Thanks for all the comments. I really appreciate them. I do not have much experience in writing something mature but I have tried in this Chapter. Hope you all like it.

PART EIGHT

Khushi was happy but this was not the eternal bliss she dreamt of. It was true that she and her husband had consummated their marriage. And for the past one week from the day they returned from Taj Mahal he had not allowed her to take her place in the couch but rather allowed her her place in bed. She blushed at the thought of the sleepless nights her husband had subjected her to. He had her under his reins when it came to love making. For it was an emotion she never knew and also for the first time she was feeling things which were otherwise alien to her. But she did not feel content with their current stature for she will be satisfied only with words and her husband, she knew was always lost for words and his emotions come out in only one form and that will be anger. She knew his love for her but she wanted him to confirm to her with his own words. His love had always reflected in the way he had taken care of her and lastly in the past week the way he had looked at her, the care with which he had made love to her as though she was a doll he had been so gentle. She then lost herself in the thoughts of the night they had visited the epitome of love. She had been initially stunned when he had asked her to eat with them for dinner but left it having given credit to his mood swings. But she was literally shocked when he had stopped her from taking the bedding and had pushed her on the bed and he himself joining her a second later. He had then slowly started exploring her body as though it was a treasure chest starting with his fingers and then his mouth. She had shivered and shuddered under his touch. She would not have given in had it not the fact that she loved him and also that he was her husband. She melted under his touch and suddenly felt an emotion taking over her which she felt never before. She had wanted him badly and this new emotion scared the wits out of her. But her husband's touch had reassured her and when he finally kissed her she had felt as though all her life she had waited for this moment. When she had moaned with pleasure he had deepened the kiss giving her pleasures she had not known before. Then,,,,, at that moment the door to her room opened and the man of her thoughts walked in with his briefcase. She blushed a deep red and Arnav noticed it too. Oh God she looked even more beautiful when she is blushing, he thought and he found her wearing a red collar type suit. He did not like it for they blocked the view of him to her curve of the neck. He loved them and then told her,"Khushi change your dress. Maybe into a sari." Khushi looked up at him from her work of changing the bed sheets and said, "I cannot as as they will be visible." Arnav now confused went near her and asked," What will be visible?" In return she blushed deeper and looked here and there except him. He held her shoulders and made her look at him. She then looked in his chocolate brown eyes and said," You know you bit there yesterday. On that day Di teased me and so I decided to hide them today."He understood what she was trying to tell her and he looked at his gorgeous wife. He then neared her to kiss her but the look on her eyes showed him that she was expecting something else. He knew what she wanted but suddenly left her and went to the poolside deep in thought. Khushi as usual did not give in to his mood swings but decided it has to end today. She wanted to know why he was doing what he was doing. Her patience had dried up and now to take the matter n her hands.

That night after dinner Arnav went to Akash. Akash had been happy for the one week as he had witnessed a always blushing Khushi and a loving Arnav. And once he had overheard his Di teasing Khushi for hickeys on her neck. So all is well, he thought. Arnav was very hesitant to start the topic but he knew only Akash can help him. Arnav stood in Akash's room hesitating when Akash himself offered to help him. Arnav then asked him," Akash I do not quite know but I know nobody other than you can help me in this matter. I mean to say how will you propose to Khushi?"

Akash: What propose to Bhabhi but Why?

Arnav: No. Not you but me.

Akash: Okay Bhai but how can I help in this matter.

Arnav: Listen Akash. I have never said to her in words that I Love her and I think I would like to propose her all over again but I do not think I will ever be able to do that. So here I am and I need your help Akash.

Akash: Okay Bhai I will help you but you must promise me to wear Sherwani in my marriage. Deal or no Deal.

Arnav glared at Akash in one of his characteristic glares. But he too did not have any other way. He grudgingly accepted.

Akash: Fine Bhai. Now you are Bhabhi and I am you.

Arnav: What the.

Akash: O Oh Bhai I will say all you have to say and then all expressions and feelings and you say to Bhabhi.

Akash then imagined Payal and started saying,"I know we both are different but sometimes in life we all are pitted against the unexpected. And you came inside my life quite unexpectedly and changed me. Without you my life will remain incomplete. Will you be there with me forever so that you complete it.

Arnav looked blankly at Akash and was immediately reminded of the time when Khushi had said something like that to him to compromise Mami during the Akash fiasco. When Akash turned around his Bhai had disappeared into thin air.

Arnav found Khushi gazing at the stars when he returned to his room. She had changed into a blue colour sari and was looking pretty. But what Arnav was unaware was that his wife was angry with him for leaving her the way he had done. When he went to the poolside she chose to ignore him. He called," Khushi"

But she did not respond to him at all. She kept quietly doing her work. Arnav then called out loudly and this time she got up and tried to walk past him when he held her shoulders and shouted, "How many times had I told you that when I am talking look at me and answer me. How many times. Don't you do that once again or else."

Khushi replied," What will you do. Huh what will you do. I am so fed up. One time you are like shouting and screaming at me to leave you alone and the next instant you kiss me and do things to me. I am really fed up. You make me feel really cheap. I married you because you threatened to ruin my family. That does not make me your slave. I will not sleep with you just for the sheer physical pleasure. I always wanted something more. Just because we consummated our marriage does not mean everything between us is fine. For all I know things are quite similar to what was last week. Except for the fact I sleep with you. What changed huh. Say me. You make me feel like a wh**e."

Arnav at the peak of his anger held her and said in a dangerous voice," Dammit do not ever say that again. I will never degrade you. Never ever. And just because I am not good at words does not mean I do not have feelings. Yes I was annoyed. Annoyed by your intrusion in my boring but planned life. You were a breath of freshness for my uneventful desert which was my life. You brought colours to my otherwise black and white life. Your ideals and principles shook the very foundation with which I had built my life. You threatened my peaceful existence. But but Khushi I never knew you will became so important to my life that living without you will be difficult. Very difficult. True that I did not trust you but deep within I knew you could never harm Di. I had my heart frozen all these years but you came as sunshine to melt the walls and ice and finally entered it. And now I am happy to accept defeat to you." With that he put his Ma's Kangans in her hands and hugged her as though his life depended on it.
