Part 42

Recap; Maaneet attend a sangeet of the Chawla family. Geet sings and dances to liven up the party. Maan vows to get Geet to meet her family.

Maan entered he office and began avoiding Geet. Geet was a bit confused as to why all the work that involved being around Maan was handed out to Sasha, Tasha, Romeo, Pinky and Adi. She kept trying to get his attention. "Maan sir.."

"Abi nahi Geet tum apne cabin main jao". He acted busy and Geet left looking sad. She started to talk to herself *Ye kiya meri taraf dekhte bi nahin, zaroor koi baat hui hain* Geet returned to his cabin after contemplating to get some answers.

"Maan sir muje aap se kuch poochna hain".

"Tum ne suna nahin maine kaha not now" he began reading his file.

"Maan muje nahin pata aap aise kyon behave kar rahe hain, agar aap koi saza de rahe hain toh mera haq banta hain ke main janoo ke kiya waje hain ke mera saara kaam aap ne staff ko de diya".

"Geet tumare paas experience nahin toh issliye, mera dimaag mat chaato aur jao"he looked irritated.

"Aap meri ankhon main ankh daal ke batai ke yahi wajah hain aapki berukhi ki"Geet looked sad.

Maan ignored her. She stood there helpless. "Geet ja kar apna kaam karo, time waste mat karo fazool baato main samji".

All day Geet missed seeing Maan. In his cabin he was pining for Geet. Maan was about to phone her but he stopped *Maan Singh Khurana control karo*. Sasha came in looking concerned. "Sir Mr Agnihotri ne kaha hain ke agar aap aur Geet iss project ko tayaar nahin kiya toh wo kisi aur company se kaam le le ge, what to do?"

Maan put his hands together and thought "Teek hain tum unne kaho ke main aur Geet kal subah tak unn ko sketches dekha de ge". Maan swallowed his pride "Geet andar aao" he spoke over the phone. Geet took the files out and Maan avoided looking into her eyes. She sat there writing notes and Maan paused smiling at her.

Geet looked up and saw Maan busy in his work. She had flashbacks of him saying he did not love her. She made an excuse and went out and controlled her tears

Maan looked up and they eyelocked but he looked the other way.

Geet is about to say something to Maan but he is talking to Sasha. She stops and turns around. Maan notices her and comes close and back off.

Geet carries on writing feeling helpless.

Geet walks off to leave office and Maan is about to stop her but he punches the wall.

Maaneet are in the car and Geet looks out of the wondow to avoid looking at Maan. Maan pretends to be texting on his mobile.

Geet goes into their bedroom and lays down on one side and is feeling upset that Maan is avoiding her. She can't go to sleep. Maan also is awake. Geet goes and stands out of the balcony.

(Aashiqon ko neend nahin aaye Har ghadi dilbar ki yaad sataaye)

Maan scrunches his pillow realising Geet is restless because of him.

Pyaar mein doori na sahi jaaye Beqaraari reh rehke tadpaaye

He gets up and goes near Geet. Geet turns around startled. Her eyes fill up with tears he scans her eyes and feels drawn to her.

Yeh rog jisse lag jaata hai Voh jeeta na mar paata hai Dil kehna na maane, haaye

Geet turns away and mutes her sound with her dupatta. Maan follows her and touches her shoulders and turns her to face him. He waits for her to raise her eyes.

Geet lifts her lashes and looks into his intense brown eyes. She lowers her gaze and unwittingly looks at his M shaped lips.

She looks away feeling awkward. Maan is feeling really restless and he pulls her in his arms and hugs her. He rubs her back with his long hands. She hold onto his neck for support. They pull away and Geet looks at him and spontaneously begins to kiss his forehead, eyebrow, cheeks. She kisses him as if this is last time she will see him. He pulls her hair and brings his lips onto her smooth lips. She parts them and he kisses her sweetly. She closes her eyes and drifts into the kiss. He opens his mouth and intensifies the kiss. She moans and he traces her figure with his hands. She arches her back and he pins her against the balcony wall. Geet begins to unbutton his shirt and feel his chest. He kisses her chin and starts to kiss her tilted neck. She inhales with pleasure. Maan starts to feel her breasts and begins giving her small love bites . she exclaims "Maan!". Maan pulls her leg on his hip and leans into her middle. She could feel his manhood against her middle. She was getting wet. He began giving her French kisses all the while rubbing his manhood against her middle. It was like making love with clothes on. Maan started to unzip her kurti. She came into her senses "Maan stop it please".

Maan instantly moved off and turned around. He could not believe he was about to make love to her. She felt embarrassed. "I'm sorry Geet". She felt awkward and left.

Geet never slept all night thinking how badly she wanted him to make love to her. Maan on the other end wanted her so badly that he did not care about anything. He realised he needed to do something, but what?
