Hmm I am so bored.. science lessons are just long and tiring, I mean I don't even understand a word that's coming out the teachers mouth... it's not that I'm dumb but I don't know why when it comes to this lesson I become very sleepy and my brain decides to shut down and wander off to places like thinking about my newly found crush... oops I forgot to tell you...well it goes back to Tuesday form time.

(Flash back)

Tuesday 8:50 am

Here I am sitting in form feeling extremely bored and as Meera sits quite far away and behind me I can't really talk to her. Oh wait who's that?

Hmmm he doesn't look that bad and wait is he coming my way, that means this empty seat beside me isn't actually going to say empty.. oh well I don't think I mind...do I ? (confused) what the hell am I thinking why wouldn't I mind he is a random guy and let me just remind myself I don't like sitting next to random guys.

Ok so he's sat beside me... shall I say hi...hmm.. naa...oh now he is looking my way and I think he just smiled and well I smile back.

Guy: Hi

Me: Hi

Ok then that's over and done with... hmm I wonder what his name is. I'll find out when ma'am does the register

Teacher: Geet

Me: Yes ma'am

Teacher: Dev

Guy: Yes ma'am

Hmm so his name is Dev...cool.

(Flash back ends)

So you see he's Dev... not too bad looking, he seems quite nice as well. And yeah I think I have a crush on him.

(Bell goes)

Oooh lessons finished thank god.

Thursday 10:30 am

Its break and me and Meera are just walking round the field. I think we have this thing for the field' it is so peaceful even when there are boys playing football or girls screaming their heads off (god! why do some girls have to be so loud...I really do wander)

Me: uff science is just so boring don't you think?

Meera: hmm I know.

Me: I can't believe I'm actually thinking of doing a job related to science when I don't even understand it

Meera chuckles

Meera: yeah same here

Me: no your way too clever.. I'm sure you'll do fine.

Meera: I'm not that clever

Me: yes you are

Meera: no I'm not

Thursday 2:15 pm

Ooh god here comes Dev, I really don't know why I go all red and my heartbeat gets faster. Well it is my first crush. I've never really experienced all this before.

I haven't told Meera about it yet, I'm too shy and what if she finds me stupid, or says something...Hmm ...maybe not yet.

But I can't believe I told a girl who I'm hardly friends with...well I mean she was asking me if I like someone and for some reason I told her, I really hope she doesn't go off and tell someone...oh why couldn't I just keep my mouth shut, you are just stupid Geet.

Thursday 3:05 pm

Well we're back in form and it's nearly the end of the day yippee, and Dev is sitting next to me and am I feeling awkward or what... I really don't know why I can't speak in front of him.

Thursday 9:30 pm

What a boring day.. I really am beginning to find school boring... I think the only reason I look forward to school is to see Dev. Anyways I am going to sleep no... way too tired to stay up any longer. Good night.

Here I am lined up outside French with my books and pencil case ready...oh no Dev is coming this way! Ok so I'm guessing he is actually approaching ME!

Dev: Geet can I talk to you?

Geet: umm yeah sure

Dev: Geet I was told by someone that you like me...is it true?

OMG! He did not just say that. Did he? For a moment I felt like I was going to cry or something but I managed to stay calm... thank god. But seriously like who the hell has told him. Oh that bloody avni...avni is that girl who I told...I so hate her!

Geet: umm no

Dev: oh ok... are you sure though right?

Geet: yeah

Pheew I thought I was going to faint there. From now on Geet you have got to stop telling random people your secrets. I am so going to kill that avni... how could she just go off and tell Dev.

Monday 12:35 pm

I really need someone to talk to right now... like seriously... I am so stressed out right now. Hmm maybe it's about time I tell Meera. I guess she does have a right to know, considering that she is my best friend... but how do I tell her... oh god, please help me!

OK so here comes Meera... I somehow have to tell her... I know I'll ask her first and see what she says... yeah that's a good idea.

Meera: Hey

Me: Hey. So how was maths Clever clogs?

Meera laughs and says

Meera: It was ok, how was yours?

Me: hmm it was easy peesy. I really don't know why they've put me in the lowest set.

Meera: don't worry I'm sure you'll move up

Me: Yeah I hope so.

For a while me and Meera stopped talking and just ate our lunch and then suddenly out of nowhere I say

Me: so Meera have you got a crush on anyone?

Meera looks at me in shock for a while...and I just give her a naughty smile

Me: ok by that look I'm sure you do... Tell me!

Meera: Well... I kinda like...

ME: Yeah carry on...

Meera: I think I have a crush on... Dev

I was completely gobsmacked for a while, I mean what!?.. how can she like Dev as well. I just look at her with disbelief

Me: oh. My. gosh, are you serious?

Meera: Yeah, but why are you so shocked?

Me: Because I have a crush on him too.

We both just stare at each other for some time and then suddenly burst out laughing. For some reason we both found it quite amusing that we fell for the same guy.

Me: I can't believe we like the same person haha

Meera: haha... I know...that is so weird

Monday 9:15 pm

Ok what a crazy day, first Dev comes up to me asking if I like him and then I find out Meera likes him as well...OMG... I am so tired from this crazy day... let's hope tomorrow isn't as shocking as today.
