Part-20

Previously-

She was untangling herself from the sheets and trying to get off the bed .Old wrinkled hands supported her shoulders.Mrs D'souza helped ananya freshen-up.With water splashed on her face Ananya felt some semblance of normalcy. With proper glance at the room,it finally came to her that she was in Veer's room.Same room where her heart was shattered when Veer explained the reality of their marriage and had took off.

PART 21

"You really scared us.Thank god now your back home"cupping Ananya's face Mrs D'souza said.

"Nanny this is not my home.No one wants me here...Veer doesn't want me here. Woh mujhse pyaar nahi karta aur shayad jo piyu ke saath hua uske baad woh mujhse nafrat karta hoga.."

Grimancing nanny said.''main janti hoon anu jiss tarah se tum veer ko chahti ho uss tarah veer tumhe nahi chahta. Aur shayad tumhe iss bhram (illusion) mein rakhne ke liye main hi zimedaar hoon.Maine tumhe poori sachaayi nahi batayi ...But anu tumhe andhere se nikalne ke liye mere pass jo bhi rasta tha maine woh chuna.Aur ye karte huye main janti hoon tumhara dil dukha hai.Par kabhi kabhi kuch sahi karne ke liye galat rasta apnana padta hai"

Ananya was quitely pondering about what nanny said but she still wasn't convinced it was right to stay in Singh mansion,eventhough legally she owned it as she was major shareholder in Singh and as well as Khurrana industries.

"Ananya main manti hoon ke Veer tumhe nahi pyaar karta par iska matlab ye nahi woh tumse nafrat karta hai."

'par...'

Mrs D'souza shushed ananya telling that these things could be discussed later,ananya's health was more important.

Hours later Mrs D'souza made sure ananya was well fed,doctor came to check her vitals and gave a clean chit.

Veer was siting by the poolside lost in his thoughts, sightless gazing at moon reflecting in the water,soon the moon was replaced by ananya's reflection.Lifting his head he met ananya's nervous gaze.

'Hi'

'Hi' Veer replied.

Eyes locking with each other .Veer first broke the eye contact.

'Please come seat .you shouldn't be standing.'

Agreeing with him she took the seat .Both of them seated at two ends of the couch,looking anywhere but at each other.

'I m sorr...'

'Thank y...'

Both of them blurted out together .

'Why are you thanking me.The way I behaved with...'

'Veer nanny told me about how you got me back...'

'But because my behaivour and negligence...'

"Veer its not your fault in whatever happened".

" Its just that being in dark, you came as a ray of hope to me" With sad smile she continued "My knight in shinning armor on white horse.And I forgot the reality."

They shared mutual silence bonded by marriage yet stranded in different islands of loneliness.

"Its getting late .Good Night Veer"

She gingerly got up and was walking off.Half way across the poolside,She turned back as veer called after her.

"Ananya"

Suddenly she was facing her knight shining in moonlight clad in black full sleeved Tshirt.

Looking every bit of Prince charming.

She in her bedraggled self ,washed off complexion,loose shirt and long cotton skirt ,hair plaited yet they were frizzed out.

Suddenly veer extended his hand "Friends.Kya mujhse dosti karogi"

waiting for this up...such a lovely update...but too short...but its ok...like it vry much...so now they are friends..i know she will agree for his friendship...n good description of prince charming loved it..i hope love will blossom soon between them
