"four hours..." Arnav said staring into his wife's eyes...

"four hours..." Khushi said sighing...

Anjali walked into the kitchen and saw them...completely unaware of anything other than each other...she cleared her throat..."Goodmorning..."

Khushi jumped hearing someone enter the kitchen...she tried to spring free from Arnav, but he held onto her tightly..."Goodmorning Di..." Arnav said, still staring admiringly at Khushi...

Khushi looked at him and poked at his chest...Arnav arched his eyebrows trying to question why Khushi was so fidgety...and she just pointed to Anjali staring at them...

Arnav glanced quickly at Anjali, then back at Khushi..."what? I said goodmorning..."

Then Arnav felt his mind slap him...his eyes widened as he looked from Khushi to Anjali and back to Khushi..."DI!? Uh...uh..." he released Khushi gently finally registering that they weren't alone...

Anjali was laughing..."Chote...you really need to get a hobby OTHER than Khushiji..."

"DI!"

"Don't worry, it's the sweetest thing i've ever seen...you two are just adorable..."

Khushi and Arnav were both going bright red...

"Ar...Arnavji...your breakfast..."

"right...uh...i'll eat something quickly and leave..." Arnav picked up his laptop and gave Khushi a kiss on her cheek...momentarily lingering...

Khushi pushed him away playfully...and he grinned and turned to leave...

"Bye Di..." Arnav said hugging her briefly...

"Bye Chote...oh, i had planned on going out, but since this is your first official day back at the office, did you want me to stay with Khushiji?"

Arnav stopped in his tracks and spun around so fast it made him dizzy...

Khushi's expression was completely aghast...

"NO!" they both yelled in unison...

Anjali almost jumped at their united plea...

"uhhh...alright..." and she looked at them both studying their faces...

"oooh...do you two have a romantic lunch planned..." Anjali looked at her brothers face...he was practically devouring Khushi with his gaze...and Anjali nodded understanding what was going on finally...

"it's okay...we'll all be out...so you can both have some more alone time..."

Arnav and Khushi tore their eyes away from each other and Khushi quickly went back to cleaning and Arnav cleared his throat and turned on his heel and marched out...

Now that the ladies were alone, Anjali walked over to Khushi giving her a huge hug...

"Khushiji...i've never EVER seen Chote like this...you have changed him!"

"No Anjaliji...He always had this character and nature in him...I would like to think that I just made it surface...He had to hide behind ASR for so long that he lost touch with the man he really is deep inside...he is both, ASR and Arnav...one in the same..."

"Khushiji...i really thank God for bringing you into our lives..."

Khushi's face saddened for a moment but feeling Anjali's hand on her cheek, she brought her eyes up...Anjali was shaking her head as if to say..."the past is no more..."

Khushi smiled and leaned down to say goodmorning to Anjali's tummy..."Hello in there!? I know you can hear me...so listen up...i am very excited to meet you!"

Nani came in seeing Khushi chatting to Anjali's tummy..."I'm glad to see that i'm not the only one who has been making an effort to talk to this little one...i want him or her to know my voice..."

"Well Nani, you have competition..." Khushi said smiling...

"yes...seeing as Khushi definitely talks a LOT more than anyone..." Payal said entering the kitchen...

"Well if any of you would like to talk to ME then i'm available too..." Anjali said smiling...

They all stood there laughing...it was thrilling to feel this much joy in the house again...

Akash had come downstairs with Payal...Payal kissed Akash goodbye and went to see what everyone was laughing about in the kitchen...Akash joined Arnav for something to eat quickly...

"Goodmorning Bhai..." ...Akash was grinning as he scoffed down his food...

"Goodmorning...how are things?" Arnav asked inquisitively

"Just great...i am married to the most wonderful woman in the world..."

"Care to debate that for a few years?" Arnav said smugly...

"Oh sorry...well I'm married to the most perfect woman for me...better?" Akash said smiling...

"mmmhmm...shall we go?"

"sure..."

Arnav and Akash headed out the door...Arnav turned back a few times hoping to see Khushi but all he heard was her laugh...it made him smile...he groaned as he muttered out loud to himself..."these are going to be the longest four hours of my life..."

Love it absolutely but funnily even in FF's I can't digest Payash kissing...it makes me LOL🤣...
