Chapter Six.

Geet stood there... quiet as anything... just waiting... tension struck on her face... a drop of sweat dripped down her neck... her head down and fiddling with her dupatta in her hands... she said everything so fast she wasn't sure if they heard her... no-one dare spoke at all. Radhe was staring at Geet.. he never thought she would say something like this... never thought she would want to tell her friends...

Radhe had to talk to her.. make her see sense...

Radhe 'Geet..

(now when Geet is talking to her brothers i'm going to call Radhe veerji, Rahul bhaiya and Sameer bhai... just to not cause any confusion lol :D)

Geet ' veerji.. please... mujhe yeh sab nahi karna... apne dosto ko jhoot nahi bhol sakti...

Radhe ' kyun.. kuch tho hua nahi na?? He asked worriedly...

Geet smiled... ' nahi veerji... bas mujhe daar lag raha hai...

Rahul jumped into the convo... he couldn't let her secret out...

Rahul ' Geet... thumha daar kis baat ki??? Hum log hain na...

Geet ' bhaiya yeh baat nahi hai... aap ko pata hai jab aap dono humara college aaye thaay tho log baathain kar raha thay...

Rahul ' bathain? Kaise bathain??

Geet ' aap ko pata hain college min mein aur Sameer bhai ek doosra se baath nahi karthe...

Both shocked...

Baat nahi karthe... thought anjali who was watching this silently...

Anjali ' tum dono ek doosra se baat kyun nahi karthe...

Sameer ' vo kya hai na bhabhi sab ko paatha hain ki main Radhe ka bhai hoon aur Geet kay safety kay liye hum ne yeh kiya...

Geet ' haan.. idea hum dono ka tha... lekin us waqt hum ne apko bathana nehi samja...

Sameer- haan veerji... mujhe iski safety ki parwa thiii...

Geet- please bhaiya... aap veerji ko samjaya na...

Rahul walked upto his sister... looking at her he remembered the time when he and his brothers had promised each other to keep Geet a secret...they had done this as Radhe was a big don... people were always after him.. he was scared to lose his sister... if now her secret came out than what will he do...

Geet was looking at her brother... knowing this was going to be hard for him she decided to give him time to think about it but first as going to ask him questions that she had in her mind...

Geet ' veerji... aap ne meri pehchaan kyun chupai??

Radhe ' kyun ki tum meri liye bohaat keemthi ho... my pricless procession... i can't afford to lose you.. not just you but Rahul and Sameer...

Geet had tears streaming down her face as she saw her veerji in pain... she could see the fear in his eyes... fear of losing her..

Geet ' aap mujse itna pyar kyun kartha hai veerji... aap ko daar nahi lagtha... agar kuch hoga tho.. Rahul quickly covered her mouth...

Rahul ' baas... ik aur shabd nahi...

Geet ' tell me na veerji... apko daar nahi lagtha' repeating them words... crying herself... 'agar mujhe kuch hogaya tho phir aap ko itne tension kyun hota hain.., daar lagtha bhai agar aap theeno ko kuch hoga tho main kya karogi... mujhe kaun sambhala ga... muje raat ko jab daar lagtha hai tho phir main kiske karma mein jaogi... muje ice cream kaun leh kar aayaga...

Veerji, bhaiya, bhai main apko ko nahi sakti... muje aap ki bina daar lagtha hai... main aap se bohat pyar karthi hoon.. she cried loudly and painfully. She ran to Radhe, Rahul And Sameer and hugged them all.. She walked back upto him and hugged him tight... crying in his shoulder... Radhe was rubbing her back trying to calm her down... just then maan entered ...

Maan walked in to see this small reunion ... he looked at Radhe waiting to get his attention just to let him now that he is there... Radhe looked up as he sensed someones presence...

He looked at maan and nodded to let him know he has seen him...

Radhe broke out of the hug and put his hand on Geet's cheek.

Geet ' veerji agar aap ko kuch time chahiya tho bathiya... mein wait karlongi...

Radhe simply nodded and walked away with maan... who no-one noticed... leaving Geet feeling guilty...

She looked at rahul and Sameer but before she could break down in front of them she left... making them worried for her...

Both brothers looked at each other and then at anjali...

Anjali ' yeh Geet bhi na...

Sameer ' lekin bhabi.. sach tho keh rahi hai.. humme usko apne doston ko tho bathana chahiya... us din mein aur Geet pehle baar ek doosra ki saath baathay kit hi aura b sara college humaree relationship ko khud ek naam diya hai.. rahul wanted to laugh... he looks at anjali and smirks... vo sochthay hai ki hum ek doosra ko pasand kartha hai...

Anjali who was trying to keep in her laughter could hold it any longer and brust out giggling... Rahul too joined in ... both laughed so hard they held their stomachs for support...

Sameer looked at them frustrated ...

Radhe went with maan... maan had some one that desperately wanted to meet Radhe... this person wouldn't take no for an aswer... how many time he had tried to get this person to stop pestering him about Radhe the more the person had irritated maan to get Radhe to come home...

Maan ' please... Radhe busy hoga...

Please.. kab se nahi dekha usko... mujhe milna hai... said the women in fake temper..

Maan ' okay Daadi.. fine...

Daadi ' thank you beta... see i knew you wouldn't be able to say no... after all i am your daadi,..

Maan looked at his Daadi.. he loved his Daadi.. his Daadi was the one who brought him and his brothers up.. his Daadi was a special person in his life... Maan hated girls but this was one girl he loved.. this girl and maybe two others... his Naintara Bhabhii and his darling niece Priya... she was a happy. Bubbly girl who loved her mamoo too bits... never once left him in peace... there was one problem with this family... they wanted Maan to settle down...

Anyway Maan reluctantly had to obey his Daadi's wishes and went to bring Radhe to meet her..

Radhe ... one name ... thats it... one name to get everyone in order... not just the servants of the house... the family members also... that was everyone except Priya and Daadi ...

Radhe walked in ... with his arms swinging left and right as he walked in... as he and Maan parked in the driveway Radhe looked around... it had been ages since he came here... whenever Radhe was in trouble or needed some advice on work or family Daadi was the person who helped him see the way... she had been trying soo hard to get Radhe out of the underworld business but Radhe being Radhe never listened.. Daadi then realized that maybe it was for the good Radhe was in this business... he had learnt to take care of his family through joining the underworld business... Daadi wasn't just Maan's Daadi she was also Radhe and his siblings Daadi. They loved her like their own...

Radhe walked in the room. The house was big... it was all one colour...

Sat there in the lounge was Daadi ... she had her back to Radhe and Maan.. Maan thought Daadi was playing one of her games.. actually she was in fact playing on of her games...

Radhe walked up to Daadi and put his hand on her shoulder..

She shrugged it off...

Radhe then walked in front of Daadi and moved her hands which were on her lap and put replaced it with his head... he smiled at Daadi...

Daadi lifted his head and kissed his forehead... she then hugged him...

Radhe ' kaise ho Daadi...

Daadi - mein teekh hoon.. tum kaisa ho...

Radhe ' mein ... knowing he couldn't lie to Daadi decided to tell Daadi everything...

When he had finished telling Daadi, she saw tears in his eyes..

Daadi ' arre why you crying??

Radhe ' kya karo main Daadi... daar lag raha hai...

Daadi ' dekho yeh tho hona tha.. lekin uski nazariya se bhi dekho.. kitne kuch chupa rahi hai apne doosto si... kitne jhoot bhol rahi hai...

Radhe ' Daadi yeh thou ski hifazat ki liye hai.. agar use kuch hogaya tho mein tho mar jaoga.. he started crying... she put his head back in Daadi's lap...

Maan was stood there witnessing this display... he felt bad for Radhe and also felt bad for Geet.. they had to come up with some sort of idea to help them both... but how??

Maan ' Daadi humme kuch na kuch karna hoga...

Radhe looked up at Maan confusingly.. he stood up and walked upto Maan...

Radhe ' plan kya hai tera...

Maan ' look Geet ko sab sach bathana hai... lekin sirf apne dosto si ... lekin hum unka test leinga.. agar vo log test pass hogaya tho phir vo apne dosto ko batha sakthi hain ki vo tumhara behein hai... Maan waited for an answer... by the look on Radhe's face he thought his idea was crap...

Maan muttered to himself. .. it sounds good in my head.. why is he making such an ugly face ... Maan looked at Daadi who looked at Maan and shrugged her shoulders..

Radhe was actually liking this idea.. there was one problem...

Radhe ' teek hain.. lekin test kya hoga

Maan ' vo Vicky pe chor do...

Kya Vicky pe chor do ga?? Said a loud but sexy voice...

Radhe smiled.. Vicky was Geet best friend... he was the only guy Radhe felt comfortable with who was allowed to talk to Geet... Vicky was a really good person at heart. He could do anything for his family... he flirts with every girl that walks past... he has even tried it on Geet.. but the reaction he got from Geet was enough to stop him from flirting with her again...

Vicky was known in college... obviously he was Maan SINGH KHURANA'S BROTHER... why wouldn't he been known... every girl tries to get with him and every guy is jealous of him...

Radhe looks at Vicky and smiles...

Ek kaam tum pe chor deinga... he grinned...

Maan looked at Radhe and grinned.. this should be fun...

Geet was in her room... she sat there wondering what she was going to do... she had not idea what was going on... she decided to ring the one person that could help her...

A phone rang... someone rushed out of the dining area when they saw the number flash across the screen...

The person rang up the stair to the bedroom... the bedroom was big.. there on the wall was a picture of a girl...

she clicked the green button on her phone ...

Hello came a voice from the other end of the phone...

Oiii Geet.. how are you...??? said the girl...

Kajol i'm fine you... replied Geet

Kajol ' i'm good now... guess what.. i'm back in indiaaa...

Geet was super excited now...

Whattt!! She scremed down the phone...

Kajol ' Geet.. haan i'm back...

Geet smiled...

Geet couldn't tell Kajol what was going on but decided to tell her when the time is right...

GEEET!!! Came a loud voice...

Geet ' shit Kajol veerji is here... baad mein call karthi hoon...

Geet ' byeee.. Geet cut the call and ran down stairs...

Geet started panting,... she sat down to catch her breath back...

Once she had finally started breathing normally she said... jiii veerji...

Radhe ' dekh Geet hum ne fasla karliya...

Geet looked scared... she looked around and everyone was stood there...the whole hand family...

Radhe ' tum apne dosto ko sab kuch batha sakti ho...

Geet smiled and ran to Radhe ...

Geet ' sachi she said innocently...

Radhe ' sachi lekin ek test karna padaga...

Geet frowned.. test kaunsa test?? Kaisa test??

Haan veerji kaise test?? said Sameer who was eagar to know the test... (so am i, don't know what the test is myself... :D)

Maan walked in. Put his hands on Sameer shoulder and said ...

Yeh test.. he pointed to the door.. Geet turned to see a man stood there. He couldn't be older than Sameer... he looked familiar... (course he does Geet :D)

Vicky... she said...happy and confused at the same time...
