Only thing positive was that Maan realised that Geet's changed behaviour is because of him. He did not blame her. Probably a very good sign of what he is feeling for her is deep enough to be called love.
Geet's reaction was very expected. Poor her she is repenting about shouting at him.
Maan's question is very valid. Even I don't know what can make upto her or how even he can express his feeelings for her.
Yes he can apologise openly and accept his mistake but will she trust him again? No it is not going to be easy. I think first of all she may not even listen to him. I personally feel that a letter maybe a better approach. He can pour his heart out and ask her to read it when she wants to. Yes there will be a gamble that she may not read it immediately but it will reduce chances of her going on a defensive immediately and confront him. Will give her time to sink in his message. And ofcourse he will have to back that up with action after that with doing whatever she asks even if it is some personal space.
The way she took care of him, loved him from afar...same way he has to love her now. Prove his love against time.
