Avinash walks into a room set with old Victorian furniture with the most beautiful cream curtains with pink floral dizziness printed. The sofa set's were in a maroon settings, but with out any prints, with polished rose wood. The round glass table clearly from France was set with some flowers, the pine fresh room freshener that came along with the centralized A.C. refreshed any tiered person who walked in…this was very often with this place. Head quarts, the place where they came for orders, the place at times when they had to stay. A formatted program were at lease ten rooms were always free at any point of time. The best medical facilities, any time you needed them they were there, a few perks that he got out of working with ICBI. Well not everything were nice, like the receptionist he had to go to now, "Hay doll, can you find me a room honey?" he asked in a sugary sweet voice. She gave him a look and clicked on her computer, "Slid you're card please." He did but at the same time said, "How bout I slid by card in a restaurant after dinner tonight, you and me?"

"Sorry I am not free." She counted coldly, "You're key." She handed it to him."

"Great I will see you around." And marched away, "She was tough." He thought.

"Avinash!" came a voice he turned around, and the sight made him think, "Oops I hope he did not hear anything." Aloud, "Shravan buddy what's up?"

"You and you're attitude can you never be serious?" Shravan scolded him. Avinash coolly put a hand on his shoulder and said, "Shravan just look at that girl, who won't ask her out?"

"I was talking about taking Diya out on a treat when she had lot of work the next day." Shravan told him folding his hands across his chest. Trouble was written all over Avinash's face. Lucky for him Yasmi decided to make her entrance at that very point. "Guys meeting in fifteen minutes come on…" all of them went towards the venue. Somehow the formals were every you turn made the place have a very official look, rarely did people were casuals at this time of the day.

In the conference room:

"Guys were is Natasha?" Shravan demanded.

"Right hear." She walked in, the youngest member of the group she too had to dress in formals.

"Good, so what was that you called us in for Zayger." Sham asked.

"Guys I kind of figured out how these people work but not completely." Zayger stated, his face had a triumphant. "It is like a combination of various games, that is the best way to explain." He clicked something and a visual 3d came to life, it was in the form of a chess board, "The white board is like our nation, the three parts; king, queen and bishops represent each kind of power. King is the political, queen is the economic and bishops are the religious strength's. Like in the chess board," again he clicked and the black coins disappeared leaving only the white "There is only one form of power for both economic and political. The strong one is economic queen who can do anything, weaker is the political the king who needs to be protected at all costs." Zayger explained.

"So the people are trying to get the king and queen." Sham asked.

"More than just that religions the bishops are used against each other…take Hindu and Muslim two powerful religions set against each other…like these bishops." Zayger continued to explain.

"So the other pawns, like the horse and soldiers are the defence forces and the people?" Yasmi asked.

"Bingo," Zayger again brought the black on, "the opposite side are trying to replace these with their own, but the game is not fair." Below the black ones came a whole set of checker coins. "They have extra power that the white does not have…these coins are amongst the white coins them selves," some of the coins stationed themselves around the white coins.

"Spies?" Shravan asked.

"Exactly Shravan spies." Zayger went on, "another case is the white coins themselves unknowingly give away some things to the other side…like play cards." Some cards appeared. "When they use them at the right time." One of the cards from above the black set moved and turned into a small bomb that hit one of the white coins destroying it another went similarly and placed a coin in chains."

Natasha gasped, "They get them in their clutches or destroy them…" but what about the others?"

"That is the worst part, unknowingly some of the people are represented with replacement of their own." Zayger explained and some of the black coins came and took to position of white coins Turing half white… "This way they spread amongst those in power." Sham looked on, "So they have three times our power and they use all three forces to attack upon us indirectly but how can we get solid proof against them?"

"Make it four." Yashmi commented. "Looks like they also use terrorist groups as part of their league." Little did she know how right her statement was, the next attack was going to be in the hands of these people. Natasha took a sip of her coffee, "They have the upper hand because they know what is going to happen and when, we don't know that how can anything be done?"

"A way has to be found…" Shravan responded thoughtfully.

"I am trying to figure that out but I just can't put my finger on it…it is somehow staring right at my face but I cant figure it out." Zayger mentioned frustrated.

"We will work on it as well, you have done so much that it self is very great. We will see this whole why factor thing." Shravan tapped him on his shoulder.

"Thanks buddy." Zayger and everyone got up except Natasha… "Why factor…" her face healed an unreadable expression.

Little did they know how true their statement of terrorism was, the goods had reached and the terrorist's had gunned down a whole army unit in Kashmir. Another fight had begun and new forces were called in to defend. Back in Mumbai >> Bajaj residence > Mukti's room: Prem healed up a bottle of red wine. "Prem you know I don't drink." Mukti mentioned.

"You do when there is a special occasion honey." Prem told her.

"Special occasion?" Mukti had completely forgotten, Prem switched on the news and the headlines said, "Terrorist in Kashmir have begun attacks again, a whole unit of the army was killed in open fire."

"Open the bottle Yudi, another successful work completed." Mukti told him as Prem happily opened to bottle…this was going to be great. "We can soon move over to operation plan B."

Back in the headquarters, Natasha filled a whole page after page with only one word, Why till Shravan walked in. "You all right?

"Somehow I feel the why factor is very important – they keep mentioning it in so many documents. I mean it is like why factor timing, why factor focus point, why factor that why factor this…I just don't get this point." Shravan too looked at her, the camera focuses on his face and goes back to Prem's room when Mukti comes back.

"Prem today is the day Sharath and Snaha are coming back, they called me, we need to pick them up in the airport come on." Mukti pulled him along to the airport. Prem followed reluctantly.

Karan was spending time with Prakshi, they were having dinner in his place, she tucked her self within him somehow feeling perfect again. Somewhere inside she knew that she would soon be gone. Each moment was precious to her when Karan slid his hands down her stomach, that was large now, commented. "I can't believe this is going to my child…"

"It has to be you are the only one I slept with Karan." She joked.

"I know…still I can't help feeling exited." He commented little knowing the price he was going to pay for it, she was in her seventh month now it was due in two more months. Slowly she tucked her self more comfortably and slept like a child.

This was when Snaha came back with Sharath and Mukti was jumping, she had never been this far from her brother. The sight of Sharath waving Mukti waved back when he came closer, he came to her and gave her a hug. "Chotu I missed you."

"I missed you too baiya." She said smiling and hugged him back. Then she hugged Snaha, "I missed you so much bachi." She said, and hugged her till Sharath warned her, "Careful about the child." Prem's eyes widened in surprise Mukti came away and looked at her for a moment, "Babi?"

Snaha smiled, "One month…"

Mukti turned to Prem, "You know what this means?"

"Sure I do. Party." Prem screamed Mukti rolled her eyes.

A girl is presenting a case before the judge; "You honourer my clients innocence has adequate proof. Starting with the point that my client on the day the crime was committed was not even in town."

"I object my lord he was very much in the crime seen. There is more proof of the accused being away." Said the attorney.

"There is plenty of proof you're honour." She said again, the judge interrupted her.

"The court asks you to present the proof immediately objection sustained." He bangs the hammer.

"Exhibit number one: that I would like to humbly present before the court is a copy of the bank statement of my client. Two days before the murder was committed he purchased petrol in a bunk on his drive towards the south Indian temple trip he was taking." She moves backward…a black cut offs with a grey top is seen. The camera moves up, Vishaka Lahera, the one best criminal lawyers stood there taking the paper from assistant and handing it over. "Exhibit number two: again is in the same paper, my client purchased a battery pack for his camera and some food for himself again with the use of the card and highlighted in the second page. This was the very next day, the third exhibit: she took the third paper from her assistant, is the bar bill were my client was having a drink alone at the very time the murder took place." She gave the third evidence, smiling victoriously at her client, her opponent could not question any of that proof, they had won the case. The verdict came out: "After looking at the proof and the clear alibi of Mr. Ujith Rasmanth this court judges him not guilty and releases him." Outside Mr. Indrar Rasmantn hands Vishaka a brief case, her payment. She dumps the brief case in the car when she gets a call, "Hay Prem what's up?"

"Snaha is pregnant." She smiles happily, she always loved Snaha and Udith was going to get a play mate. "They have organized a Charan Sai Masha" Prem continued.

"You wanted a party right?" she asked.

"Yes…but Kamini Aunty said that we should perform this one…" Prem told her.

"You will like it…trust me. Anything else." She asked him again.

"No…by." Prem cut the line. Vishaka went into her own thoughts, a girl who had like Mukti pied her way all the way though from seventh. She had more money because she 'invested' half her income in over-seas money and gaining a lot in converting them. She knew that if she ever had to face any issue her parents would be there to bail her out. Somehow she never needed to work, she could just hand around and no one would say anything, but she worked for the kick of it. Not when her first born died, not when her life was set on gun point. She worked, worked and worked. Snaha having a child was something that made her happy, it is nice to have children.

Vishaka smiled and went towards her son Udith's (played by Prithvic of KYPH) who ran out of his school. "Hay bacha how was you're school today?"

"Nice momey I got first in a test…teacher put gold star for me…" he went on as he sat down in the car. "Then…o I hade my whole lunch today!"

Vishaka reached out and patted his head, "Good boy." He took a sip of water from his bottle. "I have no homework today." He added she knew what he wanted.

"Teek hai mai tuma nani aur nana ka saath chod du…" Vishaka drove towards the Bajaj house.

"Nani…" Prerna turned around, to see Udith run towards her. "Hi Mom." came Vishaka.

"Phir sa pehen gai vo kapda?" she asked her, when Vishaka rolled her eyes. "Tum jantha ho na we are going to perform a Charan Sai Masha for Snaha."

"Yes do you want some help in the preparations?" Vishaka asked.

"Only after you're sisters bachi is done eating her ice-cream." Prerna answered both of them laughed.

Finally the preparations were begun, "Mukti…Mukti…neecha aao. The person you called for the clothes has come." yelled Kamini. Mukti comes down, "Ji dakia aap ki kapda…" The man places before Mukti various silk materials, she looks at them…the first is a sky blue material, "Nahi…kuch aur dikaia." He shows a magenta again Mukti looked sick, he showed her a parrot green Mukti shook her head (no), this time he shows her red and Mukti rolled her eyes. A white silk, "Achi bath hai buri nahi." The man showed Mukti asked him to stop and hold it, "Skirt ka lia achi hoga…hai na chachi for all the girls?"

"Yes beta…that would be wonderful. So what about those women who are married?" Kamini asked, Mukti began asking him to start showing some more colures first a brown silk Mukti gave a sick look, next came a light green silk again Mukti looked bored, gray again Mukti looked on, when a peacock blue silk was shown Mukti asked him to stop, "This would look wonderful as a chudidar hai na chaci?"

"Very good choice…" Kamini agreed.

The Gahr Bulai Rasam:

This is the one were the daughters sister-in-law is to take a whole load of items milk sweets in a large plate (like the one brought for shagun) with the red covering, another plate with the sweet made by the girl herself, the third plate was the dress for the girls mother another plate was the dress for the girls father, the fifth plate contained some spicy items (sweet and spicy), the sixth plate was of garlands for the gods statues, the seventh was fruits, the eight contained a circle made up of black paste followed by a very large circle of leaves, around that a set of jasmine's, this was followed by a bed of rose petals. Over the rose petals was a small statue of baby Krishna in his crawling stages. Mukti looked at the whole thing and felt she was going to faint, "Babi?"

"Mukti don't worry tumara saath loge aayanga. Kamini mama and Shirlandar papa will have to be there but I have to stay at home with Sharath." Snaha explained, "Now you would have to go to the temple do an aarthi but leave all the stuff in the vehicle and one important point you would have to wait in the temple for Prem you should not come hear alone, the girls brother is suppose to bring you hear and don't let the aarthi lamp get blown away be careful."

"Got it babi…were is my dress?" she asked.

"Mukti mai tuma tapad marna wali hoon. It is in you're room." Snaha smiled.

She was still having her eyes closed when she opened her eyes he stood in a simple white kurtha, "Come let us go…we have a lot of work." Prem nodded and took the car keys from her, "Chalo…"

Mukti and Prem enter the Basu house and the whole place is decorated and Mukti is instructed to give the aarthi to Kamini and then take the garlands and place them on the moorthi as she follows Prem who shoes it to her. She prays for a moment and so does Prem. After that they come back to the gate were six women dressed in traditional clothes stand with the plates leaving the one with the small god for Mukti to take. She takes it and goes inside were Sam and Anurag are waiting for her. She places the plate before them, "This is to inform you that you're daughter is expecting a child and hear by invite you for her Charan Sai Masha that is set next week." Then she takes the clothes meant for Anu and Sam give it to them…she also presents to the eldest of the family (Dadi) the sweet made by Snaha and takes everyone's ashirwad. She hands the sweet's filled plate to Prem (the brother is suppose to take it) she opens it and feeds him and he too feeds her. Everything is finished and Anu and Sam leave because they need to some puja for that small Krishna.

Everyone look just like they did in the out house party except Mukti who is in the white dress (beach party), Sharath and Snaha open a bottle of champagne and start the party. Everyone is dancing for a Chak Chak from 36 China town, Prem with some girl and Mukti is with some guy from the business circle. After the song the man goes away and someone else is dancing with Mukti, Kailash they dance for Zara Joom from Tom Dick and Harry. "Come let's have a drink." He pulls Mukti away getting Sharath's watchful eyes over him. "Sharath relax five minutes and Prem is going to get her away from him." Snaha told him and she was right after five minutes Prem and Mukti were dancing for Kabhi Alvida Na Kehena in a close dance.

"How did you know?" Sharath asked pulling his wife closer to him.

"I know my brother hubby I know my brother." Snaha said and it took a moment for Sharath to get what she was saying.

"Do you think they are in love?" Sharath was breathless, he would love to get them married after all Mukti was always his in charge.

[Flash back] Sharath is sitting in the hall and watching television, a small Mukti runs in yelling, "Baiya baiya…" Sharath's eyes immediately dart away from the television, he too is still in his uniform. "Hi choti school kasa tha?"

Mutki ran up to him sat down on his lap, "Biaya I came first…I am the one who got the highest mark in all the sections." Sharath hugged Mukti happily and said, "That is great I am proud of you!" Mukti hugged him back. "Yahi tehero…" Sharath rushes out and after half an hour came back with a box of Mukti's favourite chocolate. When he comes back Kamini is feeding her some food and Prerna is also there. "Namastha aunty, Mukti came first in calls." Sharath tells her handing the chocolate to Mukti who opens and shares it with everyone. She turns back to Sharath and asked, "Sharath can I go to the watter park tomorrow with some friends?"

"Sure…but be careful." Sharath tells her and both of them run of to play. A friend who is also there asks, "Kamini Mukti does not ask you anything, everything she asks Sharath. (same woman who mocks Snaha's birth) "Yes…we never interfere with Mukti Sharath takes complete care of her."

"This would not be very good…after she attains puberty." She began but Kamini cut her of, "Nothing of that sort he knows very well and even if she attains puberty he knows how to handle her…even better than I do." [End of Flashback]

"Snaha when I heard aunty that day I felt very hurt but when Mukti did attain puberty…you remember what happened." Sharath asked.

[Second Flashback] Sharath and Snaha are in school (final year) it is also when Mukti attained puberty. Mukti is doing her 6th standard, suddenly she comes to him during lunch. "Baiya…I feel strange."

Sharath looked at her worried, so did Snaha, "Kay hua?"
"Bas…I feel I don't belong in my own body, alienated kind of and strange. Like I am not…" she stopped and Sharath hugged her.

"It is because of you're age, you will get over it chotu you are now going to be 13 and two years latter you have to gain a lot of responsibility so hang in there would you?" Snaha asked her sweetly.

"All right Snaha but I still feel strange at times." Mukti told her.

"You will be fine…" Snaha assured her. [End of Flashback]

"I think that is when I fell in love with you wifey you were always there for me when Mukti needed me and for everything else." Snaha looked at him for a moment and turned back to Prem and Mukti. "He will take good care of her…that is what she needs someone to take care of her. Outside she is strong but inside…she is very scared…still screams."

"I know…" Sharath hugged Snaha, there was no one who could replace her.

Prem and Mukti on the other hand were moving closer to each other, Mukti would not look into his eyes they were too powerful. Prem on the other hand was passionate and feverish when Mukti came into his arms, he wanted to bend down and taste her lips, kiss her eyes go deep down her neck. Somehow holding her close had to be satisfying for now. "What emotion is this that bounds me to you Mukti. What power is this that binds the two of us with an invisible string." Prem thought. At the end of the song he simply moved away, no drink could give him the satisfaction he felt at the very moment the sweet aroma of her healed on to him, like tender perfume a smile dreamy as he moved towards Tushar who was dancing with Sia.

In the elders party, Bajaj and Prerna, Anurag and Sam, Shilandar and Kamini were dancing for a very romantic old song. A large cake holds the words "Happy friendships day." But holds uncut till both parties are to collide in the garden. The time has come…everyone gather up and again go on celebrating. "Alright everyone this cake has to be cut by two best friends who have another reason to celebrate," Prem spoke into the microphone, "Snaha and Sharath the proud patents." Snaha and Sharath step up and cut the cake…
