Chapter Twenty

Everybody in the town was sleeping ...but there were two people who were still awake...Mayank and Nupur...sleep was very far way from both of their eyes...both were in their respective rooms in their respective houses...they was thinking about each other...as if something tied up them...though they couldn't understand what was happening to them but they enjoyed that feelings which they both were felt at that time...a sweet smile was playing on their lips...they didn't know when they went into the slumber with each other thought...

Next morning they both were lost into their dreamland. But suddenly a phone call brought back them into the earth. It was from Rahul. Actually Rahul was waiting at Nupur's boutique. Nupur and Mayank both promised him to help at his weeding. But it seemed they totally forgot everything excluding each other. So Rahul called them to remind that there were another people...

At Nupur Place

Nupur was sleeping with a smile on her face. Suddenly her phone rang up...She picked up the phone in sleeping mood...

Nupur: hello...

Rahul: tu abhi tak so rahi hey?

Nupur: kaun?

Rahul: wow...ab toh tu mujhe bhi bhul gayi...kya zamana a gaya...dost dost na raha..

Nupur: oh Rahul...tu?

Rahul: ha... Rahul...tera ab shayed ek lauta dost nehi hoon...

Nupur: ye nautanki chod...aur bol subah subah phone kyun kiya?

Rahul: subah? Madam apne ankh khuliye aur dekhiye dopahar hone ko hey...

Nupur: kya?

Rahul: ha...11 bajne wale hey...aur apko yaad nehi raha toh hum apko yaad dila de ki aj ap humari shadi ki suit ka design final karenge aur humare sath shopping chalenge...

Nupur: sorry yaar bhul gayi...main half an hour main ati hoon...

Rahul: thik hey jaldi a jana...main Mayank ko bhi bulata hoon...pata nehi who kaha reh gaya...

After hearing Mayank's name Nupur's hear beat skipped. She felt goose bump in her stomach. But she couldn't understand why this was happening to her. Before she could figure out this Rahul brought her back into the earth...

Rahul: Nupur...kaha kho gayi?

Nupur: ha...kahi nehi. Main ati hoon.

Rahul: okay.

They hanged up the phone. Then Rahul dialed Mayank's number. Mayank was sleeping. Actually it was better to tell that Mayank was lost in Nupur's dream...But unfortunately Rahul's phone call brought him back from his dreamland...he picked up the phone with irritation...

Mayank: hello...

Rahul: tu bhi abhi tak so raha hey? aj sabko ho kya gaya hey? sab itne der tak so kyun rahe hey? assa tu ye bata tu aur Nupur kya kal raat ko chori karne gaya tha?

Mayank: ha...tujhe pata nehi kya...hum toh teri ghar hi gaye the na.

Rahul: arre tu itna gussa kyun ho raha hey...gussa toh mujhe hona chahiye na..

Mayank: neend tu mera kharab kar raha hey aur keh raha hey tujhe gussa hona chahiye.

Rahul: ha...kyunki main yaha pisle adhe gante se wait kar rahi hoon...par tum dono ho ki ghore bechke so rahe ho...

Mayank: kisne kaha tha wait karne ko?

Rahul: ajib hey...tu sab bhul gaya kya...tujhe short term memory loss huya hey kya?

Mayank: kya?

Rahul: arre tu bhul gaya ki tune aur Nupur ne mujhe promise kiya tha kit um dono shadi main meri madad karoge...par lagta hey tum dono hi kahi aur khoyi ho...

After hearing Nupur's name Mayank felt a chill sensation was going through his spine. But he had to control his feeling...cause if Rahul could figure out what was going on in his mind he would definitely tell it to Nupur...and if Nupur would get to know that...then only God knew what would happen...so he tried to act normal...

Mayank: ha ha mujhe yaad hey main a raha hoon...

Rahul: thik hey...jaldi ana.

After about forty five minutes Mayank reached Nupur's boutique. Rahul was waiting for them. But Nupur was late...

Mayank: hi...Nupur kaha hey?

Rahul: maharani abhi tak nehi ayi...pata nehi itna der kyun lag arhi hey.

On the other side Nupur was hell confused ...first time in her life she was confused to select her outfit...all times she selected a random dress and wore it...but this time something was different...she wanted to look beautiful...after rejecting so many outfits she took a sky blue churidar...then she applied minimum makeup...her hair was open...she was succeeded...she looked stunning...

After one and half hour from Rahul's phone call Nupur reached her boutique. Mayank was continuously staring at the entrance. Actually he was desperately waiting for Nupur. When Nupur entered into the boutique he couldn't take off his eyes from her. On the other side Nupur felt Mayank's intense gaze on her. She felt her cheek getting warmth... For the first time Nupur was blushing...Thanks to God that Rahul didn't notice that...cause if he noticed then he would make it today's breaking news...Nupur went towards them...

Nupur: hi...

Rahul: Nupur tu itna der kyun laga di...itne der kaha the...tujhe pata hey na kitne kam baki hey...meri shadi hey yaar...

Mayank: Rahul relax...sab thik ho jayega...

Nupur: ha Rahul...tu tension maat kar..main hoon na...assa chal main tujhe design dikhati hoon...

They all were going to see the design. Rahul was going step forward. Mayank and Nupur were walking side by side. Suddenly Mayank came closer to Nupur and told in her ear...

Mayank: you are looking so beautiful today...
