Shaan & Gauri's convo was very sweet. I specially liked d lines abt Thalia.

Chapter 96

I guess it was expected that Shiv would somehow witness d scene and misunderstand it. But my hopes of reconciliation were high.

If I would've been in Gauri's situation I would've thrown ice-cold water on d moron who dared 2 sleep or pretend so while I've plans 2 seduce him.

Chapter 97

I feel sorry for both of them. Shiv doesn't know that Gauri luvs him so he feels insecure.
Gauri on d other side is hurt by Shiv's behaviour.
I have a question. Y does SG think so lowly abt each other? Shiv thinks that G wants 2 b united wid Shaan but still likes 2 have sex wid him. I know he said that in a fit of rage but his doubt abt G actually proves that he meant it.

Chapter 98: Ek Raat – Part 3

She went completely still in his arms then and he waited a breath to see what she would do. When she remained still without saying anything, he felt a tiny flicker of hope and held her even tighter.

"Say that again." She whispered when several minutes passed and he made no effort to let go or even ease his hold.

His heart was beating painfully now as he repeated, "I love you", hugging her with enough force to crush her.

"Again…" she whispered now and he could feel her chest rising and falling more rapidly.

"I love you." He repeated, a lightness suddenly coming over him when he felt her hands at his hips.

"Again Shiv…" she said, her hands starting to move upwards.

"I love you… so much…" he kissed her hair now and then moved it aside to kiss her shoulder and her neck.

"Say it again…" she said now as her hands ran up his waist and to his back.

"I have always been in love with you. Always…" he kissed her jaw and under her ear as she clutched him tightly to her now.

He felt wetness against his lips and pulled back to see that fresh tears had started in her eyes again.

"I know you don't feel the same way. But I don't want you to feel badly about it. Really... I know I can't force you to feel the same way about me… please don't cry sweetheart. I have made you cry enough already…"

"How can you even say that?" she asked now, looking at his face through the veil of her tears. "How can you not feel my love at all when I feel yours so strongly?"

"What?" he tried to contain his confusion as he wiped the tears that were streaming over her lips.

"How can you doubt that it's you who I love? Am I that cold to you that you have never realized that it's only you? That it's always been only you?"

He kissed her lips quickly before he pulled back, his eyes wet, and said, "I don't understand. Tell me so that I understand."

"I love you more than my life, Shiv. I couldn't leave you even when I thought you betrayed me. I agreed to marry you that day even knowing that you had a million women at your beck and call and that I was likely signing up for a life of heart-ache. I let you kiss me when I was eighteen, knowing that it was you and knowing that you thought it was your girlfriend. I let you have my body only after you took my heart and soul, Shiv. How can you not know how I feel about you when my heart feels like it will burst whenever I am around you?"

He hugged her tightly again and this time she hugged him back the same, before he rained kisses everywhere he could reach on her face.

"Why did you not tell me?" He asked even as he stroked her hair back and blinked away the wetness from his eyes.

"I didn't think I had to… I think it's obvious to everyone how I feel about you." She answered as she returned his kisses, running her fingers into his hair.

"Sometimes words help." He said as he lifted her up on her tiptoes so that she could reach him everywhere.

"I could say the same for you." She paused only a moment before she continued with her attentions.

"Oh come on! It's embarrassing how hung up I am over you! Why do there need to be any words?"

"I am wearing a nightgown that leaves very little to the imagination to seduce my husband who has not touched me in weeks. And what does he do? Fall asleep! And then wake up only to accuse me of dressing up for someone else! Does that even make sense, Shiv? I get dressed up in this nothing for someone else, but I climb into bed with you?"

He only heard one thing of all the things that she spewed out.

"You wanted to seduce me?" he asked quietly.

"Well… I wanted to try…"

"Why?"

"I just told you…" she leaned up even more to whisper in his ear. "You haven't touched me since that night when you got drunk enough to have amnesia!"

"Which night?" he paused for a moment before recognition struck. "That wasn't a dream?" He asked now, his eyes widening.

"Maybe for you, but it was very real for me."

"Why didn't you say something?"

"You didn't remember. I was not about to remind you and make you."

"Why not? I want to remember every time I make love to you." He said in a husky voice as he ran his lips up her neck.

Her eyes closed in pleasure at both his words and what he was doing to her.

"Then why have you not touched me since you found out I am pregnant?" She asked when she finally caught her breath.

"I thought you didn't want me to… those books all said that you were bound to be… sensitive… you know?" He trailed off now.

She shook her head and looked at him questioningly.

"That your breasts are more sensitive now…" he finally clarified, nipping her earlobe.

"They are…" she whispered.

Something about her tone made him pull back and look at her.

"It doesn't hurt?" he asked, running his hand up the side of her body that was only separated by those ribbons of lace that were driving him crazy.

She shook her head as his fingers worked their magic.

His hands had reached the bare skin of her waist now. "Then how does it feel?"

"Mmm…" was her only response as her eyes closed yet again and her head fell back against the door.

"Words, baby… words. How does it feel?" His hands had now crept up to the side of her breasts and he ran his index finger over the strip of lace there.

"Touch me…" she said hoarsely after a beat.

Her lips were parted and he nipped the lower one before he asked, "Where?"

Her eyes opened suddenly and she straightened. "That's enough words from me! You get spoiled so quickly!" She turned around and opened the door suddenly to walk out.

He was right behind her and grabbed her around the waist just as the door of their bedroom opened.

"Oh my God!" They heard Shiv's mother exclaim just as Gauri's eyes widened and she pushed at Shiv's arms around her waist to set her down. He did quickly and she hid behind him.

"You know, you both have the strangest foreplay ever known to mankind. Half the time, I am not sure if you are beating each other or making babies!" she gestured animatedly with her hands now. "But going by what Gauri is wearing, I take it that I need not worry this time either. A word of advice my dears… turn the music on or maybe the shower next time… just so you can have your privacy and I won't die a premature death from an untimely cardiac arrest before I get to see my grandbabies!"

And with that little bit, she swept around to make her dramatic exit.

Yay! They finally talked!!!!! Ooh, and even said those three wonderfully magic words! ....and then came Mom. Why was I not surprised? Oh well, I think they'll pick up where they left off...

I am so glad I was busy enough to miss the last update and read both the last parts together!! I would have gone mad!! Well I have still gone mad!! Madly in love with this story!! And this couple!! They are a mad couple!! Now I am sounding mad! I think Jazzy should go to sleep...I'll dream all this madness tonight!! Happy dreams here I come!!
