The whole week passed away quietly & finally the day of Sheetal's arrival came. That day Kartik had cancelled all his meetings & was at home. His eyes were constantly looking at the watch. All the youngsters were at the house (Angad had called every1 to tease Kartik). They were noting his each & every reaction.
AA: bhai can I take ur car to day?
KK: y? take ur bike out.
AA: well it has gone 4 servicing & Kripa & I had to go 4 shopping.
KK: (irritably) take Kripa's car.
AA: ya but it has low petrol. V don't wish to get stuck up anywhere.
KK: fine but be back by 3.
K: y is that Kartik.
KK: I have an important meeting at 4. s I need my car.
A: ok. So will not be coming to pick up Sheetal?
KK: (trying to hide his excitement) is she coming today?
S: don't pretend as if u don't know about it.
KK: oh I think so I forgot.
AA: not according to me.
KK: & y is that?
AA: well yesterday u cancelled all ur meetings including the 1 at 4.
KK: (shyly) no I never cancelled my meetings
A: so y r u in the house?
KK: I was not feeling well. So I decided to take a break.
S: or because Sheetal is coming back after a month & I wish to meet her. See her after a lot of time.
KK: no that's not true.
AA: guys yesterday I heard some1 talking on his phone in kartik's room to some Sheetal.
S: (teasingly) wow. What was he saying?
AA: yes Sheetal. I will pick up at the airport… don't worry. I have cancelled all my meetings… v will go out 4 dinner after that… relax I have told my secretary not give me any calls tom.
K: wow!!! I wonder who it was?
A: me too.
Hearing this Kartik was about to leave the room but Anita held him back.
KK: ok u guys were right. I wanted to meet her but ALONE. Not with u guys around us.
AN: y bhai r v that bad?
KK: no u r not but u love to tease me that's y?
AA: promise v will not tease u.
KK: I don't trust u.
A: can v come with u?
KK: NO… NEVER
S: fine u will not get ur car keys.
KK: well I have them.
AN: r u sure they r car keys?
She shows him his car keys which were there with them which they had removed from his pocket some time ago.
KK: (shocked) I will not leave u guys.
AN: u will have to catch me first.
She began running with Kartik behind her. She throws the keys to Angad so that Kartik was behind him. this continued till the keys went in Kripa's.
K: what do u guys think? Should I give him his keys?
KK: plz Kripa give it to me.
A: on the condition that he will treat us today.
AA: some nice disc after that.
KK: I will do it but not today. Tom. Ok.
AA: fine with me.
S: me too.
AN: me 3.
A: me4.
K: ok. Here r the keys. (She gives him the keys)
KK: but still u guys r not coming with me.
AA: who wanted to in the 1st place? Was not me.
KK: so what was all this about?
A: nothing v wanted to trouble u. what better way than to tease u?
KK: whose bright idea was this anyway.
All the fingers in the room pointed towards Shabir.
S: CHEATERS. What did I say that.
KK: then who was it Shabir. (Keeping a hand on Shabir's shoulder)
S: IT WAS ANGAD.
As all of them dashed out the room to protect themselves from Kartik.
KK: I love my family.

At about 3 he got dressed to pick up Sheetal while all of them were spying on him through the window. As he got out they started to follow him. But to there surprise he turned back
KK: if any 1 of u follows me I will let out every1 secret which has been with me all along.
A: hey u can't do that to me. I have no more secrets.
KK: (whispers in Angad's ears) well I sure have ur old girl friends phone no.
A: bhai I am with u. I will not let any1 follow u.
KK: I will be late tonight.
He left while others decided to go on their own places. Kripa came to talk to Angad.
K: what did he tell u that u decided to help him?
A: (a bit scared) nothing. He just told me that he will tell mom there was no problem in London & I had lied to every1.
K: I really doubt that is the case Angad?
A: trust me it.
K: ok. If u say so. Angad I think so v should meet Sheetal as soon as possible.
A: y? Let her be with Kartik 4 some time.
K: this tension is killing me. Plz Angad.
A: relax. I am there. V will talk to her tom itself. I will talk to her in the night. Happy?
K: very.
A: ok. Come on I will make something 4 u.
K: can't v go to some restaurant?
A: no. it is not good 4 the baby. U should now eat only home made food.
K: WOW. Plz Angad just once. 1st & the last time. Plz…plz…plz.
A: no means no. come on now.
He dragged Kripa inside & cooked nice pasta 4 her. But in the end it was Kripa who had to clean the mess made in the kitchen by Angad.
The next morning Angad & Kripa both went to meet Sheetal in the hospital. She was surprised to see them in the hospital.
Sh: Kartik told me u guys wanted to meet me. But I never knew u were so desperate.
A: actually v have a problem Sheetal
Sh: y? Did u guys had a fight again?
K: it is serious Sheetal.
They told her about kripa's pregnancy & her doubts about this parent hood. Sheetal quietly listened to them & then took Kripa in side. They both came back after 5 min.
Sh: Angad u were right. U r the father.
K: but how is it possible if I am 8 weeks pregnant?
Sh: but u r just 4 weeks pregnant.
K: but the doctor told me…
Sh: may be he was mistaken. U can see 4 ur reports within 30 min.
A: see I told u so. Just relax everything is fine. R u happy now?
K: very.
Sh: so when am I getting treat 4 this good news.
A: today as every1 will know about this good news.
K: I am dying to tell Aaliya about it.
Sh: u have to be careful now Kripa. U just go & wait in the car while I give Angad the medicines which u have to take.
K: ok.

As she left Sheetal had a worried expression on her face which Angad noticed.
A: what's wrong Sheetal? U look tensed?
Sh: it is something which is tensed.
A: I thought every thing was alright now.
Sh: some1 is again try to separate u 2
A: (shocked) WHAT? How do u know?
Sh: the doctor has given the wrong report to Kripa.
A: but u just told us that was a mistake. It could have happened with any1.
Sh: it would have been if it was 1 or 2 weeks mistake. But this is 1 month. No qualified doctor can do such a big mistake.
A: if what u r saying is right I will look into it?
Sh: better be careful.
A: thanks. Come home early v all will celebrate.
Sh: I will.
Angad came & sat in the car as if nothing had happened.
K: what took u so long?
A: because Sheetal has given a long list of medicines.
K: fine. Come on let us go now.

As they reached home every1 was present in the room. They all were staring at Kripa.
K: what's wrong? Y is every1 staring at me like this?
M: well u have hide such a big thing from us?
A: what was that Manik?
M: oh I think so even u don't know about it then?
A: & what is that?
N: Kripa never told us that she is pregnant. She hide such a big news from us. I will never forgive her 4 this.
A: she did this because I told her to do so.
N: what u knew about this? Still u didn't tell us. Shall I know y?
