n my guess abt the pic tht she picked is tht its "Khushi's" ...may be whn arnav started feeling love towards her, he had it ...but wid the MU errupting in between, he hit it in drawer up-side down ...well its a wild guess 😕

my other guess was tht it wud be something relatd to their (Arhi) past ...but new MU cannot be introduced till we solve the older one ...Snake wali MU 😡
