"come here..." he growled...

Khushi's eyes got bigger hearing his command...

She was nervous...exceedingly nervous...

She slowly edged closer till he could finally reach her hand...he grabbed her wrist and yanked her towards him...

She stood looking anxiously down at him sitting in front of her...his eyes were blazing ardently into hers...

"Sit..."

She moved to sit next to him...when he quickly stopped her...

"sit here..." he said tapping on his thighs...

Khushi's heart felt like it was going to race out of her body...but she was determined not to back out on ANY challenge...she turned her body getting ready to lower herself onto his lap...but then she felt Arnav stop her yet again...

"Not that way...Face to face...put your legs on either side of mine..."

Khushi whole body was now quivering as she straddled his lap...she felt Arnav's hands hold her waist firmly making her body descend slowly...

Once she was fully seated he lifted her arms up around his neck...staring deeply into her eyes...she was lost in his gaze when suddenly she felt his arms around her waist...and in one swift motion, he pulled her hard and fast to his chest...hearing her give a shriek of surprise...

Their cheeks touching...

His breath on her neck...

His hands on her back...

She didn't know what was coming...she started feeling dizzy...

"Relax Khushi..."

"Relax?" she scoffed...

"yes...i'm your husband...we're not doing anything WRONG...I just want to hold you..."

Arnav smoothed his hands over her back embracing her more snugly to his chest...Khushi's head was now resting on his shoulder...

"I'm sorry Khushi...I was so very wrong...but I know that I can repair this! I know that i can, if given the chance, i can make you happy again!..."

Khushi was feeling lightheaded from all the emotions that were resurfacing...she had covered them with anger for so long...she had seen is change of attitude...his urgency to reconstruct their relationship...but she wanted him to suffer like she had...she felt his desperation when he spoke...and knew that he too had suffered when she did...he was hurting that whole time too..."No...that doesn't excuse what you did to me!" she thought...not realizing she said it out loud...

"Nothing can excuse what i did...but Khushi..." he drew her back to look at him..."you belong with me...you are mine...and i hold on to what is MINE!"

Arnav's eyes were delving into the hidden depths of hers as he said..."Challenge..."

Khushi held her breath...

"Kiss me."

And what can I say!! Am-may-zing!!!!! Loved it!! Yay!! Khushi's not giving in!! I'm sure when she does your gonna make it a huge finale for the OS! That should be interesting to read!! For now I can say- it's brewing, it's brewing, it's brewing!! Lol! And which idiot told you that we want short updates? I can go fix them up if we need to! Aggressive-Ashu on! But I understand sometimes schedules dont permit frequent and long updates but you still manage to which amazes me, so no pressure. As long as we are getting frequent updates I'm fine, long updates ONLY if you have time!!

Like I said again, I LOVE how Khushi isn't giving in!! This is soo fun too read!!
