Its been a month since the oxygen cylinder incident when Armaan put his life in danger to save all but by mircale he survied or should we call it fate. Fate has been cruel to him taking his love from him but anymore. Everyone here calls him eternal lover. The great ashiq, who crossed many boudaries for the one he loved.
It was late at night when a call arrived to Dr Shashank Gupta from the trusty of Sanjeevni, Mumbai that from now on a new trusty will arriving tomorrow morning who happens to be a Doctor himself and hence will be able to judge. And at the same time Dr Keerti received a call from Dr Shilpa Malhotra that she will be joining back a day early to her duties after her transfer as she is already familiar with the surronding of Mumbai amd before saying Goodbye told her that Dr Armaan will also be coming back from his leave tomorrow.

Next day early morning Sanjeevni was a rush of activites preparing for the arrival of new trusty to impress him. Dr Shashank Gupta has arrived early with his wife Padma Gupta and daughter Dr Riddhima Modi, ex-wifeof Dr Siddhant Modi for last 10 day. Nurse Stella the head of nursing department can be seen issuing instructions walking through the corridors and hallways of the hospital to various nurses. Mrs Padma Gupta had taken over the decoration of presentation hall while Dr Shashank Gupta was working on the presentation.
Dr Riddhima was walking down the corridor which passes the canteen seening her Dr JP and nurse Jiggy came to her very exictedly.
" Arey Riddhima flower ji apne sunna... " JP had only said this much when Riddhima cut in between and said.
" Ofcourse maine sunna JP, us naye trusty ke bare mein "
" Dr Riddima hum kisi trusty ko leke todi na itna exicted honge "
" Aur nahi to kya flower ji, pata hai ki Armaan bhaiya aaj vapas aa rahe hai aur to aur Shilpa flower ji ka bhi transfer vapas yahi ho gaya hai ko hume un dono ke welcome ke liye ek choti si party rakhi hai canteen mein sham 4 baje aap zaroor aiye "
Before Riddhima could say anything an annoncement for all the senior doctors and interns to report to the reception area and take their position as the new trusty has arrived in the premises.
Five minutes later the older trusty come with a young man and a woman behind him and introduces the to Dr Shashank Gupta who had an expression of shock on his face.
The former trusty said " Ladies and Gentlemen let me introduce you to the new trustee of Sanjeevni, Mumbai, Dr Armaan Malik and tje beautiful lady besides him is his fiance future soonto-be-Mrs Malik Dr Shilpa Malhotra."
