after a lot of typing and retyping and analyzing every scenario i could thnk of after hours of thinking and frustration...uhh..well...lets just say Lipton Tea CAN DO THAT!! 😃

Part 4

Holding his breath he swung open their room door but to his horror she wasn't there. Just when he was about to turn around and run off looking for her he heard some hustling in the bathroom. He seem to glide over the bed and anything else in the way but came to a quick halt at the door. Taking in a deep breath he opened the door anxiously.

She was barely balancing herself on one of..well, what was left of her right foot and holding the left one in her left hand and a scissors in her right.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING??!" gasped Arnav at what he saw in front of him.

She didn't jump at the sudden exclamation but just looked up at him with enraged eyes.

"WHATS IT TO YOU!!" she yelled back even louder.

With a quick move he swiped the scissors out of her hand and flung it into the bin. He yanked her towards him and out of the bathroom. She shoved him away and glared at him. Her eyes were throwing balls of fire at him.

"DON'T YOU DARE EVER COME NEAR ME AGAIN!!" she screamed warningly through her clenched teeth.

"DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!! AND WHAT WERE YOU DOING IN THERE??!!" he yelled back trying his best to mirror the rawness in front of him.

"IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!!" she yelled back.

Arnav walked up to her and held her by her shoulders, "the doctor said to keep those plasters on for at least 2 weeks," he paused trying to keep his eyes from tearing at his next statement, "you have stitches god damn it!!" he said as if it were his feet that had been torn.

"I SAID DON'T TOUCH ME!!!!" she screamed back this time at the top of her voice. But she didn't bother to break away. Somewhere deep inside she needed him to hold her,...hold her firmly yet lovingly.

Visions of Shyam hugging her flashed past his eyes. Enraged that she was doing all this because she "loved" him.

"DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT!! " he retorted back .

"YOU GOT WHAT YOU WANTED!! " he shouted at her. Somehow he preferred to think of her as a gold digger rather than...

"uuUH AAAH!!!!" she screeched like a banshee in anger and frustration violently breaking free from his grip.

Arnav's heart shattered, he couldn't bear hear her shriek in such agony. He shut his eyes tightly and clamped his fist.

"I DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY, YOUR POWER OR ANYTHING--" she shrieked out in a demonic voice. But she stopped herself from saying what she knew was not true. She knew she wanted him, saying otherwise would've been a lie. She hoped with all her strength and more that he would pick up on how much she loves him.

Finally she fell to her knees, destroyed and defeated but not breaking eye contact. She looked at him, as if her eyes pleading him to scoop her up and hold on to her, as if telling him she could not take anymore of anything. Even if it was fake, just to shower her with the love and affection he did every time anyone was standing nearby.

Soon her hands rushed up to her face to shelter her cheeks from the infinite flow of bitter tears. And she sobbed, not out of anger but out of pain. She sobbed for each and every person who had knowingly or unknowingly fallen prey to his sick plans, his filthy lust, his so called love... She sat there on her knees and cried into her hands.

aww my poor baby Khushi !! This story is so interesting, i wonder if Arnav will fins out the truth soon and how he will react ! Khushi is going through such turmoil, you have penned it down very well !
