ok i understand that meera has some problem in conceiving, but then why did she abort the kid early 😲

what is happenning with Meera ?what is she planning?

how can she play with a innocent girl's life? if she is so worried about Maan's child then why she aborted his baby without letting him know?
and dr. was also talking about some treatment of her and that she needs her husband's support this time...what is the meaning of this conversation? Is Meera is suffering from some ailment that may be it must be dangerous for child's health after birth? like blood cancer, thalesemia...
