what happened that made Geet call Vicky
Geet opened the door to the brother who tried to kill her- Brij
Brij- ek minute Geet. Darwaza band karne se pehle meri baat sun lo
Geet with tears streaming from her eyes continues to struggle but Brij being Brij slips in
Brij- Geet..Daarji bohot beemar hain.
Tujhse milna chahte hain
Geet looks up shocked feeling pangs of regret, hurt and a love she thought didn't exist
Geet- main aapka vishwaas kyun karu?
Brij- kyun ki Geet..main sachh keh raha hoon. Chahti ho toh ghar mein phone karke pooch lo
Geet- toh aap yahan?
Brij- daarji ko teri yaad aa rahi hai..aur pata nahi woh ek aur din dekhein bhi ya nahi.
Ek baar milna chahte hain aur mujhe lene ko bheja
Geet- agar main nahi aayi to?
Brij- Geet...mujhe majboor matt karna.
Geet told him she'll be back.
She tried calling Maan who didn't pick up.
She called Vicky and Rajji to come
Brij- Geet..waqt nahi hai..jaldi karo.
Geet said okay and quickly went with him
About 20 minutes later, Rajji and Vicky pulled into the drive way and hurried inside..looking for Geet
She was of course, no where to be found.
Rajji started crying..
Vicky tried geet's cell phone but it was on silent and his calls went unanswered
They decided to go to Maan
Vicky rushed inside Maan's cabin where he was working
Maan- Vicky..Yeh kya matlab hua- ? KYa hua ?
Vicky- Bhai..Bhabhi..bhabhi
Maan got up as a cold fist started to choke him..
Maan- KYa hua Geet ko?
Vicky- she's not home. Not picking up cell phone.
Maan decided to call her to check..btu no replies
Geet now had more than 20 missed calls and 15 text messages
Maan was worried..seriously worried..With hands shaking, and head dizzy.. he decided he'd wait for some more time and then go search for her
He sat back down with his hands covering his face...shaking with uncontrollable terror
Vicky came to him and put his hands on his brother's
Vicky- bhai..we'll find her..don't worry.
she called us and we left immediately but by the time we reached she was not there..
Maan started moaning in a very low tone..Geet..tum kahan ho?
Geet reached hoshiyarpur when it was dark.
Within 20 minutes of reaching, she was back in front of the doors she had to almost die to get out of.
She was never coming back, she had promised herself..and yet..here she was
Where was she? where was she?
Rajji- Jeeju...she'll be fine na?
And she burst out crying and Vicky hugged her and led her away from Maan who needed to be alone and not asked questions that were running with the speed of light in his head..leaving it reeling
No one in the family dared to utter a word or meet her eye
Of course..how could they after all that had happened?
She went quietly to Daarji and held his hand.
How utterly selfish they all were..no one cared about her here and she felt a sudden longing for home...for maan.
But she sat there allowing daarji to look at her...while she wondered how maan was doing without her
So this is how hell feels like?
He needed her back..he needed her back in his arms and he didn't know what to do?
Nothing could assuage what he was going through except her sweet smile, her big brown eyes and her arms around his neck...and yet..he was alone
He banged his fist on the table and his phone rang
Maan- hello
Geet- maan..
Maan- GEET?? tum kahan ho? kya hua? tum thik toh ho? main abhi lene aata hoon..Jaanti ho kitna pareshaan tha..ek baar toh bata deti...
Geet- Maan..main thik hoon. aapko call kiya tha. you didn't pick up. I'm at Hoshiyarpur, Brij vir ji lene aaye. Daarji is very unwell. I couldn't not go.
Maan was seething in anger but was also relieved she was safe.
Maan- main abhi aata hoon.
Geet- maan...jaldi aayiye...mujhe aapki bohot yaad aa rahi hai..aur ek darr bhi lag raha hai
Maan put everything in his next lines
Maan- Listen to me, Geet Maan Singh Khurana- I love you and nothing matters more than your safety and happiness. I'll be there when you wake up.
Ab jaake so jaao
Geet- maan..I love you too.jaldi aayiga
Maan felt weak with relief and decided to leave..realized she probably hadn't taken any clothes and packed for her..and left home after telling Vicky where he was going.
HE drove very fast and was under Geet's room window at about 3 am.
With a smirk on his face, he climbed- taking a pair of fresh clothes for both of them.
