Rey's mom had called to inform them that his Dad was hospitalised .. he was having some breathing problem .. they feared it might be an attack .. but Doctor said there was nothing to worry .. everything was under control now .. he would be in the hospital for a few days under observation .. She asked Kria to come in the morning to stay with him for the day ..

Rey was worried .. "Mom , We will come now to see him "

Mom : He is sleeping now .. I am here only .. so why don't both of you come in the morning .. you could leave for work from there .. Rey .. he is out of danger .. Please don't worry ..

Rey said slowly "Ok .. but please please call me , if there is anything , however minor , it might be "

Mom : Sure .. Bye .. gnite

Kria had already pulled a t-shirt and was listening to Rey's side of conversation .. She knew Rey was very worried for his Dad .. When they were in Muscat , his Dad had his first cardiac attack .. they couldn't come to see him .. She came to Rey and held his hand assuring him everything would be fine ..

Rey suddenly hugged her .. he felt she was someone who could take him out of his misery ..

He made her sit on the bed .. he sat on the floor and he kept his head in her lap .. he wanted to speak .. but was not finding the correct words .. she was caressing his hair .. giving him the time to vent out his qualms .. She could feel her legs getting wet with his tears ..

Rey : Kria .. I envy you .. I have always envied you .. I have seen your relationship with yours and my Dad .. you get on so well with my Dad .. you know I always wanted to him to be my friend .. but somehow he was always my Dad .. Initially we had a lot of arguments on how he should run his business .. I thought I knew better than him .. I even mis-behaved with him many a times .. I totally regret it .. But I just can't let go of my ego and say a simple Sorry .. Why is it like that … Now when I am managing his business… many a times I want his advice .. Initially I used to feel .. am much better than him in handling matters .. but now I really need his experience

He was holding her very tight now and was crying and telling all this like a small kid ..

She came down on her knees .. cupped his face … made him look into her eyes … held him for a long time .. gently kissed his tears .. "Rey , your Dad is one of the best person's I have known … You are like him .. You are reserved like him .. you both are not vocal about your feelings .. Please for my sake when you see him tomorrow .. hug him .. I know guys don't do all such stuff .. But .. I am sure you will feel much better .. You don't have to ask anything …he will understand .. when he is better am sure he will guide you in whatever you need .. "

Rey: Are you sure ..

Kria smiled at him .. how can one not fall for this man … he is so strong sometimes and so vulnerable at times … just want to hold him and rock .. at other times .. just be in his arms and forget the whole world ..

Kria : Don't you believe me .. Mr. Reyaansh .. I am Kria the great fortune teller .. Son ,you have a perfect wife .. just listen to what she says and all your wishes will come true .. She put a hand on his head as if to give him blessings ..

Rey couldn't help smiling at her

She hugged him tight .. Rey: Kria , Please stay ..

Kria looked up see in his eyes … what he really meant by that .. did he mean that stay forever or some more time .. she wanted to hear it .. instead she said .. "I will never leave you "

In the morning when she was getting dressed she suddenly remembered the note in her clutch from the fortune cookie .. She took it and went to the washroom to read it .. It read " You are not far from your goal .. Be patient .. there are still many hurdles to overcome " .. she frowned .. what did it mean .. she could only think of her and Rey .. did it mean something about them ..

Outside Rey had seen her take the clutch in the washroom … he jumped and took his note from his trouser .. It read " The precious part of your life just inches away from you .. Reach out and take hold of it " .. he smiled .. he could only feel Kria's fragrance and her touch … he just knew that the note had a lot of significance .. he felt it meant about Kria and him ..

They both visited his Dad .. he seemed in pretty good shape .. Kria was looking at Rey .. She was hinting him to go and hug his Dad .. Rey was avoiding her eyes .. Everyone was in the room .. Reena and her family .. Mom .. he was a little awkward ..

Kria : Mom why don't all of you take some rest .. I am here now .. she said and took everyone out ..

Rey was thankful to Kria .. "Dad , I really want you to get well soon … I was really scared yesterday .. " Before he could say any more .. his Dad held his hand and simply smiled and said .. "Let me just be out of this hospital , we will have a drink together"

Rey felt like all the differences .. the distance which had been built up for all these years just vanished in a second .. he stood still .. he didn't know how to react .. it was so difficult for him to say a few words .. but his Dad understood everything .. he just came on his knees and hugged his Dad " Love u Dad" .. and straightened himself and left the room …

Kria had seen the interaction between them .. she was really happy .. she felt she can do anything to get a smile on Rey's lips .. the thought of his lips made her blush ..

(Beep Beep)

After a week , Rey's Dad was doing fine .. he and his Mom decided to stay for a few days at Reena;s place as the hospital was near and some tests were pending ..

One morning at the breakfast table .. Kria : Rey , there is some problem with my laptop .. do you have a spare one .. I need to complete my book as soon as possible ..

Rey : I think I have a spare one in the office .. I will have it ready for you .. I can get it in the evening .. Ok ?

Kria : Can I come and pick it up during lunch time .. I need it urgently ..

Rey : Sure ..

Kria reached Rey's office .. she was informed that he was out for a site visit .. may take some time .. but her laptop was ready and she could take it …

She thought she will wait for Rey in his office .. She saw the model of the 5 star hotel he was working on .. this was the latest project his company had bagged.. Rey had been involved deeply in designing it .. it was his baby .. he was involved in all aspects of it … It really looked very beautiful .. it was on the beach front .. a thought came in her mind .. they hadn't gone for their honeymoon .. it would be amazing here .. suddenly reality struck her .. Rey hadn't even spoken anything about his plans regarding their marriage .. and here she is dreaming of a honeymoon.. she sighed ..

She heard the door open .. Rey came in .. he was wearing a white T-shirt and blue jeans .. the shirt was a dirty and he was sweating .. she remembered he had been to the construction site .. Rey didn't realise she was in the room .. he took off his t-shirt and opened a small cupboard where he kept some spare clothes .. he was taking out another one when he noticed her .. she was staring at him .. yes her eyes were struck on his body … she didn't even realise he was watching her .. the look in her eyes made him step towards her .. she realised what just happened .. she turned her back towards him and stood .. he came close and held her waist slowly .. taking his sweet time feeling her inch by inch .. "Admiring me " ..

Kria was a little flustered .. " Yeah .. No .. no .. this model is beautiful "

He nuzzled in the crook of her neck " The one I have has no match" .. he started nibbling her earlobe …

She was holding the table firmly … his kisses were making her go weak in the knees .. she just wanted to let go of her head .. and lean back on him .. instead " Rey , its your office " …

Rey could feel her body responding to him .. he knew she was trying to control her feelings … he slipped his left hand gradually under her top .. said in a deep authoritative voice " I am the boss here .. I can do whatever I want "

Kria had shut her eyes tight … she had enough now .. she turned towards him and started kissing him on his throat .. neck .. Seeing this Rey pushed her a little further and lifted her up and placed her on the table .. she realised where she was .. she was on all his blueprints and other papers .. she looked up at him and said mischievously .. "I am sure you have never seen a s*xy blueprint before " .. Rey chuckled :you bet .. this table from now on won't be used for working … he winked .. made her back rest on the table .. unbuttoned her top .. dug in her deep valley between her curves .. Kria closed her eyes .. her hands gripping his hair .. and she locked her legs around his waist .. he was nibbling her biting her gently .. kissing her .. she was totally out of her senses .. she wanted him to come up and kiss her .. but he went on teasing her .. finally she gripped his head and brought him up .. he got hold of her delicious mouth .. they both were devouring each other ..

(Knock Knock )

They both jerked back from each other .. Kria swiftly got off the table .. turned her back to the door and started buttoning her top and ran her fingers through her hair .. Rey picked a t-shirt and put it on .. "Come in " .. His manager had come with the papers for the next meeting " Sir, these are the papers you had asked me to prepare , do have a look at them .. we have the meeting in next 15 minutes …. Hello Mrs Reyaansh "

Kria smiled ..

Manager : " Hope you had your lunch "

Rey sarcastically " I was just having it .." he eyed Kria and looked at her curves and wet his lips " I was just having my dessert when you interrupted me "

Kria had turned completely red .. she didn't know where to look .. She just walked and started picking up her laptop ..

Manager : Am so sorry .. let me know when you are ready ..

He left .. Kria also almost rushed behind him with the laptop .. Rey called out : Hey Kria .. "

Kria stepped back turned smirked and imitated Rey " I am the Boss here , I can do anything I want "

He literally took a paper weight and mockingly made an action to throw it at her .. She quickly ran out of the door …
