Hi everyone, well this is my 10,000th post so decided to post an OS to mark the occasion! So pretty please do read and comment.

Khushi snuggles in to the bed covers and encountered the usual hard chest of her husband and she snuggled further in to his embrace. Arnav turned in his sleep and tucked her tightly in his arms. As the arms tightened around her torso she slowly opened her sleep filled eyes encountering the well toned body next to her and she smiled gently reveling in the warmth of that moment. And slowly she raised her head and saw the sunlight peeping through the poolside glass doors and reluctantly started getting up. After a initial tightening of the arms Arnav's arms slacked around her and she sat back and leaned against the headboard and gazed at her sleeping husband. He looked so peaceful when he is sleeping. No one will guess he is the kadoos Arnav Singh Raizada if they saw him like this.
And then she smiled mischievously and thought, "hm'they will..but who else except I get to see him like this!"
And with the same smile she looked down at her hands placed on her tummy..it was beginning to show a little she thought. And her hands unconsciously rubbed against the small bump as she smiled serenely and asked, "so my darling son is happy in there? Amma loves u so much!" and she giggled to herself at the thought of seeing a little Arnav in a few months time. The same arrogant smile and that temper! She couldn't imagine her Arnav's son not having his famous temper.
And she glanced at her sleeping hubby at that thought and scowled remembering how that was one more thing they have started fighting over! He was insufferable and always said it is a daughter when she said it is going to be a son! Laad governor always said he was hundred percent sure it is a girl! And well honestly she didn't care if it was a son or a daughter, but as he said it was a daughter she always said she knew that it was her son as he said that to her! And she really wanted a miniature version of her irritating yet handsome hubby.
And while thinking about these lines Khushi's mind drifted in to the happenings of the previous evening and her face flamed red remembering what has happened, or more like what must have happened.
*Flashback *
They had a pre-wedding cocktail party at Shantivan cz it was NK's wedding in another 2 days time. And she had a nice evening with her jiji and anjali di. And she blushed a bit more remembering the dance she had with her husband. And then as the evening grew towards an end she was feeling quite exhausted after running around all day and Arnav had demanded that she retired for the night. And well she was also Khushi Singh Raizada so she had struck a deal that if he also retired for the night she will do it. And just as they were beginning to argue on it the party started breaking off and the guests started leaving. And as only the family was left they had gathered in their bedroom to talk for a while. She had been leaning against Arnav as he sat against the headboard.
And that was all Khushi remembered. And well that didn't leave much for imagination; she probably must have dozed off while everyone was talking! She felt mortified thinking of what everyone must have thought, specially naniji cz she definitely must have slept against Arnav and looking at the shirt he had discarded halfway off his shoulders, he seemed to have not gone back and changed either.
And that got her out of the bed in a rush, thinking what everyone will say, they already teased her mercilessly cz of Arnav's possessive antics and on top of that now this too! She almost groaned as she dragged herself to the bathroom.
And after dressing in a baby pink Anarkali she quickly went downstairs in to a flurry of activity. And as expected jiji laughed when she saw him and Anjali di asked her if she had a goodnight's sleep as the chest must have been pretty hard while jiju and NK sniggered. A beet red Khushi resolutely avoided making eye contact with anyone and sent a feverish prayer up thanking for not making mami, nani or NK's parents be there.
And after teasing her for a while Anjali started explain the load of tasks that everyone was supposed to do for the pre-wedding preparations today specially as all their relations and frends were starting to arrive from today, and asked Khushi if Arnav was still sleeping and asked her to wake him up so he can also help out.
Khushi slowly walked up to the room and slowly sat beside Arnav and called him a few times and as he didn't even seem to budge Khushi shook him awake and said. "Arnav get up, we have a lot of work to do today. Specially the guests who stay over will start arriving in a few hours time. Di has given us a long list of work"
Arnav groaned to himself as he thought, 'perfect, just what he wanted! pesky relations, couldn't they stay away and come only for the wedding? This means his time with Khushi is going to be reduced even more, and already she runs around so much with only the family members that he hardly gets her enough times on a typical day. And ughh di and Khushi had both made him promise to stay home until the wedding happened and now with the hordes of people around the house even that time is going to get wasted cz no doubt Khushi will always be surrounded with bunches of people'
And as khushi continued to tug at his arm and he quickly raised his head off the pillow and dragged her on top of him and slowly rolled her over and without putting any weight on her tummy started taking his morning kiss, and pulled away only when both of them were breathless. Khushi was flustered as she started saying, "aap aap yeh kya kar rahe hai'" and Arnav cut her off by placing another soft kiss back on her lips and quickly moved on to her tummy and gave a few butterfly kisses along its length asking, "so is daddy's little angel having fun in there? Can't wait to see u" and Khushi's complaints died at her lips as she watched one of the most cherished moments of her life, watching her no nonsense Arnav talking to their unborn baby, and her eyes filled with happy tears thinking of how far they had travelled together to finally have this blissful togetherness. And she unconsciously tangled her fingers on his thick hair and ruffled it basking in her new found happiness. She never expected life could be so wonderful, but after the shadow of Shyam had passed away they had all put their lives back together and moved on, even Anjali di.
And she soon forget all about it as her sexy hubby pulled himself up and flashing his trademark smirk at her as he left to the bathroom with confident strides having successfully completing his morning habit.
And after that moment, the morning flashed away in a hurry as the house was flooded with guests and there was hardly enough room to accommodate everyone. And after a while Anjali came towards Khushi who was busy in the kitchen making lunch with Payal and asked whether either of them had gotten their dresses prepared to the wedding. And Payal confirmed this while Khushi slapped herself on her forehead telling, "di I completely forgot about clothes! And maybe I'll just wear an older one" and then she bit her lower lip thinking whether she will fit in to her older clothes anymore. And Anjali quickly brushed away Khushi's suggestion said,
"Khushi go with chote and get a new outfit"
"but di what about home? There is so much work to do! How can I go?"
"oh we can manage for a few hours, just take Arnav with u and pick an outfit! What do u think NK will say when his best friend isn't bothered about dressing up for his wedding?"
And nani who was also coming in agreed with Anjali and prompted Khushi to leave with Arnav and turned towards Anjali and asked if she had asked Akash to go and pick her cousin brother and his wife who were coming from Laknow. And as they got busy talking Khushi went in search of Arnav.
And as usual he was at the poolside working on his laptop and barking orders in to the Bluetooth headset at the same time. And Khushi quickly walked towards him and put her hand on his shoulder asking him with her eyes, what he was doing as he was supposed to help with the wedding activity, as it was the whole purpose of him staying home from work.
Arnav quickly finished his call and turned towards her and said he had a small emergency work and now that is done.
Khushi: "Ok then we can go shopping now!"
Arnav: "for what?"
Khushi: "to buy stuff of course!"
Arnav: "obviously genius" Arnav rolled his eyes and asked, "exactly what shopping?"
Khushi happily replied she had to get an outfit for the wedding.
Arnav: "no way! I am not going, khushi u very well know I hate shopping! I might own a fashion house but shopping with u or di is a strict no no!"
Khushi pouted and asked, "then who will I go with?"
Arnav: "ask di or ur jiji, they will be happy to come!"
Khushi: "they are all busy and it was di who asked me to go with u"
Arnav: "still the answer is no"
Khushi getting annoyed with his constant refusal said, "fine, don't come I'll take a cab and go alone!" and turned to go when arnav caught her hand and stopped her and quickly said, "ah khushi don't go alone for gods sake! I'll come! Just wait a few minutes until I change and come"
At that she flashed him a wide smile and skipped out of the room, while he shook his head wondering how she will handle a kid when sometimes like this she herself was so childish!
After a good two hours of shopping,
They were coming through the front door in to the house while Arnav was carrying the bags with an arm around Khushi's waist when they heard a loud "slam'." And they rushed towards the area where the noise came from and saw an antique vase lying on the floor in pieces.
And as they looked around for the source of disruption, they saw someone quickly hiding behind the sofa. Khushi let go of Arnav's hand and walked towards the sofa and tapped the shoulder of the person hiding there.
Well'to know who it was..and what happened after that..
