he saw in her eyes, he saw her pain, he wanted to know the reason behind it...he tried asking her she refused cus she was already in pain, he got pissed...he said things in anger...the only reason anger came out of him was cus he felt close to her much more than anyone else...his heart was already set with her..and his heart thought that it is his haaq to get angry at her...

n in that anger he fired her...
