Simmi went through her locker for the millionth time.Where was nil's gift?he had said that he would give her the most awesome gift & simmi was curious to know what it was.But where was it. She was searching the locker when someone whispered"curiosity kills the cat" she turned around to find nil standing at the door. simmi:where is my gift nil? nilesh:do you really think that i'll keep the gift in your locker? simmi:then where is it? nil:already delivered at your home. simmi :what is it? nil:that you yourself will have to find out. Just then sarah walked into the locker room and found them talking. sarah:nil i was searching for you,we need to talk. nil:ok sweety,i'll meet you in the parking lot. sarah:come fast,i'm waiting.
and then sarah went away.
simmi:so i gues you will have to hurry as ur girlfriend is waiting for you.
nil:i better leave but let me know whether you liked the gift or not...
simmi:sure

In the parking lot sarah was waiting for nil.
Nil:what is it that is troubling you?
SArah:ur friend simmi.I don't like her and when she's around you she acts like she is your girlfriend.So nil i want you to choose between me and her.
Nil:are you out of your mind.Simmi never acts like she is my girlfriend.You don't like her thats ur problem.Sry i can't give the answer t ur question.
Sarah:i want you to make a choice nil.You can't have both of us.
Nil:you are so eager to know my decision ,then fine.i choose simmi,because i've known her since years and i can't just break our friendship just becoz u are jealous.
sarah:nil u r making the worst mistake of ur life.
Nil:sry u are wrong.You were my worst mistake.It"s over sarah,i've had enough of this.
HE just turned and left ,leaving sarah expressionless.

When simmi reached home she found a neatly wrapped golden box,a basket which was covered with a scarf and a bag.
She opened the box first.it was the red roberto cavalli dress she'd asked nil to get for her.She had never thought that he would actually get it for her.
next she went for the basket.The basket had a small white puppy.How did he know that she wanted a pup?She picked the puppy and hugged it.
the bag contained a few chocolate and an old photograph.simmi was wearing a red polka dotted frock and nil stood behind her grinning.he was hopnding het ponytails right in the air.The photograph brought a huge smile on her face.
Behind the photograph nil had written something.
"i'm sorry that i didn't tell you this earlier,but i was the one who had eaten your piece of cake at rey's 8th b'day party.I'm sorry i couldn't help it,the cake was too delicious."
This surely were the best gifts she could get.
NIl was satanding at the door happy that she liked the gifts.
Nil:so sunshine did you like the gifts?
Simmi ran and hugged him.
Simmi:liked?are you mad?i loved them.But wait a minute,what are you doing here at this time,don't you have ur date wid sarah?
Nil:sarah is history now.WE broke up.
Simmi:why ?what happened?
Nil:she asked me to choose between her and my friends,and you know i can neverchoose anybody over my friends.so thats it we broke up.
Nil had lied,but he couldn't tell simmi that he choose her over sarah.
Nil:Guess i'm single again.
Simmi:you can find a lot more girls better than her,just think that she didn't deserve you.
Nil:Simmi i'm not at all sad so you don't need to give this speech.You know what sim you are the most optimistic person in our group.
Simmi:i know that.LIfe throws challenges at you and you can't sit and cry about them,so i guess we all need to be optimistic.
Nil:you are right.But we can't win tomorrows basketball match if we don't practice and then being optimistic won't help.I'm already late for the practice and rey is going to kill me.
Simmi:then you better hurry.BYE nil and thanx for the gifts.
