Angad comes down and sits down with everyone to have breakfast. Kripa comes and sits next to nina. They were all eating when nina speaks
N: to kripa) beta do u want to go shopping with me…im going there and I thought ur cloths were stolen so u might need to buy new ones
K: sure mom….I need to ask angad first
A: shocked and surprised)
K: vo actually I don't go anywhere with out asking angad that's why
A: surprised)
K: angad can I go with mom
A: sure…u don't need to take my permission
K: smiles to him) can I barrow some money….
A: sure (takes his Walt out) how much do u want
K: smiles big to him) im not sure…can I have the credit card
A: sure (hands her his credit card)
K: smiles and speaks again) oh…I forgot…I cant use it…I mean its ur credit card and they wont let me buy anything
N: its ok beta…now u guys are married…angad u didn't add her name to urs
A: mom I forgot
N: its ok…go and call right now
A: yes mom (finishes his breakfast and leaves up to his room)
Kripa goes to their room few mints later
K: smiles to him) thanks
A: for what?
K: for ur card
A: its ok….don't lose it there is lots of money inside
K: I will make sure I don't….how much is there
A: I don't know a lot…how much do u need
K: ek rupee
A: confused) huh?
K: smiles to him) I will leave one rupee inside this card so incase u need to buy a drink for ur self
A: what? And the rest money
K: since im daughter-in-law of this big house….I need to buy lots of stuff and spend lots of money(smiles to him) right
A: but kripa my money
K: did u call the place and add my name
A: yea?
K: than now its my money….not urs
A: shocked) hey that's not fair
K: everything is fair in love and war
A: give my card back
K: shouts) mom angad want to
A: holds her mouth with his hand) shhhh…ur such a black mailer
K: smiles to him) ok bye now (leaves)
Kripa and nina goes to the mall and shop lots of cloths and lots of new things. After 5 hours later angad was in the office working when someone inters
A: looks up and surprised) kripa
K: goes inside and sits in the chair in front of him) can I see ur Walt
A: what are u doing here (hands her his Walt)
K: takes it and takes a card out then hands him his card back) thanks
A: what are u doing?
K: I need more money that's why
A: shocked and his mouth drops open) what?
K: yea I need to buy some more things
A: what happen to all those money
K: I spent them
A: shocked) what? Do u know how much there was
K: kind of
A: there was 4 lake inside
K: yea so
A: that's lots of money
K: I don't care
A: but kripa
K: what?
A: shakes his head) do u want anything to drink
K: no thanks
A: ok
K: I will take coke
A: u just said no thanks
K: I change my mined
A: sigh) ok
Next day everyone was eating breakfast and kripa comes down. Angad was eating when he sees kripa. He couldn't believe his eyes what he was seeing. Kripa wore beautiful purple sari with matching jewelry. She looked simply beautiful. Angad was so happy to see her like that. Kripa came down then set next to angad.
N: wow beta u look really good
K: thanks mom
Angad was still staring at her. Kripa notice and kicks his leg.
A: ouch
N: what happen beta
A: nothing mom…
Everyone finishes breakfast and kripa leaves to angads grandpas room. She nocks at the door.
K: may I come in
The old man looks at kripa. The old man was around age of 70.
Old man=O (played by Amrish puri)
O: of course beti come in
Kripa walk inside the room and sits next to the old man who was siting in his chair next to the window
O: how are u beti
K: im good …what are u doing here…lets go out
O: laughs) me and out…no thank you…I cant
K: why not?
O: im to old
K: said who
O: laughs)
K: C'mon baba….if u go out side u will see people older then u walking and running…
O: laughs again)
Kripa and the old man talks for few mints and kripa tells him some jokes will the old man laughs. The old man gets really happy and thanks god to get such a good daughter-in-law. Kripa takes the old man out with her. They start walking on the park and the old man gets tired.
K: oh baba ur tired
O: laughs) in this age of course I will get tired fast
K: u know the thing that makes u tired is this stick u carry with u
O: this helps me walk
K: u don't need to use that…u could walk really good….C'mon I will show u
Kripa holds from his hand and makes him stand. They walk a little bit and kripa wouldn't let the old man use his stick for suport.
Few days passes by. The whole family starts to like kripa a lot. Angad was at work all the time and he didn't know what was going on. Kripa everyday now would go for joge with the old man. Everyone was really happy to see the old man walk again good and he started laughing again. When the old mans wife passed away a 2 years back he started not talk to the family much always in his room. Since kripa came he started laughing and eating with the whole family beakfast, lunch and dinner. Kripa became best friends with angads sister Krishma.
A month later its carwachut(spelling)
Every wome in the house was fasting for their husbands. Angad didn't know if kripa was fasting for him or not. It was at night around 8 and people were walking around the house getting things ready. Kripa changed in to red dress that nina give her. Angad came inside the room and saw kripa ready.
A: ur looking beautiful
K: thanks
A: umm kripa…
K: what do u want
A: ummm….
K: are u just keep going to say ummm or something else
A: are u fasting for me
K: laughs) me and fast for u…in ur dreams
A: u mean ur not
K: of course not….why would I fast for u
A: every wifes does for their husbands
K: and I told u like more than hundered times that im not ur wife
A: but kripa
K: whatever
Kripa leaves from the room down. Angad goes behind her and kripa stops by sweets. She takes on in her hand and smiles to angad, trying to make him think she didn't fast for him. As angad sees her holding sweet in her hand he gets disappointed and turns around and leves. When kripa sees him leave she turns around and throws the sweets in the garbeg then walk to nina. Kripa didn't know that angad was watching her. Angad saw her throw the sweet away and smiled to him self.
The moon came out and everyone got ready to do the poja. Kripa stood in front of angad holing the round thing in front of him.(don't know whats it called). Angad smiled at her will kripa did the poja. Now it was time for kripa to touch angad feet.
K: im not going to touch ur feet
A: u have to
K: what if I don't
A: mom is looking…touch my feet
K: looks at him angry) ok fine I will just pretend but I will touch the ground not ur stupid feets
Kripa bends down and pretend to touch the floor. Someone calls angads name and he looks away. Kripa sees angad is not looking she slowly touches his feet with out him notice then touchs her forhead. She gets up and smiles at angad.
K: ok all done
A: I havent feed u yet
K: im full
A: what did u eat
K: lots of things
A: oh really
K: yea
A: but as far as I remember I was watching u all the time and I never saw u eat anything
K: no I did eat
A: C'mon kripa u don't need to lie to me
K: im not lieing
A: ur face is saying u are
K: looks at him angry)
A: smiles and takes the water) here drink it
K: looks away)
Angad puts his finger on her cheen and moves her face facing him then slowly makes her drink the water. After drinking the water kripa looks down and angad smiles.
A: thanks
K: looks at him) for what?
A: for fasting for me
K: walks away from there)
Angad smiles to him self and was really happy.
