Chapter-13

A new Beginning

Brij and kuldeep Handa was thrown out of the house

Everything seemed so calm and peaceful

Abhimanyu looked at maan and that was when he noticed his bleeding nose

So you can fight abhi said as he cleaned Maan's nose with his handkerchief

Maan winced a little i guess so dad

Abhi just smiled and asked does it hurt

A little Maan said but not that much dad you see I am a strong boy

Abhi smiled his devil was growing up for sure

and he was glad he was ready to go to extents for saving his angel

Dad Maan called bringing out Abhi from his thoughts

Yes son

Are we going to stay here with Geet and her mom

Yes Maan we are this was the only way to protect ur angel

After seeing them treating geet and her momm so badly how could have i left them alone

Maan smiled as he came running towards Abhi and gave him a big hug

You are the best dad maan said as he kissed abhi's cheek

Abhi just smiled maan never has expressed himself like this before he just hugged him tight and said I love you too son

But you have to take care of her she is your responsibility now

Maan just nodded his head I will dad promise

Great then Maan go get changed dadi will be here soon

Yes he said as he ran outside the room

Maan ran outside but then something came upto his mind and

He ran upstairs to rano's room and entered screaming mom

Rano was surprised to see Maan smiling

She was so worried for her daughter

but couldn't do anything for her

When geet was lying unconscious on the ground her heart screamed out of pain

she tried alot to get up and push Brij away from Geet but couldn't her body refused to move

how much she hated herself at that very moment only she knows

She kept on praying for geet's safety

She knew somewhere maan and his father were good people and will not let anything happen to geet but still she was restless

but finally when she heard maan's voice and saw the smile on his face

She was relieved

Mom maan screamed as he came and held rano's hand

A tear escaped her eyes as maan

Looked at her lovingly and said she is ok mom she is completely ok

Aap phikar mat karo aapki geet bilkul thik hai

He wiped the tear away

Bahut pareshan kara geet ne humein

Uthne do use phir hum dono use datengey

Rano twisted her lips as she tried to smile

She tried lifting her hand to keep on Maan's cheek but only her fingers moved a bit she shied helplessly

Maan just took her hand and kept it on his cheek

Rano just looked at him lovingly

Aap geet ke pass jana chahte ho

Rano just nodded her head a little wondering how does this little boy knows and understand things of her heart he was truly an angel for Rano and Geet

Maan just kissed her hand said mein le chalta hoon

He brought a wheel chair from outside and called the maid to help lift rano up from bed

After a while Maan just brought rano out of her room

Abhimanyu was busy on his phone at the moment but as he saw maan and rano out on the wheel chair

He kept the phone down and ran towards Maan to help him bring the wheel chair down the stairs

He had completely forgotten about Rano but Maan he remebered Abhi felt so proud on him

His devil was getting responsible

And all this was because of Geet

Rano was so happy

it was after so many years that she came out of that dark room

her eyes wandered everywhere tracing all the corners where she has spent her life

The good and the bad moments

But since she got paralytic life was nothing more than

dark room

Maan took her to geet's room where geet was sleeping

Rano just looked at the room it was still the same the way she and geet's father has decorated it for her yes she rememberd how excited he was to decorate it for geet

Finally her daughter was in it

her father never had a chance to bring her here himself

though

Tears just poured down her eyes

As she saw her daughter lying on the bed she looked really weak but there was still contentment on her face

Maan just helped rano to keep her hand on geet's head she looked at her lovingly and then her eyes shifted to maan

He was like a little angel for her daughter

Who just met her and rescued her from her doomed fate

Abhi was just looking at Maan and rano

When savitri devi came from back and said kitne khush hai na sab

Abhi just nodded wiping the tears from his eyes

Maan ko ma mil gayi aur geet ko uske dad
