that was an unbelievable update. simply brilliant. no words for the almost painful anxiety with which they love the other. Geets anguish can be resolved for she is with
him, that knowledge itself is strength.
But for Maan, every test he puts her through, he goes through a tougher one himself. While being one with her, will revive him no end, I still want to see him out of his agony. with renewed urgency now.
had to add after reading some posts:
the strip portion was the brilliance in your update. To say it was Maan's lust is a slap to his face! I cannot begin to imagine the sheer pain and hurt that prompted this test.
To be naked in front of someone requires giving in completely, giving of yourself completely. Even when people indulge in casual sex, they do so in the comfort of being accepted in the physical way. of being longed in the physical way.
And then too, why do you think most people are shy of making love in the light?! It may seem very simple , to assume that lovers have no barriers between them.
Its actually ironical that clothes are the biggest defense between two people.
And then to have Geet, strip, in the face of his anger, and stand there, while he gives nothing away, ... to stand completely naked in the 'brightness of the afternoon'... standing naked to face maybe rejection or complete indifference, but still standing , leaving it to him....
Oh yes, that was equivalent to jumping off the building.
and yes, that was the proof Maan needed.. You cant expect him to give himself to anyone but Geet, and to make love to Meet would have to mean making love to Geet ... He would be giving himself away completely too.. and giving himself away is alien to him unless that giving away is to Geet..
this test allays his fears that hes being tricked, cause this kind of commitment and devotion can only come from geet... so the test had to be this stark, this naked.
felt such deep pain for maan while geet took the test... could have cried for him... seriously muskaan waiting for when he knows the truth.
