Maan-he is hurt too...
Yes, Geet was in pain,
But, everyone saw the same'.
Maan was suffering all the same,
But, it seems it was in vain'.
Yes, she went through hell,
But, that wasn't exactly making his heart swell!
All we know is he meant well,
But, withdrew into his remorses' shell.
Yes, he said those cruel words,
But, then, his own heart was blown into shards,
Her pain was what burned him,
After all, they were one within.
Yes, she was alone'.
But, all that time while he was home,
Without her he was as good as a stone..
In the crowd of people he was all alone''
Yes, she was waiting for him,
But, wasn't his life also grim?
He left no stone unturned to find her,
Failure to do so only brought despair'
Yes, fear plagued her mind,
Yes, she went through life's grind,
Yes, she was hurt, she was losing hope..
Yes, her situation was hard to cope'
But, he was scared, scared to death'
Each moment he feared for his beloved..
Unknown to her whereabouts and well-being,
He also went through agony unseen!!
Yes, she bore his princess alone,
Yes, she made her feel at home.
Yes, she faked his presence for her,
No doubt insecurities plagued her'
But, he was oblivious to her mere presence'
His most beautiful dream he could not fathom..
His princess grew without his blessings,
Can this pain ever lessen??
