hmm clauses concerning law, commerce and generals. The contract is made between a company in France and a distributor in a Latin America. What are the important clause to be included. Don't worry everything will be fine, it is just I have a problem with french, I can't make correct sentence in french as well as I can't understand few paragraphs :(
No not really I am studying international trade, but we have to study law in that field.
