She quickly went towards the kitchen.Maan was calling her but she kept on moving towards the kitchen.She remembered her discussion with Pinky.
Flashback:
Geet:Why do the boys want perfect brides without looking at themselves?For getting perfect wives they should be perfect.How does the fat boy look with a smart and beautiful girl.
Pinky:Ok what kind of husband do u want?
Geet(Blushing):First of all he should be caring .He should be tall and have strong muscles and his dressing should be perfect.
Flashback ended.
After remembering this discussion,Geet was worried.She didnot come outside of her room.Maan's mother invited pinky's family to her home.Pinky insisted her to come with them but she refused.She didnot want to face maan.
Geet(Thinking):Kyu main maan main interested ho rahe hoon?Aur maan iske ankein kyu yeh hi kha rahein hain jo main mehsoos kar rahe hoon jab ke woh humare rishte ko janta hai?Ho sakta hai ke yeh mera waham ho.Maybe he is teasing me as he is soon to be brother-in law.
For few days,she tried her level best to not face maan.Maan's mother insisted geet to come to her home but she made some excuse.At night,Everyone was asleep except Geet.She went to terrace while fighting with her heart.Suddenly someone came from the wall.She was about to shout when someone closed her mouth with his hand.
Maan(Whispering in her ear):Its me maan.
Geet(Pushed his hand away):Yeh kya tarika tha?
Maan(Smiled):Mera yahan aane ka yehi tarika hai miss.
Geet(Angrily):Yeh koi waqt hai iss tara wall .....
Maan(Holding his ears):Sorry! Agar aapko bura laga ho.Per aap itne dar se pareshan yahan walk kar rahe thi aur chand se batein kar rahe thi tu maine socha ke main aap ke koi help kar doon.By the way aap apne pareshani iss (While pointing towards him) chand se share kar sakte hain.
She was afraid that someone would wakeup and came upstairs while looking for her.
Geet(While trying not to show her fear):Aapko raat ke iss waqt yahan nahi aana chahye tha.
Maan:Janta hoon per ..... .. tumhi dekh kar raha nahi gaya.......Waise geet tumhi tu chand se batein karna aur raat ko ice cream khana pasand hai na?...
Geet(Thinking):Yeh mere pasand aur na pasand ko kaise janta hai?
She ignored him and tried to go downstairs.When he called her intensely.She stopped there.He was facing her back.
Maan:Geet problems se fight karne chahiye na ke inse darna chahiye.By the way yeh lo.
He gave her a bowl of ice cream which was placed on the wall.He quickly went back to his home.Geet ate the ice cream but she couldnot sleep the whole night.Now she knew maan also loved her but instead of getting happy she was afraid of what would happen in the future.
