Three weeks later
Adi along with sujal were teasing maan.Maan looked upstairs and his eyes stuck there.Adi moved his hand infront of maan and then he looked at the direction maan was seeing.He saw his younger sister coming down with Pinky and Meera.She was looking gorgeous.
Adi(Teasing maan):Nazar mat laga mere behen ko.
Maan(Smiled):Tum kaho tu pas ja kar utar doon nazar.
Sujal(Gave him the ring):Ahem...abhi tu tum ja kar mere hone wale baho ko ye ring phanao.
Maan smiled and extended his hand infront of geet.She put her hand in his hand.He put ring in her hand and in trance took her hand closer to his face and kissed it.Everyone started to clear their throats.Maan became embarrassed while geet started to become shy.Then geet put ring in maan's finger.He smiled at her while she was looking down.Maan felt like she was not alright.Yash,Meera,Adi,Pinky started to dance on different songs.Everyone was enjoying while maan was feeling that geet was disturb.He didnot get that what was wrong with her.He started to come closer to her.When he saw she went towards lawn.No one notice it except maan and meera.Meera went after her.
Meera(Came closer to geet):Kya hua geet?Tum bahar kyu aa gaye?
Geet(Controlling herself):Woh andar mujhe ghutan ho rahe thi.
Meera(Concerned):Geet tumhare tabiyat tu theek hai?Mujhe batao baat kya hai?
Geet(Couldnot control herself and hugged meera):Mujhe bohat dar lag raha hai meera.Dev tu mujhe bohat pehle se janta tha phir bhi iss ne mujh per barosa nahi kiya.Aur ye tu mujhe jante bhi nahi hain.Kya ye bhi mujh per shak (doubt) karein ge??
Meera:Nahi geet tum aisa mat socho.Dekhna maan jeeju tumhara bohat khayal rahein ge.Tum per bilkul shak nahi karein ge.
Maan was standing there.He had heard everything.
Maan(Thinking):Main tumse wada karta hoon geet main tumhi humasha khush rak hoon ga.Aur tumhare dil se ye dar bohat jaldi khatam kar doon ga.
Next day,Yash dropped geet at the college because she had some important work with her college teacher.
Yash:Main tumhi pick karne kab aao?
Geet:Don't worry tum meera ko le kar shopping karne jao.Main bhaiyya ko call kar doon ge jab mera kaam khatam ho jaye ga.Woh mujhe pick kar lein ge.
Yash:Ok takecare,Bye!
Geet:Bye!
At 4:30 pm,Geet finished her work.When she came in the college ground.She saw that it was raining.She searched for her mobile in her purse then she remembered that she forgot her mobile at home.
Geet(Thinking):Oh no! mobile tu main ghar bhool aaye ab main kya karoon.College bhi band ho raha hai chalo main pas wale PCO se bhai ko call kar dete hoon.
She went to the PCO.She called on Adi's office number and came to know that he was in some important meeting.Then she called on yash's mobile number but his mobile was switched off.She was very scared but she controlled herself and called at home.The phone was ringing but no one was picking it up.
Geet(Controlling her tears):Ab main kya karoon??Yahan per tu sirf main hi aik ladke hoon bakki sab ajeeb se ladke hain….Haan yaad aaya adi bhaiyya ne maan ka number diya tha.Inhi call karoon kya?...Nahi geet acha nahi lagta….Per iss problem main shayad who help kar dein kyuki adi bhaiyya ka best friend hain na.
She called on maan's number.On second bell,He picked up the call.
Geet(Hesitantly):Hello!
Maan(Closed his eyes):Geet!
Geet(Thinking):Inko kaise pata main geet bol rahe hoon?
Maan:Kya hua koi problem main ho kya?
Geet(Quickly):Woh na main college kisse kaam se aaye thi.Mobile ghar bhool gaye iss liye adi bhaiyya ko call karne ka liye college ka pas wale PCO main aa gaye.Per adi bhaiyya meeting main hain.Yash ne mobile off kiya hua hai aur ghar ka phone koi utha nahi raha iss liye maine aap ko call kar diya.Aap adi bhaiyya ko call kar dein ge?
Maan(Smiled):Don't worry tum jahan ho wahan raho.Main tumhi yahan se pick kar leta hoon.Takecare,I will be there in few minutes.
Geet was feeling awkward there so she came outside.She saw clouds at sky and it was raining.Two boys came and stood beside her.
First boy:Tumne kabhi bheega husn dekha hai.
Second boy:Haan dekh raha hoon.
Geet started to tremble.When she saw a car stopped and maan coming out.She quickly ran and hugged him.Maan's heart started to beat fastly.He noticed that she was trembling so he hugged her back.
Geet(With fear):Please jaldi chalein yahan se.
Maan nodded his head and took her in the car.He knew that she was afraid of the boys.He wanted to beat them for scaring her but she needed him more.He put his coat around her and on the heater.He put his arm around her and held her hand with his one hand while driving his car with the other hand.He stopped the car infront of her house.Geet looked at him.He smiled at her.
Maan:Ghar aa gaya!
She noticed that he was driving the car by one hand.
Geet:Thank you waqt per aane ka liye.Aap andar aayein na.
Maan:Thank you kha ne ke koi zarurat nahi hai.Abhi mujhe kisse kaam se jana hai.Phir mulakat ho ge.Takecare….Haan agar phir koi problem ho tu mujhe call kar dena.Agar main time per na bhi pohancha tu mujhe yakeen hai tum sab kuch sambhal loon ge.Ok bye!
Geet(Slowly):Bye!
Geet saw his car going away while maan was looking at geet from the car's mirror.Geet remembered the time when she was teased by some boys but yash and meera came there.Later when she accidently told this incident to dev .He scolded her that she must be wearing something revealing that's why boys teased her.But maan had not scolded her and he even trusted her that she could handle this type of situation.
Geet(Thinking):Mujhe nahi pata ka main aap se pyaar kar pao ge ya nahi per main aapke bohat respect karte hoon.
At night,Yash took geet and meera with him for dinner.When they entered in the food street,they saw maan.Yash went and hugged maan while meera and geet handshaked with him.They ordered for food.
Yash:Meera,Abhi khana ane main time hai tum zara mera saath chalo.Mujhe tumse kaam hai.
Meera:Per yash …..
Yash gave her some signal so she went with him.Geet saw them going somewhere and looked at maan who was looking at her.She quickly looked down.
Maan:Ye yash tum logon ka saath hi rahta hai?
Geet(Scared):Yash mere bhai jaisa hai.
Maan:Maine tum se ye tu nahi pocha ka yash tumhara kya lagta hai..
Geet looked down while controlling her tears.She remembered that dev used to ask these types of questions from her because he doubted her and yash's friendship.Maan knew exactly what was she feeling.He wanted her to trust him that he would not distrust her and yash's friendship.That's why he had made this plan with yash to bring her for dinner with him.He couldnot see her like this anymore.He held her hands.
Maan(Softly):Geet!Mere taraf dekho.
Geet looked at him and saw only love in his eyes.
Maan(Lovingly):Geet har rishte ka liye trust bohat zaroori hota hai.Jis rishte main trust na ho woh rishta bohat kamzoor hota hai.Main tumpe bohat yakeen karta hoon.Main janta hoon ka tum aur yash bohat close friends ho.Tum yash ko apna bhai jaisa samijhte ho.Tumhi ye baat mujhe batane ke koi zarurat nahi hai.Kyuki main tum per bharosa karta hoon.
Few tears fell from geet's eyes because of his sweetness.Maan wiped her tears.
Geet:Aap bohat ache hain.
Maan(Trying to cheer her up):Woh tu main hoon.Ab jab mere taraf ho gaye hai tu khana khayein kyuki mujhe bohat bhook lag rahe hai.
Geet smiled and nodded her head.They ate their dinner.After the dinner Yash and meera came back and took geet to their home.The whole night,Geet was thinking about maan.
Geet(Thinking):Bhaiyya ne theek kaha tha maan bohat ache hain aur meera bhi theek kha rahe thi ka maan mujh per shak nahi karein ge.Woh mujhe bohat ache lagne lage hain.
