PART 9

Nupur , Gunjan, Diya, Suhani and Priya were all sitting at the last seats , together while Sam and Mayank were sitting somewhere ahead.the weather was turning even more beautiful and it had started to drizzle too. Nupur and Suhani had both succeeded in taking the window seats and so Priya and Diya were chatting away so no one noticed that for a change, Gunjan was lost'she was thinking about Nupur and Mayank..she knew Mayank was a goo dperson at heart and may not hurt Nupur intentionally but that doesn't change the fact that he may hurt her unconsciously. There was no doubt about Nupur's odd behavior and so Gunjan had simply no idea what was right and what was wrong'

Nupur stretched out her hand to feel the rain droplets and she was immensely enjoying the soft breeze playing with her hair'she was loving the weather when she heard the whistling'. It was followed by a huge applause and so Nupur looked up to see Maaynk and Sam standing in the bus, Sam playing the guitar while Mayank whistling and asking everyone to open the windows wide to let the lovely weather seep in..

Mayank: "Bin chede hi , baje jhan jhana jhan'
Dil mein 100 guitar'.

Sam: ude ude hosh khoya khoya dil'aur dikhte , ek ke char'

Mayank: peeke coffee nasha chadhe aur popcorn mare kick'
Sam: aur stupid si in batoon mein ,baba dil doondhe logic
Sam and Mayank: isi umar mein, isi umar mein'.

Mayank and Sam were joined by all the boys and girls for the chorus.. even Suhani, Diya and Priya joined in' Gunjan had moved closer to Nupur to enjoy the beautiful weather from the open window..inspite of herself she couldn't help but enjoy the harmless, friendly song session'she knew this was their group's favorite song and Diya was the one who made them listen to it until they all were in love with the song' finally even Nupur joined in and so letting go of her anxiety , smiling even Gunjan joined in'

Diya: " Internet par ho ek Tic Talk Tic,Talk har roz Subah Shaam
'"

Priya: " Facebook, Twitter, Orkut shorkut'Lage Zaroori Kaam'"

They were moving to the tune too..enjoying and dancing'

Gunjan: "Chalte Firte aa jaye Ik roz kisi ka mail'"
Suhani ( in romantic mode because of the weather and the song) "aur Seedhi simple si life yeh ban jaaye fairy tale''"

Sam had seen Gunjan all tensed up since the start of the journey but finally she was relaxing.. he understood what she meant but he trusted his friend too' he smiled at the way things were turning after every minute with this trip '.

Mayank: "Crazy Sapno se ho aakhey full on update'."
Sam: (grinning) "Plot moon pe lena hai, zara pata lagana Rate?"
Maaynk: " Koi Samjhe ya na Samjhe'..Apni Dhun mein hi Doobe'."

Sam: " Dil mein ik baar jo aa jaye'kar jaaye Ajoobe!"

Everyone joining in, even Sir Shukla along with all the teachers who had decided to join them on the trip!
"isi umar mein, isi umar mein'."

" koi leher mere man sse youn choye'hoye kaheen ek seheren se hue'"

Nupur had joined in' she was grinning and had placed her face out of the window, letting the wind rush onto her face'

She smiled at Gunjan who joined in'

Diya: " kabhe dil aisa kahe..

Priya:kabhe dil wesa kahe'"
Suhani: " hawaon ke tarhan ye bahe!"
all the five friends got up form there seats and moving with the music'their hands in the air .. and smiles on their faces'

Nupur: " chla ke ruku, ruk ke chale'..sehmi se dharkanen...

Ik dil ke sang lag jate hain, lakhon uljhane!"

Sam, Gunjan, Mayank, Nupur, Priya, Diya and Suhani: ""isi umar mein, isi umar mein'."

They all were laughing and dancing when Mayank and Nupur again looked at each other.. Mayank was again captivated by the glee apparent in her eyes and the grin playing on her face'.

She looked adorable and Mayank had by now stopped trying to run away from his feelings..instead he had decided on this trip he will be trying to ponder over them' he really liked her'he had never felt bout a girl in that manner' even with his girlfriends he use to flirt, enjoy but never had he felt this restlessness as he did when Nupur wasn't around, never had he felt so captivated by someone's smile and eyes' never had he felt the way he did whenever his eyes met with Nupur's'. he wanted to know to what extent did his feelings go'and he was all in to find that on this trip'

the song was coming to an end but Sam was still playing the guitar when he looked up to see Gunjan looking at him' he had expected her to go back to the unwelcome thinking mode but what he saw made his heart glad'

Gunjan was looking at Sam , playing the guitar, enjoying himself and she felt a smile crept on her face' Sam had created such a nerdy image of himself that it was hard to believe him without books 'she remembered how she had not believed whne his mother had told her that he played guitar ' not to forget how he had played her favorite song to prove himself.. she was grining by the time she was dione remembering the memory.. she had known Sam for too long and they hd a very special relation. That was te reason why she had gone to him to tell him about her fears about Mayank and Nupur.. however as she was unable to tell him the whole truth, keeping her friend's secrets to herself, she was unable to convey her message to him and she knew now that she had over reacted with him that morning' she had decided it may be just her way of thinking or maybe she was being protective of Nupur.. but that never meant Mayank would be at wrong' besides she couldn't help but think about a possibility of both falling for each other! Getting her thoughts back into control Gunjan decided to observe them before jumping to a conclusion' and what better time then this trip'.

She was thinking of all this not realizing she was still looking at Sam when he looked up and their eyes met' she simply passed him her usual, carefree smile which earned her a smile back from him' she took a deep breath and then realized how much she was looking forward to getting things back to normal with Sam'however then she was distracted by antakshari game which started and soon the all joined in'.

A journey filled with laughter and smiles' Suhani was back into her romantic mode and was even reading the novel, "shahab nama" when Diya snatched the book out of hr hands and priya took the book and passed it to Gunjan . Suhani tried to fight her stance but as soon as Nupur took the book from Gunjan and put it away in her bag, Suhani smiled and gave way to their arguments'they smiled'

"how about we join you?"
it was Sam who spoke but Maynk was right behind him.

Suhnai : " sure Sam!"
so they all settled down, Mayank was back into cracking jokes and acting the cool dude.

Mayank: " you know I wonder how you people will survive this trip if I were not with you! you are pretty boring if you ask me!" he glanced at the book lying in Nupur's bag, shahab nama.

Priya: " wo kya hai na Mayank jee ab hmare life aap jitne exciting to ho nahe sakte!"

Mayank: " wo to hai!"
Diya: " ab dekhen na! Inless thentwo minutes 5 girls have thrown 5 pieces of paper on you'"

Priya: ( continuing) " but they missed you'"
Diya: " and the result was'"

Priya: " two hit me on my face'"

Diya: " two on my hand'"

Gunjan: " aik to mujhe bhe laga hai!"

Mayank: " tume to na bhe lagta to mere side thori lene hote hi!"
Priya: " lekin point ye nahe hai! Point hai ke ab jb apke love letters hmare pass hain to hum soch rahe hain ke parh bhe den'"

Suhani: " love letters? Han zarror parho! Wese bhe hmen bhe to kuch karna chahiay na! After all we are boring !"
Diya: " exactly!"

Gunjan:" han to the one I have say' "mayank : jb se tmen dekha hai, mere raaton ke neendh aur din ka chain dono ur gaye hain!"
Diya: " mere wale mein to sirf : " I love you Mayank likha hai!"
Priya: " mere wale ka to pooch mat! Kese ne ghar ke saman ke 10000 ke bill ke peeche likha hai' "agr aap ye parhne ke baad, mujhe apnana chahte hain to please mujhe aj raat ko'"

Mayank: " bus bohat ho gaya! Kya tum log shuru he hogaye!"
he was too embarrassed' not only was this too much but above all that , he knew Nupur was sitting right beside them' "mere image ke to waat lag gaye!"
Priya: " array abhe to shuru huay hain hm boring log!"

Diya: " aur nahe to kya! Ab HM BORINGGG logon ko apne exciting love letters to parhne do poore!"

Before Mayank could reply he was distracted by the sound of a laugh!he looked up at to see it was none other then Nupur'she was laughing so hard .. her hair flowing freely because of the wind, her eyes glinting with mischief and her face it up with the glee.. Mayank sighed inspite of himself'he was again mesmerized by her'

On the other hand Sam, who was the one who had lend the book to Suhani, was about to start the discussion when Gunjan interrupted: " please Sam ! bari mushkil se jan chute hai us book se ! now you don't start! Pehle he Mayank jee hmen borning kehte hian! Wo book ke discussion start ho gaye to wo bhag he jaey ga!"

Sam : (smiling) acha jee theekh hai ! jese apka hokum!"
Gunjan had many times earlier too made such demands form Sam but to no avail but today he had not only failed to argue but his remarks had left Gunjan feeling shy without a reason..or may be their was a reason' Suhani's teasing glances!
