Part 2
At the dry cleaners...
"That'll be 3 dollars."
Khushi eyed Arnav.
"De raha hoon! Calm down!" He handed the woman her money and walked out with Khushi.
She, without acknowleging him anymore, walked towards the bus stop.
"Hey! Wait! Khushi!"
"What?" She turned around, annoyed.
"Umm.. Do you want to... erm.. um.. like share a cab or something...? We're going the same place..." He ruffled through his hair.
She crossed her arms and rolled her eyes, "Really? Are you that desperate? Shakal se toh teek tak lagte hai ho, koi aur ladki pe line marna."
"Ji?"
"Darling, I don't remember telling you where I'm going so how could you possibly know that we're going to the same place? I'm not stupid, these are one of those desperate "guy attempts" and for the millionth time- I'm not interested so fu*k off!" She turned around towards the bus stop.
"Hey! Wait!" he ran after her.
"What! Hurry up the bus should be arriving any minute!"
"Ok so I admit, back there, that was a stupid guy attempt." He looked down embarrassed.
She glared at him.
"But now I totally get it! You are not interested and iss ladki se panga nahi lena hain..." He held his hands up as if he was at gunpoint.
He didn't miss that smile that appeared on her face for half a second .
"Thank you! And don't you think you should get going."
"Where?" He asked like an idiot.
"The club! To relive your memories from last night!"
"What the..."
"Home you duffer!" She shook her head in disapprovement.
"Oh! Um... yeah... Oh well would you look at that? The bus is here! Come on, come on, come on, we don't want to miss the bus now do we?" He litterly shoved her into the bus.

At Khushi's Office...
"Ab kya andar bhi ana hai?" she asked rhetorically.
"Sure! Why not!" He barged in.
"Hey! I wasn't serious!!" She ran after him.
"Don't you have someone else to annoy?" Grabbing onto his arm, she held him back.
"Actually, today's schedule is pretty empty, socha tum se hi kaam chala loon." He answered leaving her pissed off and mouth in the shape of a perfect 'O'.
He walked into her cabin.
She felt like banging her head into a wall. What has she brought upon herself? While mentally cursing herself for being nice, she bumped into Jasmine.
"Oops! Sorry!"
"No problem. And I heard, I'm really sorry." Jasmine placed reassuring arm on her shoulder.
"What?"
Jasmine walked away, her gaze set on the ground.
While walking down the hallway everyone was giving her these weird, possibly sympathetic, looks.
What the heck? She wondered.
She noticed everyone gathered at the notice board. "The List" for this month must be up today. Making her way to the front ( by pushing and elbowing everyone that wouldn't move) she saw what the commotion was all about.
"WHAT!" She almost shouted. Her name was on 'the list'. "The List" that pretty much stated that whoever's name was on it, is fired.
She walked into her cabin to see that all of her stuff was placed into a box.
She would not go down that easily.
Arnav saw her eyes twitching in anger. In the 2.5 hours that he knew her, he somehow was able to sense that this was not good.
"Woah, woah, woah, Khusi! Wait!" He saw her rolling up her sleeve heading towards a room labled "Mr. Mehta CEO".
He walked in to see her nearly choking the poor old man with his tie.
"Who the heck do you think you are! You can't fire me like that! Main abhi tumhe dekhti hoon!!!"
She would've given the man a heart attack if Arnav didn't come in time and carry her over his shoulder and head out.
"Sorry, thodi pagal hai." He explained as he walked out.
"Chodo mujhe! I said LEAVE ME!!" She attacked his back with her fists.
Everyone was watching with their eyeballs popping out of their sockets. Kisi ki itni himmat ki woh Khushi ko uski marzi ke kilaaf utha ke le jaye? They prayed silently for Arnav.

He placed her into a taxi and got in himself.
"What the hell was that?" She demanded.
"Chup! Bilkul chup! You almost killed the poor guy!"
"Did not! That son of a bit*h deserved that! And he would've learned a lesson if you didn't come along! I mean what I do is none of your business.!I offered you shelter for one night! Big deal! That doesn't mean stalk me around and follow me every where... Let me breathe man!" She said as she folded her arms and huffed out in anger.
He chuckled. "Are you always this fiesty?"
She sighed out loud, "Where are we going?"
"Or is it just today cause he angered you?"
"Answer me first."
"I asked first." he pointed out.
"I don't know! All you need to know is don't get me mad or it will not be pretty. I promise you that."
"Advice taken!"
"Now my answer..."
"We're going to get you a new job."
"What? I don't want a new job!" She refused. "If only you'd let me deal with that Stooge!" She mumbled a bit to loudly.
"Please stop the taxi." she requested the driver.
"No, keep going."
"Stop."
"Go."
"I demand that you stop this vehicle right now otherwise I'll file a kidnapping case against you!" She threatened the taxi driver who was now extremely scared and pulled over.
Arnav at that point grabbed her and pulled her onto his lap. Using his one hand to cover her mouth.
"Keep going!"
The confused taxi driver Harry Prakash decided to listen to him and continued on.
"Tum thodi der chup nahi reh sakti! God! You're going to thank me for this!"

Ok so this might not be amazing but that's because I'm like half asleep right now but my hands were itching to update this. Hope it was at least bearable lol!
