that, Swayam Shikhawat ??...Taylor Swift kya tumhari

chachi hai...jo main uska gaana nahin ga sakti...

Sw: Very funny...what I meant was that I never expected someone like you to sing

a song like that...I thought you're more into fighting and boxing...all manly stuff...

Sh: Toh kya boxing, football enjoy karne wale log gaana nahin ga sakte ??!!

Sw: Whatever...Sorry I even asked...Gosh, you're impossible...

Sh: Yeah whatever...let's start with our project...

Sw: Why on earth am I forced to do this project with you ??!!
