this part is for all my friends who encouraged me to continue this FF .. for some days i even thought of discontinuing it but poongs and thabs wont let me ... the word thnx is not sufficient ...

PART - 13

Dadi was sitting and a reading a book in her room . suddenly two hands closed her eyes from back . dadi touched the hands and was totally surprised .

Dadi : annie ????

Annie laughed : wow dadi !! you guessed right !!

Both hugged each other and arjun took blessings from dadi .

Dadi : arey you both just now left to US and you are back ?? anything special ???

Annie pouted : dadima seems like you are not happy to have us back .

Dadi : aisa nahi hai beta . am totally surprised to see you both in a short span of time .

Arjun : dadima maan ne hume phone kiya tha jaldi aane keliye so hum sab jald se jald agayi ...

Dadi was even more confused : maan ne kaha ??? per why dint he inform me about it .

Annie : may be bhai wants to give you a surprise .

Dadi : surprise ??? okay you both freshen up now . I ll ask nakul to prepare lunch .

Annie : teek hai dadima .

AT the same time in office .

Maan was walking towards his cabin with adi besides him .

Maan : adi , makes arrangements for the meeting next week .

Adi : sir , we can finish it this week itself .

Maan gave him a look : tomorrow is a holiday right ??? next is week end . do I need to explain this also ??

Adi was startled : but sir what is the speciality tomorrow ??

Maan gave his famous MSK glare and hissed out : its REPUBLIC day .

By that time they entered the cabin , adi was even more confused .

Adi : per sir , what is the connection between republic day and holiday sir ???

Maan yelled : OUT OF MY CABIN NOW .

Adi just ran away for his life seeing his avatar .

Maan : I tried to be nice for a day and these guys start questioning me .

Just then maan received a call from dadima informing about annie's arrival . he replied that he would be there within an hour and cut the call . he then called his secretory and told her to cancel all his meeting for that week and schedule it in the next week . his secretory was pleasantly shocked but felt happy that she would get a long week end off ..

Maan reached home and found everyone sitting on the dining room waiting for him . as soon as annie saw maan , she hugged him tight followed by arjun .

Maan : how are you annie ??

Annie : am fine bhai . how are you doing ??

Maan : fine annie .. then to arjun : arjun I hope I dint disturb your busy schedule ..

Arjun : nothing of that sort .. wats the matter that you called us to return urgently ??

Dadi cleared her throat to indicate her presence . Maan gave her a sheepish smile as if a little boy getting caught while stealing a candy .

Dadi : am I missing something maan ???

Maan immediately changed his expression to stern and said : nothing dadi , am just planning for a long vacation this week ..

Annie , dadi and arjun shouted at the same time : WHAT ??? ARE YOU PLANING FOR A VACATION ???

Geet who just now entered the house asked : Why are you all shouting like you had seen ghost ???

Maan just shrugged his shoulders .

Geet went to dadi : arey dadi batayiye na . kya bath hai ??

Dadi spoke as if she had seen a ghost : maan is planning for a vacation .

Geet smiled widely : tho yeh bath hai .. we had been making arrangement for this for last two days .

Annie : we ???

Geet : haan mai aur maan .

Arjun : matlab u r also coming ??

Geet faked being angry : oh u r planning to leave me and go ?? this is not at all fair annie .

Dadi : arey muje chakkar aa rahe hai aap logo ko bhat sun kar .

Geet : dadi meh batati hun . we are going for a week end vacation to goa . myself and maan had made all arrangements for the stay . aur haan maa , papa and pinky bhi aa rahe hai .

Annie started shouting and jumping : wow dadi !!! a perfect family vacation after a long time !!! we gonna enjoy this immensely !!!

Maan smiled at her and said : now that everything is cleared , pack your luggages after lunch . we ll leaving in the evening .

Annie : oww bhai !!! I cant wait for it ..

Everyone proceeded to have lunch ' dadi could not thank god enough for bring this change in maan . "may be time for some special occasion" she thought . but sensing his angry grandson she decided to take things slow and steady ''
