Oh it's explained in the beginning of this chap..
According to the circumstances babies go to like hard and tough childhood, they seem to age fast, like become mature, and in arias case, having a single parent, and seeing her mother struggle for money, and all, aria seems to grow older for her age, like become mature and behave mature..it's a scientfic fact..so aria tries hard to do everything, and if you remember the first time she spoke was when she was in a tough situation, she was trapped in the fire.
