Okkk...so things are getting clear now!!...As I said earlier It must be smthng related to Nupur's busy life...

and these lines made something clear--"It had sometimes crossed in his mind that maybe her love for him may easily get suppressed, not fade, in all that she had now, a busy life of her own where he was at stand by."

She kept Mayank and their son at standby...and that must be the reason of their split!!...not that she didn't love them...but her priorities changed

But I would like to know Nupur's POV also before jumping on to any conclusion

BTW I loved their small cute scene in the end...I love it How Nupur manages to make him smile and forget all his worries by her cute acts...😳
