He slid his turban off to expose his face.

It was Arnav. Looking deep in her shocked and emotionless eyes. Assuring her everything will be okay.

Her eyes filled with tears. She was confused. She didn't know what was going on.

"Ar-Arnav.." she barely whispered as Arnav smiled lovingly at her. He let go of her and looked around to see everyone staring at Arnav. Arnav swalload a big lump and opened his mouth to explain. But Shayam walked fiercly towards the group throwing daggers through his eyes. Arnav quickly stood in front of Khushi becoming a shield for her.

"How DARE YOU?!!?!" Shayam attempted to throw a punch at him but Arnav pushed him forcefully away from them. Shayam fell unable to deliver his punch. Arnav walked up to him and said, "I thought you were tied up Ji-Ja-Jee." His eyes were beaming. He was excited for the outcome of this event. Although it broke him into pieces when he heard and saw what Shayam was doing behind the Raizada's back. He didn't let emotions take over him. He always wanted his Di to be happy. And by exposing this snake's truth would surely make his Di's life miserable. But at least she would be away from the worst.

Shayam was dangerous. Arnav looked over at Khushi's father. In other words, his Father-in-law. Shayam got up in pain and with fury. Not believing a thing. His Khushi married his Sale saab!

"You…" Shayam growled. "You have NO right to Marry HER!" Shayam took out a dagger from his pocket and hid it behind his back. The Gupta's were still in daze. Khushi was just staring at Arnav's broad back. It was starting to sink in. Arnav married her. Arnav is her husband.

Arnav calmly said to Shayam, "I think you should turn around and leave. It would be better for you." Anger started to build up slowly. "Or else it wouldn't be good." Shayam played with two of his most important people in his life. He couldn't let his Di do the same mistake as his mother did. He cannot bear to see her shattered. Although finding out about her husband would break her into pieces. But this was better than finding out that her own husband was married to another woman.

Arnav walked closer to Shayam noticing his hand being hidden behind his back. He figured out that Shayam had some kind of a weapon.

"How could you do this? To YOUR wife? To us? The Khushi? To her family?" Asked Arnav. He was scared. He feared about Shayam hurting Khushi. He was scared of Shayam losing his mind and doing something that would hurt Khushi.

"Shut! Up! I fell in love with her first. I got engaged to her. I love her! You don't! She is MINE!" Fired Shayam. He wanted to kill Arnav. He wanted to kill everyone except Khushi. "Khushiji, tell him! Tell him that you love me. You want to marry me. Don't you remember what we talked about?"

Khushi was pulled back in reality. And saw two men in front of her. Fighting for her. "KhushiJI!" Yelled Shayam! Khushi was startled. She didn't know what to say. All she saw was Arnav jumping on Shayam and punching him in the face.

Payal stepped back and called the local police. Not knowing what else to do before anybody gets killed. She was equally shocked as everyone with what was happening. She saw Buaji and Garima crying their eyes out with what they saw and heard about Shayam. Despising him.

Shayam grabbed the dagger which was next to him on the floor and saw an opening. He ran his hand with the blade across Arnav's arm. The dagger pierced Arnav;s arm deeply tearing his skin and his muscles. Blood was gushing out of his arms down towards where Shayam face. Arnav's hands were around Shayams neck. Suffocating him. There was so much anger in him that he failed to realize that his arm was wounded.

Khushi has been yelling for the past few minutes. "Arnav ji STOP!!!" But he didn't listen to her at all! She ran towards them and grabbed Arnav's good arm. She was crying. "You will KILL him!!" She tried to stop Arnav but he didn't budge.

"How DARE he hurt you?! How DARE he hurt Di?!" Arnav threw more punches at him. His hand was sore. But it didn't matter to him.

"But you saved us! He didn't get to hurt us! Please STOP!" Khushi pleaded. She was on her knees begging.

"Arnav! Stop it this instance!" He heard. A voice that was never strict. There was pain hidden in each syllable. She only took his name when she was extremely angry. Arnav dropped Shayam as he looked up to see his Di. Tears were running down her chubby cheeks. Her eyes were emotionless. Arnav stood up shocked to see her. He didn't want Di to see this. This wasn't part of his plan.
