Part 9:

Garima informed Nani and Anjali that Khushi has agreed to her and Arnav's wedding. Anjali was elated and went outside to see Arnav. She went and hugged him and asked, "Why do you look so sad?" . Arnav didn't want to disappoint his sister by telling her what happened between Khushi and him yesterday night. So he replied, "I am not sad, just tired. Why are you so excited?"

Anjali with large grin, "She said yes to marriage".

Arnav with a surprised look, "Who said yes to marry whom? What are you talking about?"

Anjali: You are really dumb, Khushi said yes to marry you.

Arnav: you are kidding, right?

Anjali: (tears rolling down her eyes) No, I am serious. Why do you think I am crying, these are tears of joy?

Arnav not able to understand and comprehend her reactions asked Anjali, "You are sure that she said yes to marry me? …When did you guys ask her…. and shouldn't I be the one asking her that question?"

Anjali: Ideally you should propose her and then get married but knowing you two Nani decided to formally send your rishta for Khushiji. Her mother had asked her to think about it and that's when we decided to plan this trip. I was hoping you do something that will change her mind and YOU DID. I am not sure what you said or did but it worked. I am sooo happy.

Arnav: Can I talk to her alone?

Anjali: No! We came prepared for your engagement hoping that you can convince her to say yes.

Arnav: (with a naughty smile) Shouldn't you ask me if I want to marry or not? I mean I didn't know all this.

Anjali: (with a smirk) Well if you don't want it's fine I will go and tell them that..

Arnav: (interrupted her) O.K. You are genius and FINE you know what I want. (hugging Anjali) Di I am really happy and I can't believe this is happening after yesterday.

Anjali: Whatever happened yesterday, you did well. And now you need to go and get ready for engagement.

Arnav: Now! Can't I talk to her once?

Anjali: No my dear brother. She is already getting ready and you two can spend all the time you want alone after engagement. Remember the drive back is still there and since you will be driving you can take your sweet time and route.

After an hour everyone gathered in the main living area for engagement. Khushi wore a gorgeous net red saree with a sexy blouse and a beautiful diamond set complementing her looks. She looked sensuous and divine. Arnav wore a maroon shirt with black formals. He couldn't take his eyes off her. He still could not believe that this is happening.

They both sat next to each other. He held her hand gently and slipped a beautiful solitaire diamond ring into her finger. His touch send tinkling sensation thru her veins, her breadth hitched and she felt dizzy. Payal pushing her from back and bringing her back to reality said, "Khushi..ring". Arnav smiled realizing what his touch just did to her. Khushi slipped a platinum band into his ring finger.

Everyone congratulated the two of them.

Anjali: One photo…you two. Come close!

Arnav wrapped his hands around her waist bringing her closer and with a smile on his face said, "Hows this?"

Anjali: Perfect

His sudden touch left her feeling dizzy.

They were all leaving and Khushi also requested if she can come with the rest of them but everyone refused to take her and forced her to drive back with Arnav.

Arnav patiently waited for Khushi outside his car. He opened the car door and smiled at her when he saw her approaching him.

Arnav: (with a mischievous smirk and teasing tone) So everyone refused to take you with them?

She nodded her head. Her palm was clenched and she was breathing profoundly.

He held her hand and drove silently for some time. He stopped his car near a lake.

Arnav: (affectionately) Can we stop here for sometime?

Khushi: (anxiously)Will we not get late?

Arnav : (with a big smile on his face) That's fine. We can take a day off tomorrow, if needed. Come!

They walked closer to lake...

Arnav: (softly) Khushi why did you agree to get marry to me?

Khushi slowly opening her eyes, shyly replied, "I had no other choice"

Arnav: (confused look)No other choice? What do you mean?

Khushi: (coyly) All my roads lead to you. I have no choice. I have tried very hard to hate you but I only kept falling madly in love with you. Last few weeks I tried with all my strength to stay away from you, your charms…silently I noticed the pain in your eyes each time I shunned you away…yesterday night when you let me leave despite….i saw immense love in your eyes and …

Arnav brushing his thumb on her trembling lips and coming even closer, "I love you. I know I am not perfect but with you I am complete. I promise you Khushi I will undo all hurt and pain. I will fill your life with happiness, trust me"

Khushi softly said, "I know. I know that no one can love me as much as you….i.. I love you too and have always loved you"

Arnav with a naughty smirk, "Show me"

Khushi, "Show what?"

Arnav: (with a huge smile) Show me how much you love me.

Khushi flustered at this sudden change in his behavior and replied, "Behave Arnav"

Arnav bit her ears and whispered, "You are my fiance, you are mine and I have waited for this day for a long time. I am not leaving you tonight."

Khushi's eyes popped open, "Tonight! Everyone at home will get worried"

Arnav called Anjali, "Di our car broke down and we are in the middle of nowhere. We will have to say here tonight and return tomorrow morning. Don't worry, we are fine. Can you please hand your cell to her father. Namaste, our car broke down and we will have to stay here tonight. Please don't get worried. Sure".

All this while Khushi kept looking at him with a stunned look.

Arnav placing his lips on hers, "Now stop thinking about everyone. Khushi I need you". Her lips parted at his touch and he kissed her passionately and it left her breathless.

Arnav: You look hot in this saree. This sexy blouse has aroused desires in me since I saw you in this.

He kissed her neck and placed an open mouth kiss on her cleavage. She involuntarily arched. She was breathing profoundly and the rhythmic movement of her breast was driving him crazy. Khushi lovingly looking at Arnav, wrapped her hands around his neck, "I trust you with my life. Make me your's and complete me."

Arnav kissed bit her lips while his hands slide under her petticoat. He looked at her petite slender legs and kissed her thighs. While biting her thigh and pressing her breast with one hand he untied her petticoat. Khushi moaned with pleasure. Arnav smiled and filled with pride at the thought that his Khushi cannot resist him. He placed himself between her legs and thrusted himself inside her. This continued for hours.

He lay next to her, with their bodies intertwined; they were lost in each other's eyes. Arnav's hands wandering all over her, said, "Today I feel complete…I cannot stay away from you anymore..i need you with me always, in my home, office ….my bed…everywhere..I need you".

Khushi smiled, "We cannot get married tomorrow so you will have to stay away from me for few days".

Khushi: (pouting) You will wear sherwani for our wedding, O.K? I will design one for you.

Arnav replied teasingly, "I will wear whatever you want me to if you promise that you will wear what I will ask you during our honeymoon".

Khushi : You will have to tell me first what I need to wear else I'll not promise.

Arnav: Fine then I'll not wear Sherwani.

Khushi with a sad face, "O.K I will wear whatever you want me to…"

She knew this will cost her. If anything she discovered tonight it was the fact that her man is as virile as they come. Khushi snuggled into his arms and said, "La told me few days back that she is sure that we both are getting married soon and if we did then (gulping). Now she will tease me to death. What will I do?"

Arnav placed a peck on her cheeks, "Tease her back in return. She also got married recently. But I'll enjoy if she teases you. So I'll ask her to tease you in front of me."

Khushi opened her mouth in shock and lovingly hit his chest. They both fell asleep into each other's arm.
