To insert video you write this [YOUTUBE]File Name[/YOUTUBE]

But where it says 'File name' delete only that part and put in the YouTube link between [YOUTUBE] [/YOUTUBE] but remember there should not be any space anywhere or the video won't upload.

Hopefully that helps a little because I'm not good at explaining.
