Part 7

"But mujhe sari tie karna nahi aata!!" she told innocently.

"WHATTT???!!!!!!" he looked back at her shocked!!!

Geet shrugs her shoulders innocently but didn't say anything.

After 2 seconds he comes out of the shock and says unbelievably "Tumhe... But... How... You... I..." he struggled to find the words but just couldn't.

Geet waited for him to actually say something...

After some seconds, he was actually able to find his words "Then how did you wear it before??!!"

Geet thought it as a stupid question but she answered it anyways "Dadima helped me!!" she said as if it was so obvious.

Maan was able to control himself by now and he said angrily "If you didn't knew how to tie a sari, then why did you wear it??" He couldn't believe how can she be so stupid to do something like this...

Geet frowns at his question and all the frustration of her open sari came out on Maan "Ye lo! Ab iska ilzaam bhi aap mujhpar dalenge!!??Ye sari maine aapki wajah se pehni hai, aur aap mujhe dosh de rahe hain??!!"

Maan narrows his eyes on her accusation and said "Meri wajah se?? Maine tumse kaha tha, sari pehan ke aane ke liye??"

"Aur nahi to kya!!" she said with a baby pout.

"Kya??!!" he said surprised.

"Kiyun? Last year ek interview mein aapne nahi kaha tha, ke aapko indian dresses mein sari pasand hai?!!"

He looks at her flabbergastedly. He couldn't believe that she wore this sari for him, even when she doesn't know how to wear it...

She continued "Aur ismein meri koi galti nahi hai!! Main to ye sari ghar se achchi tarah se baandh kar aayi thi!! Aapki wajah se mujhe ye sari utaarni padi!!!"

Maan looked at her surprised at her last words!!! Does this girl thinks before she speaks??!!!

He looked away embarrassedly at her words that she took off her sari because of him!! He knew she didn't meant it in that context, but that's the moot point! She is too innocent to understand the thoughts that stirred in Maan's mind with her words.

Geet, oblivious to Maan's thoughts, continued "Agar aap mujhe wo nangi-pungi dress pehan-ne ke liye naa kehte, to meri sari to bilkul perfect thi!!"

Maan's lips twitched into a slight smile at the adjective she used for the dress...nangi-pungi!

"Lekin nahin, aap to hamesha apni marzi ki hi karte ho na!! Kya zaroorat thi, mujhe wo gandi si dress zabardasti pehanvane ki??!! Agar aap ne mere saath zabardasti naa ki hoti, to ye sari abhi bhi meri kamar pe tiki hoti!!"

The girl seriously doesn't think before speaking!!! Now only this was left to hear! That Maan Singh Khurana tried to do zabardasti with a girl!! He smiled mentally as he realised that his mind is moulding the true meaning of her words into something else... And to his utmost surprise, he was actually enjoying it too!!

Geet who still didn't know that Maan is mentally operating her each word and giving some other meaning to it, continued "Arre agar dress change karni hi thi to pehanvai kiyun??!!"

Maan comes out of his thoughts with her last words as he remembered the reason why he asked her to change back into sari. And all those emotions came back to him in a force... But he pulls himself together and said angrily "That was because I knew you were unable to carry that dress!!" he snapped at her.

Geet's mouth fell open into a perfect O at his words and she said angrily "Excuse me, kasoor mera nahi, kasoor us ugly dress ka tha!!"

Maan said teasingly "Oh please, don't blame the dress!!" he rolled his eyes on her to enjoy the desired effect of his words on her.

Geet was gonna say something when Maan holds her from her shoulders, and pushes her towards the car, and stood very close to her making her a sandwich between car and his body...

Geet gasps at the sudden movement!!

The next instant she saw him standing very close to her... Their bodies touching each other... There was no space between their bodies... His face mere inches away from hers...

Geet looked into his beautiful brown eyes and she felt herself drowning in them...

She could feel his warm breath fanning her face...while stirring forbidden desires in her...

Her heart was beating erratically in her chest...

It felt like the time stopped for them... They eyes boring into each others...

Maan's condition was no less than Geet!! He was drowning in her beautiful hazel eyes...

All the forbidden desires that he has squished forcefully few minutes ago, started surfacing again in him with such close proximity...

Her petite and delicate body against his hard and macho body was urging him to touch her...to feel her...to love her...

Her luscious rose-petal lips were pulling him towards her... His throat was getting dry...

His face started leaning towards hers on it's own accord...

Geet's breathing fastened seeing him leaning towards her while her heart threatened to jump out of her chest...

She didn't know what was happening or what was he doing...

Maan was very close to her now when his trance broke with the noise of someone's opening their car's lock!!

He gets back a little to his original position while cursing himself mentally. He wished he could leave her and get away from her as much as possible but he knew he can't do that... He still remembers the reason why he held her like this, and he's not gonna back-off until it's safe...

He peeked from his shoulder towards the person leaving and gets away from Geet.

Geet tried to control her erratic heartbeats and quick breathing and looked at him confused!! She still didn't know why he did this!!!

Maan looks away trying to control himself and said "I'm sorry! Someone was coming...so I...umm... uh... I'm sorry!!!" he was able to utter at last.

And Geet realised what might have happened... He covered her with his body so that somebody didn't see her in this condition.

She felt overwhelmed by his act... She wondered if people like him really exists in this world!!??? But then again, he is Maan Singh Khurana!! Who is the only one of a kind in the world!!!

She looked at him feeling grateful and said "Thank you!"

"Hmm." Maan said without looking at her. He was still not able to control his desires that he could've looked into her eyes...

After a moment, his mind started getting clearer and he could think straight again. He heard her say "But what are we gonna do now??"

He said without looking at her "Umm... Sit in the car before anybody see you!! I'll go and buy you some dress!!" he opens the car door for her, and she slides in...

When he was about to leave, Geet realised something and calls him "Maan!"

Maan looks back at her and she said pouting her lips adorably "I'm don't want to wear those nangi-pungi dresses again!!"

Maan was gonna say something angrily, but he kept mum seeing the adorable pout on her face.

So he said "Ok! I'll get you Indian suit then!!"

Geet nods and as he was about to go, he remember something and asks her "What's your size?" the words escaped his mouth before he could realise the meaning of his words.

Geet's eyes widens in shock and she said frowning "Ji??!!"

Maan realised what she's thinking the meaning of his words and said "No.. I mean what's your suit's size??"

Geet was flabbergasted by his question. She rolled her eyes on him and said "Maan, aap bhi na!! Kabhi kabhi bina dimag ke question poochhte ho!!! Aap ko kya lagta hai, koun hoon main??"

Maan looks at her dumbstruck not knowing where this conversation going!! Does he ever know it??!! That he will know now!!! The girl is so unpredictable... So he gave up thinking knowing that she's gonna tell him anyways pretty soon...

"Nahi nahin boliye na!! Kya lagta hai aapko??!! Main koi tailor hoon!! Jo mujhe suits ka maap pata hoga!!! Yaa mera koi boutique hai, jo main suits ke maap leti rehti hoon??!! Shayad aapko pata nahi hoga, lekin mere suits ka maap to hamesha masterji hi lete hain!! Main thodi na unse poochhti firti hoon, ke mere suit ka maap kya hai!! Wo to wohi khud hi suit banaa dete hain!! Kahin aapko ye to nahi lagta hai, ke main bevakoof hoon, jo aap bina sir pair ka sawaal mujhse poochh rahe ho??!!" the realisation dawns on her and she said "Haawww!! Iska matlab aap mujhe bevakoof samajhte hain!! Aur apni baat saabit karne ke liye, mujhse aisa poochh rahe hain!!"

Maan looks at her unbelievably and said frustartingly "Geeet!!! Ek minute!! Kitna bolti ho tum??!! You know what galti meri hi hai, Jo maine tumse ye poochh liya!! Tumse baat karna matlab bhains ke aage been bajaane wali baat hai!! Kiyunki tum duniya bhar ki saari baatein karogi, lekin jo poochha jayega, wo nahi bataaogi!!" he said with sarcastic frustration.

Geet opens her mouth in shock and said making baby face "Aapne mujhe bhains kaha??!! Main aapko bhains jaisi lagti hoon??!! Aur bina matlab ki baatein main nahi, aap karte hain!! Shaam se leke ab tak aapki zubaan ne ek minute ka bhi aaraam nahi kiya, continuously aap bole jaa rahe hain, aur ilzaam mujhpe lagaa rahe hain!!??" she looks up and says "Dekha na babaji!! Aap to sab dekh rahe hain ke koun zyada bol raha hai!! Aap gawah hain mere!! To please inko bataayiye zaraa ke zyada main nahi," she looks at Maan and said "zyada ye bolte hain!!"

Maan closes his eyes in frustration and said "Geet!!! Ek minute!!! Tum jeet gayi, aur main haar gaya, bas??!!!" and he said sarcastically "Tab se main hi bol raha hoon, aur tum chup baithi ho!! Happy?? You know what, rehne do!!! Main apne aap koi suit le aaunga!!" he shakes his head frustratingly and was about to go when a new realisation dawns on Geet and she calls him "Maan!!"

He looks back at her and said frustratingly "Ab kya hai??!!"

"Please mujhe akela chhod ke mat jaayiye!! Mujhe darr lagta hai!!"

Maan rolls his eyes frustratingly but as he looks at her face, his expressions softens as he realised that she is really scared.

He said consolingly "Geet, don't worry! Just lock the doors from inside!! I'll be back pretty soon!!"

But she said stubbornly "Nahin Maan, main yahaan akeli nahi rahoongi!! Ek kaam karti hoon, main bhi aapke saath chalti hoon!!" she opened the car door to get out.

Maan said shockingly seeing that she is really about to get out of the car "Geet pagal ho gayi ho?? Tum andar kaise jaa sakti ho??!!"

Geet said innocently "Apne pairon se chal ke!!" and she added teasingly "Maan, shayad aapko pata nahi, lekin zyadaatar log pairon se hi chalte hain!!"

Maan narrows his eyes on her and says sarcastically "Oh really Geet?! Mujhe laga ke log haathon ke bal chalte hain!!! And by the way, how will you walk with your open sari??"

"Ae le!! Ismein kya badi baat hai!! Ab andar se baahar tak main chal ke hi aayi hoon na, wo bhi khuli sari ke saath!! To baahar se andar tak to jaa hi sakti hoon!!" she said proudly.

Maan looks at her sarcastically and said "Yeah right!! Tum khud chal kar hi to yahaan tak aayi ho, main thodi na tumhe god mein utha kar car tak leke aaya tha!!!" he finished with a sarcastic smile.

She said with a baby pout "Oh! To ab aap ehsaan jataa rahe hain!!?? Maine thodi na aapko kaha tha ke mujhe god mein utha kar car tak leke chaliye!!! Aur waise bhi, agar main yahaan par ruk bhi jaaoon, aur aap mere liye suit le bhi aaye, to aapne socha hai, ke main wo suit change kahaan karungi??!!"

Maan didn't say anything realising the logic in Geet's words. Even if he brought suit for her, where will she change it??!!

Geet saw him thinking and thought that he's giving in at last and said to take advantage of him being deep in thoughts "Is liye main keh rahi hoon, main bhi aapke saath andar chalti hoon!!" she tries to get out of the car.

"NO!!!" he said quickly making her stop in between of getting out from the car. He said authoritatively "You will NOT go inside in this condition!!"

Geet looked at him scared; she did not wanted to stay here alone in the car. She was scared of dark and the parking lot was very spooky, and the condition she was in, there was no way she was staying alone in the car.

"Then what will we do??" she asked him daringly.

Maan closed his eyes to make a decision and said "Fine!! We are going back home and there Dadima could fix your sari again!"

Geet realised that it's the best option and nods and Maan gets behind the wheels.
