Prof.NANDA expects from SAMRAT what any elder person would expect from the younger generation... a little bit of respect. But, he does not know that SAMRAT is not the normal youngster. He has seen a lot in life which, even at this age, Prof.NANDA may find unbelievable... but,V'll share his actual POV about SAMRAT in next Part...Its very Important for story.

SAMRAT has never seen a family. He has no idea what it is to be together, dine together, laugh and enjoy life so, obvious reaction to seeing such a huge collection of people at one place, laughing and enjoying would be somewhat like the one SAMRAT has here.

Sometimes, people who love us, speak harshly with us. They worry for us and it is this worry that comes out in the form of harsh words. Same thing has happened here too. Biji knows how GUNJAN is and she knows her innocence. So she is just worried for her. Add to that them not knowing about SAMRAT and his behavior not exactly the kind that would make them feel comfortable to let their daughter be with him.

SAMRAT is impulsive in his behavior. He has always been so. And as mentioned earlier, he has only seen people agreeing with him so, when GUNJAN refuses to go with him, he takes it personally, like his ego has been deeply hurt.

In anger, we tend to forget what we say. And that is what has happened here. SAMRAT is very angry and so, he goes on and on, without bothering to think how his words will affect GUNJAN. But, GUNJAN being GUNJAN, she cannot forget the fact that she loves him for who he is. So, she listens, quietly. And even freaks out when she sees he has hurt himself. Somewhere, SAMRAT wants to listen to his heart, but this time, anger ensures that his mind wins.

Slowly, as the story progresses, things will be revealed. But, will it be too late till then??
