FINALLEEE i got to read it... well... where do i begin...??Lolz...right even I want to say FINALLEEE like DD😆Hmmm... FIRSTLY... you ended it,... 😡... it was going along sooo nicely i wasnt ready for it to end yet!! i was loving the relationship between Maaneet... 😭😭😭Koi na Ustaad...phir kabhi...kuchh aur sahi😃 See I have already started writing my next Fic.But on the other hand, putting aside the fact that you ended it 😆😆, i really loved the way you ended...i loved the way...1. Maan understands her feelings... and expresses the confusion, exploration, discovery yet haven that IS their relationship... tough emotions for a recluse to voice but she gives him the courage... i loved that entire exchange... which voices everything from the confusion at such a bond in their lives, the skepticism about it, the resignition to it, and the looking forward to it...I loved this particular line...I would be agreeing with skeptics, hardly believing in that sentiment itself. Except for the fact that it has happened to me."Awesome line... when the 'mighty fall'!! 👏👏👏2. I love the fact that at nooo point does Maan even expect her gratitude and hence her love... the fact that he is simply seeking a chance at 'them' sometime later...So basically, you get this feeling about their whole love... the fact that Maan sees someone who seems like a kindred soul... someone who suffers similar disillusionment as he himself did and thus he helps her out... make no mistake about it... but he doesnt do it out of charity or pity... he does it coz he needs to help that soul become complete again...i know i am not sounding very clear here... but the fact i liked was it seems to me that Maan sees a kindred soul... but the soul stands the chance of being broken & disillusioned (like he once was though he overcame it later)... in order to see whether 'they' have a chance together and an entwined journey, he needs that soul to be complete and live its grandest vision.. only then do they have a chance at THEIR grandest vision of themselves... i mean a broken spirit would only result in bitterness...from that issues forth his action... and he is the first to acknowledge that this is only the beginning... he himself is stepping into the realms of the uncertain now... it could go either way but for once he has taken a chance... he only seeks a chance not a guarantee3. Geet reactions... i mean they were completely natural... cant expect her to suddenly fall in love with him now that her strange, benefecator and hot shot business all turn out to be the same... the would have been mercenary...but i loved the fact that she recognizes the bond between them... deeper, closer and more sincere than those of her fawning relations... one who she can safely confide in things that she would tremble to breathe of to others and i love the fact taht she too realizes that their bond can only be strenghtened if she is true to herself, living out her private dream... only then can they genuinely tread on this path together... as kindred souls but also as equals!I loved this lineTo even explore the posibility of having someone else lay a claim to it (her dream), she needed to be living in the space she had carved for herself4. Of course, i loved the fact the way you showed them turning to their 'own private world shunning the falseness of that public world'In all... beautifully expressed emotions and awesomely done Chhote... Bravo!! 👏👏👏Thank you sooo much Ustaad!!! Now I feel the story is completeNo pressure here... 😉... but i think there is way in which the story can be taken to its logical conclusion (not that it isnt already!) but you get what i mean...You could possibly write an Epilogue... fast forwarding these years till she finishes her Scholarship and till she discovers herself... and show us a glimpse of their relationship (say) 3 years later as you envisage it!!!! 😊😊😊That would be awesome...!!Epilogue,...hmmm...For the rest... it already is...awesome that is!!HugsUstaad
i had bookmarked this in late july to read later...and i guess later was/is today...i love this FF...you are defenitly a painter with words...i loved the way the story flowed...and like you said each update was like a snapshot...you managed to touch upon many little topics...now you have left it open ended...better for me to dream...and for you to pick up on when you feel the itch again👏
