OMG .. at first I was wondering why he'd so rudely ask her to resign but had a hint that he was doing this for a greater reason. And what a perfect reason it was!! It was so romantic .. I was laughing throughout Sameera's shocked and confused state -- poor gal! She had to endure all these mixed emotions but it was all worth it in the end :)! Dev is such a sweetheart both for keeping in mind about the employer-employee status and most of all for finally finding Sameera's father!!

Loving where this relationship is headed! Can't wait to see how Sameera reacts!

Thanks. This will hopefully be the last thread as my story has reached its last lap (another 10 updates including the epilogue). Dev made Sam go through all the emotions before he sprang her the surprise so that she cherishes it even more. Dev knows where to draw the line in his relationships and he knew finding Sam's father was paramount to his mother's well being and Sam's own happiness and he did his bit.
