At 1st Shabir was surprised to hear this. Then he gained back his composure.
S: what can I do?
A: well u r Aaliya's good friend now.
S: so? U want me to get married to her.
K: no not that. V have selected a perfect man 4 her.
S: so what can I do about it?
A: can u talk to her about him? v r afraid how she will react to this news.
S: I don't know how can I help?
A: u r her good friend now. She shares all her thoughts with u. she will be more comfortable to u.
S: I don't think so. May be Kripa should talk to her.
K: well I have tried. She just said she doesn't want to get married now.
S: that's her decision. How can I change that?
K: u r a good lawyer Shabir. May be u can convenience her to meet the guy at least once.
S: then what?
A: if she don't like him v will consider him rejected.
S(mumbles): y to meet him in the 1st place.

At this point Aaliya comes in.

S: nothing much.
A: v were about to order some food.

They ordered the food as every1 came. They had their dinner & went home.
The whole night Shabir kept thinking y he was feeling so bad that Aaliya had to meet a guy 4 marriage. He was feeling very sad. He was quiet unsure of his feeling. He was not able to sleep the whole night.
Next morning Kripa came to meet him. he was surprised to see her.
S: Kripa… u r here so early in the morning.
K: yes. Actually I want to talk to u.
Looks at his sour red eyes as he has not slept the whole night.
K: Shabir were u awake the whole night?
S(shocked): (mumbles) how do u know? no. y?
K: no ur eyes look sour & red.
S: actually, something went in my eyes.
K: can I get a cup of coffee?
S: y not? Just sit down & I will get u some?
K: thanks.
She began flipping the pages to a magazine. After some time Shabir came with coffee. He handed her the cup.
S: tell me how it is?
K: just perfect?
S: thank u.
K: well the reason I am here is to talk to u about Aaliya.
S: what about her?
K: have u already forgotten? About her marriage, did u talk to her?
S: no I didn't get the time.
K: please be fast Shabir the boy cant wait to meet her.

As she enters the car she finds Angad waiting 4 her.
A: how did it go?
K: looks like v have given him a sleepless night.
A: that means that he likes Aaliya.
K: so what can v do now?
A: I will tell Aaliya to talk to him.
K: looks good to me.
The whole day Shabir cant concentrate on any thing. All the time he ends up thinking about Aaliya. He decides to call up Sheetal to talk about it. He asks her to meet him. they decide to meet in Sheetal's hospital.
Shabir comes before time which surprises Sheetal.
Sh: what's up Shabir u look tensed?
S: that is y I want to talk to u.
Sh: r u ill? Ur eyes look so red. May be u have not slept last night?
S: yes I have not. So I have come to take ur help.
Sh: what u want my help 4?
S: well last night Angad & Kripa talked to me about Aaliya's marriage.
Sh: yes I know about it. I know the boy. Smart I must say.
S: what ever? I am not able to concentrate on any thing else from then. Every time I end up thinking about Aaliya.
Sh: u know what that means?
S: no I don't don't? that is y I have come to u.
Sh: well only Aaliya can help u with this.
S: how come?
Sh: well because I think u have fallen in love with her.
S: WHAT? AALIYA.
Sh: yes. I felt the same way 4 Kartik when I fell 4 him.
S: I have to think about it.
Sh: that better be fast Shabir.

Sh: because the boy wants to meet Aaliya fast.
S: who is it any way?
Sh: his name is Rahul. He is a son of a business tycoon.

As he leaves Sheetal calls up some 1.

Kripa keeps the phone down. She tells Kartik & Angad about it. They r happy to hear the news.
Shabir again passes sleepless night thinking about what Sheetal said.

In the morning he comes to a conclusion that Sheetal is right. He decides to meet Aaliya in the evening & talk to her about it. He calls her up where she sounds very excited.
S: hi Aaliya.
Aa: hi Shabir.
S: u sound very excited. Any thing new.
Aa: ya. I got the scholarship I was waiting 4.
S: what scholarship?
Aa: I told u about the oxford scholarship, I have got it. I am so happy.
S: congrats.
Aa: thanks.
S: I was thinking Aaliya if v could meet in the evening?
Aa: yes y not.
S: ok then I will pick u up in the evening.
Aa: see u in the eveing.
S: bye take care.
Aa: u too.
He keeps the phone down.
S: hope I am able to talk to her.
In the evening Aaliya is all dressed up when Kripa comes to meet her.
K: well some 1 is looking very pretty tonight.
Aa: thank u.
K: were r u going?
Aa: well I am going to meet Shabir.
K: good. Have u thought about him?
Aa: regarding what?
K: well Shabir as ur husband?
Aa: (shly) well I never got the time.
K: be fast & talk to him other wise he might find some other girl.
Aa: did he talk to u about some1 other.

K: well not to me but with Sheetal.
Aa: what did he say to her?
K: he told that he has been thinking about a girl continuously. He hasn't been able to sleep properly 4 some time now. Also that he misses her when she is not near.

K: not that I know of. But y should u care? He is just a friend right?

At this point Shabir called Aaliya saying that he was down & she should hurry up.
As Aaliya came down the stairs he was surprised to see how beautiful she looked. It was the 1st time he had noticed her so calmly. He could now appreciate her beauty.
Even aaliya's eyes were on him. in her mind she kept thinking who could that girl be.
They went in the car. There was total silence in the car today. Usually they both kept chattering with each other but today both of them were thinking about what the other will say about their proposal.
