Wow thank u so so much!!!đ¤ The amazing response is just overwhelming!Seriously 34 pages!!!omg thank u sooo sooo much!!!!đ¤ And that is what got me typing this update in the middle of my semester finals! I have a tough paper in another 2 days time. So well the next update won't come that soon, but hope this lives up to the expectations of Arnav's guidelines!:p
And pulled her down beside him and saying "shut up and sleep Khushi" he pulled her in to his arms and laid down settling for the night.
And as Khushi started saying something and trying to get up, he just said the new line he seemed to be using at everything with Khushi,
"Khushi this is part of the 'guide to get a baby!' " and saying so he closed his eyes and tucked her bewildered head in to his chest.
Khushi opened her mouth to ask 'what he was doing by holding her down in his arms' when Arnav replied that it was part of the plan to get the baby. Khushi stopped wriggling and lay still for a few seconds.
Now just because she stopped struggling outwards it didn't mean she was in anyway satisfied with the answer she got, so she racked her brains to think of a possible way for her being held like this being connected to her getting a baby. And then a memory came to her head! The TV serial she watched! The couple had gone to bed like this and in a few days the girl had fainted! And then the mother in law had distributed sweets telling she was getting a grandson! Wow! Now she knew how it happened! In a few days she will also faint and then she will know!! And with the new found knowledge Khushi abruptly sat up taking Arnav by surprise and thus letting go of the hold he had on her.
"What the!"
Arnav also sat up wondering what was up now as she seemed to accept his earlier explanation and had settled down.
"Now what Khushi?" he asked feigning an annoyed tone, "Don't u want the baby?"
And he was rewarded with a mischievous smile in return and he wondered for a second whether Khushi had been playing with him all along.
And just when this thought formulated in his head he heard her telling in that excited childlike tone, "Now I also know how you get a baby!"
He stared shocked and Khushi continued happily oblivious to the storm raging in his head, "You were right Arnavji! Last week in my favorite TV series Rohan made Priya sleep beside him one night and they switched off the lights and in a few days Priya fainted and then they got to know she was pregnant!" she clapped her hands together in her glee for her epiphany, obviously very pleased with herself for having discovered this fact all by herself!
That was it and Arnav started laughing! He was laughing so hard that he had tears in his eyes and watching his reaction Khushi's mouth opened in shock! She had only ever seen him laugh so hard when she had flour on her face and when she danced on jiji's sangeeth! She just stared at the beautiful sight in front of her and remembered slowly telling herself that first time, "laughing like this u don't at all look like a laad governor Arnavji"
And Arnav who was still laughing just dragged her to his lap and kissed her long and hard on her open mouth while uncontrollable laughter still racked his whole body and he finally stopped kissing her and kept his forehead on hers and breathed hard trying to control himself, a smile still hovering on his face.
"Khushi u really are one of a kind, u know that?" he grinned as he let her go and Khushi sat back a little further from him.
"What do u mean Arnavji?"
"never mind Khushi!"
"ok..but that is how we can get a baby right?" Khushi persisted.
"No Khushi, just sleeping like that is not enough, they didn't show what happened after the lights switched off. Did they?" asked Arnav still grinning widely not even believing with himself that he was having this conversation with Khushi at this time.
"No.." khushi replied unwillingly, realizing there was still more that she didn't realize about this baby making business.
"So.." Arnav stopped himself and asked her, "Khushi I promise u, I'll give u a baby but today we have to sleep ok?"
Khushi nodded uncertainly and Arnav lying down again raised his eyebrows questioning her about still not lying down in his arms and finally Khushi sighed audibly and settled down. Arnav dragged her closer to his body again and stretched his arm and switched off the lights, the wide grin still in place.
And Arnav fell asleep soon to the most peaceful sleep he had in a long time while Khushi lay there for a long time listening to his even breathing and the beat of his heart as she had her head on his chest with his head on top of hers before sleep claimed her too after all the excitement of the day.
The next morning
Arnav woke up feeling something warm being pressed against his body and pushing in to his chest, and he opened his eyes to see Khushi burying her head deeper and deeper in to his chest while her legs that had gotten entangled with his through the night and her arms around him increasing their hold. And he was reminded of a previous night when they had both been at her parent's house and how she had practically kicked him out of the bed and then on the next morning asked him as he complained about it, 'what he knew about her sleeping patterns as they had never before shared a bed'.
And he smiled as she continued to snuggle against him, with a small frown of annoyance on her face as he had moved away to take a look at her face. Now he grinned, realizing Khushi was this time searching for his chest like a sun flower going after sunlight. So she seemed to like sleeping in his arms and he loved her feel against his body, so soft and warm, her delicate body like a small doll's against his large frame.
Arnav just tightened his own hold on her and buried his head, inhaling in the mass of dark silky tresses and closed his eyes once again deciding to enjoy the moment until she woke up. It took another 15 minutes or so when Khushi first stirred, and Arnav quickly lay still planning to enjoy her reaction.
Khushi felt the unfamiliar warmth engulfing her and snuggled closer for a moment before her eyes flew open in panic. And she encountered a hard chest and she looked up to see Arnavji holding her tightly and sleeping and she looked around bewildered wondering how this happened and little of the last night's happenings came back to her and she blushed realizing how she seemed to have slept for the whole night, holding on so tightly.
And Arnav who felt her struggling for a moment and then becoming still as a statue kept his eyes closed wondering what she would do next only to feel pleasant shock as Khushi brought her right hand away from around his waist and carefully traced his chest and abdomen as her breath continued to fan him.
Khushi soon snatched her wayward hand away from his chest and blushed, wondering how to get away. And after a few moments she started getting up and Arnav frowned as he tightened his hold on her, not letting her move as he nuzzled her neck and whispered, "sone do na Khushi"
"Ar..Arnavji" she squeaked and he opened his eyes to look at her eyes round as saucers and asked,
"hmmm..what do u want?"
"I want to get up"
"and'" he continued nuzzling her neck.
"Arnavji what r u doing? I have to get up. Pooja'" she trailed off as Arnav suddenly turned her over and came on top of her and momentarily rendered her speechless with a long lingering kiss tasting her sweetness early in the morning.. And then he pulled away and said with a satisfied look, "now that is how u should greet ur husband early in the morning! Not by telling u have to go away!"
Khushi simply stared, and then after a few seconds,
"Khushi.."
"hmm.."
"say something.." Arnav asked when she continued to lay quietly so unlike her usual chatty self.
"Arnavji'" she finally started, "I didn't brush my teeth.."
And Arnav stared at her! 'Of all the things to say!' he just shook his head thinking, 'typical Khushi to think of not brushing her teeth when we had just kissed!'
With a grin he rolled off her and propped himself up on one hand and looked down at her and said, "But u know when a couple want to have a baby they have to kiss each other first thing in the morning, u know to make the whole day sweet"
And he quickly kissed her slightly open mouth lightly on the lips again and got up and went to the bathroom and turned at the door and said with a smirk,
"Khushi, that is the next step to have a baby, so remember that every morning from now if u want to have the baby!"
Khushi quickly sat up on the bed and gently pressed her hand to her lips cz they felt different, swollen and sensitive. So she got up and went in front of the mirror and looked at herself wondering why Arnavji said all the things he said, 'was this really necessary to have a baby?' she frowned at herself, 'well he was the one who knew, after all her methods have failed. So now she had to do it the laad governor's way'. She sighed accepting the new situation.
But she wondered how long they'll have to do these things. 'hmm.. I'll have to ask the laad governor how long it will take, after all there is only another 2 months' she thought quite sadly.
And inside the bathroom another devilish idea had come to Arnav's head and he wondered how best to execute it. Then grinned as he decided,
"Khushi Khushi!"
'now what was that laad governor shouting at her for?' she wondered as she made her way to the door of the bathroom.
"Arnavji, why did u call?"
"Khushi I forgot to take my towel, can u give it to me" Arnav asked with a grin as he stuffed his towel in behind the shower curtain.
"oh ok" Khushi replied and went searching for the towel.
"Khushi hurry up!" Arnav called his grin widening.
Meanwhile Khushi searched for the laad governor's towel and came up with no luck.
'but I asked Hari Prakashji to leave it here last night! Where did the towel go? That towel is just like the laad governor! Even that has the aim to trouble Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada early in the morning!' she muttered angrily to herself!
"Khushi!" he again called out, trying to stop himself from laughing.
Khushi quickly came near the door " Arnavji the towel is not here"
"what do u mean not here? The just take a new towel out of the closet and bring it!" he called out.
"ji I'll bring" Khushi said aloud and smacked herself on the head and berated herself 'Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada! Can't u even think of that urself?'
And then she took a new towel and went to the door and tapped, and the door opened and he asked for the towel again without putting his hand out. So she had no choice but to extend her own hand inside the bathroom, only have her hand caught in his grip and the bathroom door to open fully and feel herself being pulled into the bathroom and the door closing behind her!
She slammed in to the wet torso of her husband and Khushi tried to detangle herself only to feel him snaking an arm around her waist and half raising her off the floor and carrying her towards the shower.
"Arnavji what.." she quickly tried to fight him off while asking, "u r making me wet!"
'that was the idea' Arnav muttered to himself and quickly concealed his grin and said, "Khushi remember last night I told u I'll give u more lessons of how to get a baby, right?"
"Yes" she replied looking uncertain.
"Ok this is it!" he replied confidently.
"Kyaaa?? Hai devi mayya! In the bathroom? What will a baby do in the bathroom?"
Arnav was finding it harder and harder to suppress his grin, but still managed to keep a straight face and say,
"we have to learn to have a bath together"
At that she stared, her eyes growing huge as she looked at the bathtub that was filled to his face again and again not being able to form any words for a few minutes.
"bath?" she finally whispered
'Hai devi mayya how can I take a bath with Arnavji? Devi mayya help me, save me! Couldn't u give people any other way to have a baby? Do people have to have baths together to have a baby? Isn't there an easier way?' she continued muttering to herself in sheer panic as Arnav's grin widened above her head.
"Khushi so u weren't serious about having a baby! I knew it! U can never be serious about anything" he continued in a resigned sort of voice, shaking his head to show his disappointment.
"nahi toh! I was serious! I want to have a baby!"
"But u can't even take a bath with me to do that! Oh oh.. Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada, u can't even do such a little thing! So how can u have a baby?" he continued in the same tone, knowing very well that if nothing else, challenging her to do something will definitely give him the desired results! And he wasn't disappointed for long cz she looked at him with the usual fire in her eyes and said,
"I can! Just wait and watch!"
He smirked at her further as he realized she was averting her eyes from his body as he was only wearing his white boxers and asked,
"so come to the bathtub with me!"
She bit her lips uncertainly as she realized exactly what she had agreed to! And then she looked at his mocking face and scowled and decided to teach the laad governor a lesson for doubting her and held her head high and walked towards the bathtub before she chickened out only to hear him laugh.
She turned back. Arnav leaned on the wall with his hands crossed on his chest and cocked an eyebrow and asked her,
"umm.. Khushi do u plan to get in to the bathtub fully clothed?"
lol ok that is it! Well I decided a time limit of 2 weeks for the deed to be done! i think Arnav can safely convince her by then!đ and oh I'll fast forward the 2 weeks in the next updates after this 1st day ends! So it isn't going to be that long, don't worry i won't explain every day!đł hehe so what do u think?
Btw how r the chances of her taking off the clothes in the bathroom? Give ur ratings if possible! Lol cz I still haven't decided how much I'm gonna make her take off so early!:p
