A small teaser 4 now 😉

''What did you get?'' The urgency in her voice was a dead giveaway.

Meera calmed herself and cleaned her forehead with a hadkerchief ''Geet...he...he had a sister'' her voice cracked.

Geet knit her eyebrows ''had a sister? Where is she now? Is she dead? Was she murdered by some...''

''She was gang-raped'' Meera's broke down as she answered.

Shock was just a mere word to describe what she felt right now...she went numb!

''In front of his eyes'' Meera fell on her knees and disconnected the call. Geet dropped the phone from her hands and stood like a statue. She closed her eyes and her fists...and she claims that she loves him...no worships him!

She started breathing heaving and with a loud cry smashed the mirror with her bare hands. Next was a huge vase...then another mirror...there was no stopping her- she was a woman possessed!

''Nooo...'' she cried out loud and fell on her knees upon broken pieces of glass. Why...why she couldn't see the through that love...how come she couldn't fathom his pain? He never told her anything but how come she never understood that immense, unspoken pain, those unshed tears? Did she really love him? She questioned herself...and now hated herself, therefore she would punish herself... she'll inflict any pain, any torture on herself which could be anywhere near the word 'punishment'. In her madness forgetting that she was carrying a life which belong to him!

Dev got alarmed by the sounds and cries so he rushed to the spot from where it came and saw a bloodied Geet going to smash a lamp.

''Bhabhi'' Dev shouted and ran towards her, stopping her from going any further ''have you lost it completely? Your'e pregnant for heaven's sake''!
