Maan left speechless. It's 2 am at night. He sat beside geets bed. The fear of loosing her surrounded his mind. In what extent exactly & how this feeling effected him. He seems clueless. Each step in the room was carefully laid. Making Minimal noise as possible. He surly couldn't let this noise wake geet up & specially him nursing his own wife. Maan sat beside geet. Changing the wet cloth over her forehead. Geet jumps up with sudden coolness on her forehead.
Geet "tu!"
Maan "chup chap rest kar!"
Geet "me tike hu!"
Maan "geet! Mane kha na. Chup chap soh javo!"
Geet nodes. She tried not to create too mi h hassle. Knowing him! He probably will wake the whole house up. She laid there quit. Listening to his word. Ordering her to do this & that. He went out & also brought er some warm milk.
Maan "pi le!"
Geet "just leave it there. I will drink it!"
Maan "I am not saying. Drink it. It's an order!" geet roles her eyes. Maan helps her to drink. Whole night he staid up nursing geet. Her fever was not going down, it was near the morning when she felt much better.
Geet wakes up only to find maan sleeping net her feet.
She smiles & gets ready for the day...

Kitchen was already busy...
Avantika "have you seen maan? He usually here!"
Geet smiles. "you have no idea ma! He nursed me all night. & fallen sleep near my feet." rano looks at geet in shock! First thing maan nursing anyone! & then that to geet! Wasn't that just few days age that he could not even stand her!
Avantika "really!"
Geet "ha ma! Must say he nurse very well! Now we all can easily fall I'll!" maan stood at the back fuming. Of course that special treatment was only for her! Now she is planning to do it all!
Maan "coffee!"
Geet "ha! Ha!"
Maan "& why are you in kitchen!"
Geet "maan! Ae kasi bath hui! Everyone will be hungry na!"
Maan "and you are Ill!!!" maan holds her hand firmly & takes her along with him. Avantika smiles at geets pleadsing face.

Maan "Ab ahea chup chap let javo!"
Geet "per me tik hu!"
Maan "me koi bath nahi suna chti!"geet was about to speak again when he rests his finger on her lips. Preventing her to talk. Geet could not ignore to smile. This is her old maan. Te very old maan.
Geet "maan!"
Maan "bol!"
Geet "tu ab tak kha thi?"
Maan "ahi toh thi..." he stops & smiles, realising what geet meant.
Maan "chup! & sleep!" geet nodes & falls sleep. He brought her breakfast, made sure she ate them all. Talli seems to be shocked, while ani & her nanads stood by the door, surprised as well! Were they seeing right! In there house no man looked after women like this! Or there wife!
Geet "ka hua?" she looks at everyone. Half mouth open. Maan card least. He did not stop feeding her.
Talli "maan toh mera lia aisa labhi na KIA!"
Geet "ae mera maan hi! Thats why!" she sounded like a friends caring tone." but those words touched maans heart. He observes her lovingly.
Ani "agar papa be dek lia!" she worried...

Geet was already full! But it seems like maan won't stop feeding her. He shoves more...
Geet "enough! I am full!"
Maan "only few more spoonful. Chup!" geet makes a baby face. Avantika walks in, shooing everyone off, who seems to be fascinated by maans change of mood.
Geet "maa dekho na! Ae toh mujce baca bana dia pherse!" avantika loughs as maan shoves the last spoon full!"
Maan "good!" he smiles. Double checks her forehead, when he was 100% sure geet is fine, he left.

Maan started to come early now days. Just to see glimpse of his wife & that's rare as she always all day is in the kitchen with all the lady's cooking.

Maan makes his way to the room, geet flows.
Geet " ae le tera coffee!"
Maan "tu abhi tak kitchen me hi!"
Geet "maan! Do you realise, Its a wedding house! & how much people comes here!"
Maan "ok! I need my cloths!" geet smiles & walks towards his cupboard. Maan was only looking for excuse to keep geet in his room. With every second he observes geet, his desire seems to wake up for her & the attraction was only getting stronger. In some point he even hilusinaye! Like now...

He slowly walks towards her. Hugging her tight from the back. Kissing her soft cheek... His had stroked along her bare belly, unser her cloths...Tickling her.

He was not sure how & when this dream will come true. But surly there are long way to go. Very long.
Geet "ae le! Ab kush! Me chali!"
Maan "au mera ... Umm..." maan looks down. Everything was there. What to ask for he thought...
