Chapter 10
Kriya was crying,she goes away from there,Rey follows her,she enters their room goes into the washroom
Rey also enters the room,he was waiting for her to come out,she comes out of the washroom,few minutes back because she was crying her kajal had smuged all over ,but now she had washed her face,she looked at him,he was waiting for her to speak.
the only thing he heard was,"I'm sorry" and she went towards the bed and went to sleep on the right side corner of the bed and she closed her eyes.
Rey was just staring at her,he walks upto the bed to the left side corner of the bed and sleeps not facing Kriya,both their backs were facing eachother
Rey wondered why was Kriya sad this was the second time he was seeing her like this,when they were friends Kriya never spoke much about dance,but why is she away from dance now when she loved it?
whats the reason for her sadness,he turns towards her and looks at her,her back was still facing towards him he turns and goes back to sleep.
next morning Kriya was all ready,last night she decided now she will not be sad anymore,she is married to Rey,who was her best friend MU's got them apart but now she wants to start afresh.
Rey comes out of the washroom and sees Kriya standing wearing jeans and a T-Shirt,it reminded him of their college days the way they always hang out together having fun,Kriya turns towards him and smiles at him,another shock for Rey,till yesterday she was crying and now suddenly she was al happy,she was smiling just like old days,the last time he saw her smiling was before the fight they had in college,it felt nice somewhere,he loved it when she smiled.
He too smiled back at her
she said,"Rey lets go our breakfast is ready and ya can we please go out?I am kinda getting bored here?
this was a different Kriya not the Kriya he met a month back,he repied,"Ya sure why not we'll go out and yaa today I also have to go meet my old friends,before he could continue she interrupts and says,"I wont disturb you wth your friends i'll come back home.
But Rey says,"No I want you to come with me,they want to meet you"
"Okay"she said and went down-stairs.
they have their breakfast and go out to roam.
they did sight-seeing for a few hours,it was all normal,they dint fight,they did not taunt eachother either,they dint even behave like Husband and Wife but they behaved like friends,not like before but still trying to talk to each other.
After the sight-seeing Rey says,"Wanna go to a beach?"
she smiled and replied,"yes definitely"
The reach the beach it was crowded but Kriya loved it beach,water,sand,wind it was all perfect,this was what she always imagined with RS and when she turned and saw Rey standing next to her,she realised destiny is very storng it can get you anywhere,circumstances made her and Rey's friendship break and she expected to spend her rest of her life with RS but here she is with Rey married to him,with whom she never thought she would talk to,as she took his happiness away.
Rey walked towards the see and walks towards the water his feet was covered with water,like her even he was happy after ages living life,because a few days before it was a drama and before meeting her again he was all alone.
Kriya walks upto him and stands next to him,both of them just wanted to live,together?they did not know but this was the only time they had for themselves,Rey turned towards Kriya and saw her eyes closed,he too closed his eyes.
after a few mintes they opened their eyes,Kriya turns towards him and says,"Rey?"
He too turns towards and her and waits for her to continue
she continues,"I know you can never forgive me for what I did,i took your happiness away,and I regret that everyday,destiny has got us together again,I could have never even imagined that we would get married,I am sorry Rey,I was,I am and I always will be sorry,I just want to say that I cant fight anymore or I cant act anymore,I have gone through bad stuff(remembering RS) and I have no strength to fight more,I am not asking you to be my husband,I am..." she paused looking at him,he was waiting for her to say what she wanted to.
She takes a deep breath and says,"I want you to be my friend...again" while Rey was just blankly staring at her.
"I know its difficult but we have to be together unless one of us die or again go apart and I cannot pretend"
His silence was killing her she wanted him to speak,"Say something Reyaansh",She said controlling her tears and her voice indicated the hurt.
She was looking at him,he turns towards the sea and moves a bit closer to her and keeps his hand on her shoulder,like a side-way hug she was shocked,he looks at her and says,"Only friends okay?you are right I am done pretending too,we can be friends may be not like before but definitely friends,from today we wont pretend okay?"He said with a smile
Kriya looked into his eyes and smiled back,they stood there facing the sea,in the same position because it was time for a new beginning
