Shilpa Sharma thought of choosing her cards very cautiously today. She turned towards mayank and started speaking a bit casually thinking this would help in getting away with the seriousness to grip the situation completely, "Mayu, yaad hai tumhari lambi list jo mere questions ka answer thi jab maine tumse tumhare marriage ki baat ki thi, wo puri ho gayi" smiling she waited for his reaction.
Mayank was startled again and again after hearing tha same declaration from his Mother, "Poori ho gayi" making a dis-appointed face he said, "itni aasani se kaise poori ho gayi" his father looked at him bewildered at his reactions, Mayank noticed this and tried explaining, "i mean Ma....."
Shilpa Sharma again started speaking excitedly, "Ma- Wa kuch nahi Mayu tumhi ne kaha tha naa............ki agar tumhare conditions poore hue to you have no problem.......toh Condition No 1: She should think through her heart and speak through her mind"
Mayank interrupted, "toh kya yeh poori hui?" looking perplexed
Shilpa Sharma spoke with a smile, "Haan hui na....."her smile grew bigger, "Condition No. 2: She should respect your family and take great care of it, as she must be doing it for her own family"
Mayank was thinking-Who is this now that has already proved to Ma that she respects and cares for his family....
Shilpa Sharma continued, "Condition No 3: She should have some principles and virtues in life for bigger prospects"
Mayank kept listening with a face that said, really???....... but why did she have to meet his mother....
Shilpa Sharma kept smiling to his changing reactions and continued, "Condition No 4: She should be as Humanly real as possible.....he didn't like fake people at all.....Condition No 5: She should be beautiful inside out (this Mayank had added to make things more difficult so that his Mom doesn't bother in searching someone any sooner as it would be more difficult to find someone with so many qualities easily....though Mayank didn't believe in looks of a person mattering much.... but he added it to his advantage.........but now it was not helping much to him now..he smiled at his thoughts when he had thought that it was a difficult list to fulfill...) Condition No 6: She should be...."
Mayank stopped his mother now coming to terms with it he asked, "Kaun hai Ma woh aur aapko kahan mil gayi?"
Shilpa Sharma replied smiling big, "Nupur Bhushan, whatever you say Beta, she is the only one fitting all your choices..."

Nupur tried hard not to shout in reply to her Bauji's new bright idea and tried to keep her tone down as much as she could, "But Bauji Mayank Sharma, aapko bhari puri duniya mein ek wahi mila tha" she tried to make it sound more of dramatic rather than making it sound accusing, she had that unique quality in her
Bauji replied calmly looking at how dramatically Nupur was taking things which were nevertheless serious to her too, "Beta, shanti se baithke aaram se socho.....mujhe toh woh tumhare liye perfect lagta hai"
Nupur replied confused, "Bauji perfect???......aap toh jaante hain naa mere dreams aur mere wishes......"
Bauji knew what she was talking about, though she didn't say clearly everything to him he had every idea about her and her wishes which she talked about.... he replied back, "Haan Nupur, aur isiliye main poori tarah sure hoon iss baare mein"
Nupur felt her eyes getting blurred with tears suddenly and she turned around to hide them from Gunjan and Bauji and replied, "Bauji please....kya main kuch der iss baare mein soch sakti hoon.." when all she wanted was to think of the situation and how to come out of it..

Gunjan and Bauji left her room while Gunjan retorted to Bauji in the hallway. "Bauji please app Di ko kisi bhi cheez ke liye force nahi karenge, Main aap par poora trust karti hoon par main Di ko upset bhi nahi dekh sakti..aur life time ke liye toh bilkul bhi nahi...." she made a worried and sad face herself and left the room leaving Shashi Bhushan to think over his own words and their's too.....

Mayank was hell shocked to hear Nupur's name from his mother and that too knowing him very well.....and for marriage, marriage how could she think even once about it let alone discussing it seriously with him and his dad. His dad didn't say much in between Mayank and Shilpa discussing this amazed Mayank too but right now he had not much time to ponder over it, but he knew that when Sameer Sharma spoke it was usually the decision and not general discussion. Mayank was somehow a modern reflection of his father in quite a lot of things.
Shilpa Sharma got up in a hurry and turned before leaving to say, "I took this decision after yesterday's party, discussing it with Shashi Bhushan and your Dad too....and now you have exactly 7 days to convince me against it" then paused and spoke thoughtfully "or get yourself convinced if i may put it and she left leaving Mayank baffled out of his wits"

After Gunjan & Bauji left, why she started crying she didn't knew.....was it because her dream for her prince charming had come to a sudden single decision..... she didn't knew...........was it because she expected her Bauji to let her be this dreamy person as long as she wanted...she didn't knew....about Mayank....she didn't knew....he may have agreed?....she knew this....surely not....then how to welcome the relation....she didn't knew at all....she found herself missing her Mom today....& about this she couldn't even converse with Shilpa Aunty too......she felt the door opening, Gunjan had come and sat beside her and placed her hands on Nupur's shoulder asking, "Di, iss baare mein kuch baat karni hai"
Nupur nodded in a "No" and hugged her while Gunjan replied, "Bauji wants you to think over it for 7 days & final decision will be yours".
