Taani (turned around with an annoyed expression on her face): "Kaun hai? Ab mujhe kuch bhi'" (looks around but no one is there)

Kid: "Aunty, Aunty, coke do na?? please, woh waiter bol raha hai ke main bohot chota hoon black drink peenay ke liye.." (makes a puppy dog face)

Taani (looks down and laughs): "Beta woh coke nahi hai, woh aapke peeni ki cheez nahi hai' wait I'll get u a softdrink."

When Harshad gulped two rasgullahs together in his mouth, he saw Taani giving the kid a drink.

Harshad: "Waah! Main ya toh andha ho gaya hoon ya toh mujhe dejavu ho raha hai, aaj kal kuch zyada hi social service karne wale log nazar aa rahe hain." (rolls his eyes)

The moment Taani starts to leave, she sees harshad literally ogling at her and gets irritated.

Harshad: "Ek second (raises his eyebrow), yeh toh woh kachray wali larki hai.. Umm, I mean jis ne kachra uthaya tha woh'."

Harshad thought, 'she is beautiful, wow, lambe lambe baal, bari bari aankhein'. Wait, W*H am I thinking!? Ek socialite par itna time, please HK'

Harshad: "Im the man, larkiyaan mere paas aati hain" (he was eating while talking to himself)

Ankita: "aye, tere paas kuch aur karne ko nahi jo tu pagalon ki tarha apne aap se baat kar raha hai woh bhi apni bestfriend ki engagement ke din?" (stares at him)

Harshad (becomes vigilant immediately): "huh? Tujhe bakwaas ke ilava kuch bolne ko nahi aata, kya? Mere peechay naha dho kar parh gayi ho, I know you don't have a life of urself lekin still, GET A LIFE!" (sticks his tongue out)

Ankita: "Acha, chal chal zyada bhao mat kha' Ja kar apne liye ek drink le aa, teri favourite wali last bottle parhi hai' khatam ho gai na toh tu faaltu main rona shuru ho jaye ga.."

Harshad (starts to go to the kitchen): "Aur haan, main rota nahin hoon'"

Harshad thought: 'abey yaar aankhein itni dair khulay rakhe ga toh aansoon nikal aaye gai'. Wait a sec, mere dimag se bakhi body tak ke signals kya weak ho gaye hai ya main paralyze ho gaya hoon, why cant I remove my eyes from her?!.'

Harshad saw that there was a strand of her hair on her glowing face, he thought of tucking it in her ear. The instance his finger made a contact with her skin, taani's heart skipped a beat and she instantly retreated. Taani, feeling awkward was staring at the floor while Harshad still gazed at her.

Kid: "Uncle, uncle itni bari aankhein karo gai toh bahir nikal aayein gi, aunty phir darr jaye gi!" (innocently)

Harshad: "Huh?? (looks here and there) Oh, nahi nahi main toh bas, umm, drink lene aya tha'" (bites his tongue)

Taani realizes that Harshad is the same person who was staring at her previously, so with an expression of agitation on her face, she turns on her heels and lifts her foot to walk back to her family when

Harshad (urgently): "Tum kahan ja rahi ho?.... oopss"

Taani (raises her eyebrows): "Excuse me? Do I even know you? Aur waise bhi i don't talk to those jo har waqt mujhe stalkers ki tarha stare karte hain."

Kid: "oooohhh, uncle ki bezati ho gayi'"

Harshad(when Taani leaves): "Abey chup.. bache ho bache hi raho'(sticks his tongue out) (talking to himself) Socialite main attitude bhi hai, waah! Lekin maine kyun kiya jo maine abhi kia? Arghh, I don't make any sense'."

Kid: "samaan bandh lo uncle'" (smiles)

Harshad: "huh?"

Kid: "Yeh aapse nahi patney wali'" (grins)

'Wow she looked so beautiful in that blue/silver lehenga, a true dulhan. How could he of all, deserve such a wonderful, sweet and caring partner.' He thought

Manav(with his elbow on Mayank's shoulder): "Bhai, dil main itni tareef karne ka koi faida nahi hai, nupz ke saamne toh bas aap'.(his eyes widen) bezubaan ho jate ho'" (laughs) "Aur trust me, bhai, aap itne bhi bure nahi ho' I mean haan Nupz type larki mujhe milni chahiye thi lekin well, kuch nahi hota unka aapki life main aane se aapki boring life thori si toh fun ho jaye gi."

Mayank: "Nupur tumhari bhabhi hai, tameez se baat karo'"

Manav: "Aapko chirane ke liye kuch bhi kar sakta hoon main which includes flirting with my dear bhabhi!" (winks)

Nupur was looking severely stunning when she was in the middle of the staircase. As she was now clearly visible because of the lights, Manav's jaw dropped and he was astonished.

Manav: "God! Bhabhi kitni hawt lag rahi hain'. !" (blinks his eyes continuously)

Mayank tilted his head to have a look at Manav's expression which was of amazement. He couldn't help but get a little protective about Nupur as each and every bachelor in this hall, was gawking at her. Mayank immediately put his hand on Manav's eyes to stop him from eyeing his lady even if manav was his younger bro. Before Mayank could act, Manav whooshed past him to Nupur.

Manav: "Wow bhabhi! You look stunning!"

Nupur was side staring Mayank. He looked handsome in his blue sherwani which perfectly matched her own dress. Through her eyes, nupur asked him how she looked to which he gave his best smile indicating her that she looked superb.

Manav: "Bhabhi, kya hua??" (waves his hand in front of her face)

Nupur: "Um, kuch nahi. Thank u soo much Manav."

Manav: "always my pleasure." (bows down in a dramatic way when nupur's mother takes nupur to meet mayank's relatives)

When he straightens up, Ankita is standing in front of him, folding her arms.

Manav: "Chheeee. Kisko dekh liya, Anarkali ko dekhne ke baad kaneez ko dekh kar mujhe toh almost heart attack hi aa gaya." (clasps his hands together)

Ankita: "Dekho, mujhe tumse larne main koi interest'" (interrupted)

Manav: "Dikhao (scrutinizes her from head to toe)?! Hai! Tumhe. Mujhse. Larne. Main. Bilkul. Interest. Hai.!, aakhir tumhare aas paas zyada goodlooking larke toh ghoomtay nahi hon gai. Woh toh meri buri kismat hai ke main apna precious time tumse baat karne par zaaya kar raha hoon' "

Manav: "First you, my lady." (smiles)

Ankita: "Nahi nahi pehle aap jaye apni jaga lijiye."

Manav: "Ladies, first. I insist."

Ankita gave a nod of disapproval. She rethought about it and wanted to grab the seat next to nupur so she stepped in first but unfortunately Manav also stepped on the 3^rd stair which caused Ankita to loose balance and hit the ground. At once, she led out a cry of fear but then she realized that a strong arm had saved her from the embarrassing fall. Manav had instantly grabbed Ankita's petite waist and a passionate eye lock took place between them. Manav appreciated the deep curls, dark brown eyes which the lady in his arms possessed. He was enthralled by her, she was so laraka but still so innocent. He smiled inwardly at her clumsiness. 'God, she looks so cute when she blushes' he thought.

Ankita conversely was traumatized by her own actions. She continuously stared at him, even if he was the biggest jerk she had ever met, he was, as a matter-of-fact, good looking. When Manav realized that he was staring at Ankita, he immediately dropped her on the staircase, with a smug on his face. Unfortunately for Manav, Harshad saw this and scurried towards them.

Harshad (flaring up): W*H? How dare you touch her? Tumhari itni himmat ke tum iske paas aaye!"

Ankita, still on the floor was witnessing this scene with pure enjoyment as Manav was about to get some retaliation, finally.

Manav: "Tu itna bechain kyun ho raha hai? Teri girlfriend hai kya??" (with a hint of curiosity on his face)

Harshad: "Jo bhi hai! Tujhse matlab? Yeh meri life ki bohot important insaan hai! Chalo Ankita(helps her stand up), aise jangle logon se baat nahi kiya karo.." (starts to leave)

Manav: "Oyei, tu ho ga janglee!" thinks 'Huh? Iska kya matlab ho sakta hai'kya yeh iski'iski, girlfriend hai?'

Taani (comes towards him while HarAnki get seated on the stage.): "Kya hua bhai? Itna gussa?" (worried)

Manav (places his arm on both her shoulders): "Kuch nahi yaar' Woh larka dekh rahi hai,(eyes to harshad) usne dimaag kharab kar dia hai. Faaltu ki chik pik karta rehta hai!"

Taani: "I swear!! Mujhe bhi us waqt ghoor raha tha. Kitna bara weirdo hai'" (gives a disapproving look to Harshad who was now feeling uncomfortable)

Manav was not paying attention to what Taani was saying as he was confused whether Ankita was Harshad's girlfriend or not. No, it looked more of like they both were lovers or so. This thought caused a little irritation in the pit of his stomach.

Harshad thought 'abey! Maine chhua toh kaise sharam se peechay ho gayi aur ab dekho, apne lover ke saath kya kya harkatein kar rahi hai' Is kaminay ko pata nahi kaise achi achi, shareef gharane ki larkiyan mil jati hain?!'

Manav was standing on the right hand side of Mayank whereas Taani was behind Manav. On mayank's left side, his mother was passing him the ring. Nupur was surrounded by her best friends, Harshad and Ankita, while her parents were behind them. Funnily, Manav did not know that Harshad and Ankita were siblings and Harshad was oblivious that Taani was Mayank/Manav's sister.

Nupur was amazed by the selection of the ring, it was elegant yet beautiful and the best part about it was that it looked perfect on her fragile, long finger. Nupur's cheeks went red like a tomato when Mayank winked at her. 'Hayee! Kya dimple hai'' She thought. She couldn't help but smile at her new feelings for him even if it all started as a crush. Mayank had detected how shy she became due to which he held her hand tighter. When the rings were exchanged between the beautiful couple, the photo session took place. Many unfamiliar faces greeted the couple and took some pics with them. Finally, when most of the people departed from the venue, the close relatives got their turn.

Photographer: " Um, thora aur paas."

Nupur(gulps in an adequate amount of air. ): "Ab jaldi kare na, aur bhi logon ke saath photos leni hain." (gives a shy smile)

They both were, for the first time standing so close to each other. In the picture, none of them were looking at the camera, but instead, were staring at each other. Next, the three musketeers were to have their picture. Harshad sat on a stool in the middle, Nupur was kissing him on one of his cheek while Ankita kissed him on the other. Harshad was literally glowing like a tube light, with all the attention to himself. Their picture came out really cute. After that the photographer called the youngsters to get a snap. Mayank and Nupur were sitting on a chair while Manav and Ankita were on their knees in front of them. Harshad was standing behind Mayank and Taani because of being late, shared the seat with Nupur. They all were saying cheese just when

Manav: "Cheese khao gi toh phatt jao gi. Waise hi itni bhaari ho!" (murmurs)

Photographer: "Ji aap log baatein mat kare' Now smile!"

Ankita was sticking out her tongue to Manav who made stupid faces to her in the picture.

Photographer: "Ab baari hai larko ki.."

The moment Harshad starts to come towards Mayank,

Manav: "Tu kyun aa raha hai' bola na larkon ki baari, choti ronay wali bachiyon ki nahi'." (gives a sly smile while Harshad ignores his comment)

Their picture also came out fine, Mayank, Harshad and Manav, all 3 of them were looking decent.

Manav: "Main hi best lag raha hoon ga. After all pappu ke saamne toh koi dhondu bhi chale ga, tou main tou Tom Cruise hoon'."

Harshad: "Dekh tu apni itni tareef kare ga na toh yeh ghar ki divarein tak behri ho jaye gi."

Mayank: "haha, nice one Harshad. Acha chalo ab ek din ke liye itna kaafi hai waise bhi im really tired."

Nupur: "Ek second! Mere Manav ko kis ne side track kia, huh? Harshad, tu ab jaane bhi de na'. Becharay ne kuch bhi toh nahi kia'(touches Manav's face while he makes a puppy dog face)

Harshad: "Nupur tu ise jaante nahi hai yeh bohot bara nautanki hai'. Khair choro main immature logon se baat nahi karta."

Manav: "Thank you ronay wale uncle!" (grins)

Nupur was glad that the ceremony was over as she was tired like hell. Her feet ached like she had been walking since a long time. Plus, she was tired of greeting each and every member of her and Mayank's family. She had greeted Mayank's mother, a good bye, and then she rushed to her room. Nupur's parents, mayank's mother and Mayank himself were sitting in the lounge and chatting.

Mayank's mother: "Beta Mayank, bohot raat ho gayi hai, jao ja kar Manav ko bula lao. Taani toh thak kar hall main hi soh gai hai."

Mayank: "Ji maa."

Mayank had scanned the hall, kitchen, drawing room and even the garden until he realized that obviously Manav would be with his newly engaged fianc. He went upstairs to Nupur's room where he saw Manav leaning onto her door, talking to her.

Nupur: "Manav, aaj hi toh meri tumhare bhaiyya se sagai hui hai, kal nahi kisi aur din'"

Manav: "Nahiii Basanti. Kal kare so aaj kar, aaj kare toh abhi. Nupur bhabhi, mera koi true friend bhi nahi hai jise main apni secrets bata paon'.(in a childish tone) Please?" (makes a puppy dog face)

Nupur(finally defeated): "Acha bhaee sahi hai. Kal sham 6 baje, college ke baad."

Manav: "Yayyyy!!" (dancing and accidently bumps into Mayank who was now standing behind him) "Oooops." (and then he quickly leaves)

Mayank: "Woh, thank u uski baat maanne ke liye."

Nupur: "Thank u kis baat ka? Mera dost hai, us ke liye nahi karun gi toh kiske liye karun gi.(smiles) Btw Mayank aaj tum bohot ache lag rahe thai'"

'Im not the one who was looking good, you were looking beautiful' he thought.

Nupur (while trying to remove her necklace): "Kuch kaha kya?"

Mayank: "Umm, nahi ,I mean haan, I mean, Good night Nupur." (about to leave)

Nupur: "Arghh!"

Mayank peaks inside her room and sees that her chain is stuck on her net dupatta due to which she cannot take it off.

Mayank(without thinking): "Help?"

'mayank beta, chal neechay ja maa intezaar kar rahi ho gi'. Koi zarurat nahi hai koi stupid si mistake karke apna bana banaya impression kharab karne ki. Chal peechay khisak.' He thought

But unfortunately his heart had some other plans'

Nupur: "Haan woh, chain atak gai hai, please dupatte se alag kar do na, waise bhi mere andar ab koi aur cheez karne ki himmat nahi.." (yawns)
