PART-11

Next morning

sun rays fell on ridhima disturbing her beauty sleep, she woke up lazily streching her hands out and sat on the bed ,the first thing came to her mind was that she was in Armaan room, she stiffened at the thought and quickly looked towards the couch and found its empty, Ridhima sighed in releif and turned her gaze towards the bathroom door which was unlocked "lagta hai Armaan room mein nahi hai, she grinned remembering her fight with Armaan last night "its funnnn to annoy Armaan, " she thought about how she made Armaan sleep on the couch and grinning to herself went into the bathroom.

She quickly got herself ready in a blue colour chudidaar and went downstairs..... entering the living room she found rahul sitting on the dining table munching on his breakfast, " gudmorning rahul" she greeted with a smile while taking a chair infront of him, "hey ridds" rahul said cheerfully... "mom ne kaha ke tum dono kal raat bahut der se aaye the, kahin bhai tumhen long drive par to nahi nahi legaye the"??? he asked grinning mischeviously at her....

"aisi koi baat nahi hai, wo hamein ghar se nikalne mein hi der hogayi thi" said ridhima not looking at rahul.

"Bas subah hote hi shuru hogaya, pehle use breakfast to karlene de, tum logon ko hospital bhi jaana hai" ananya said coming out from kitchen.

While having her breakfast she looked here and there for Armaan,.... ananya looked at Ridhima" Armaan ko dhoond rahi ho"..... "na...nahi maa...mai..wo...main...to...haan, wo papa nahi aaye breakfast karne ke liye?? Ridhima looked embaressed and fumbled with her words ..... ananya smiled at her "unki to important meeting thi isiliye wo kal hi delhi chalegaye...... aur Armaan breakfast pe is liye nahi aaye kyun ki, wo to subah 7 baje hi hospital chalagaya, tum so rahi thi isiliye shaayad usne tumhen disturb nahhi kiya nahi".....
Ridhima gave her a weak smile.....
"tum bhi jaldi se breakfast karlo aur hospital rahul ke saath chali jaana" ananya said to ridhima.
ridhima nodded her head.

Ridhima entered the hospital with rahul....
"Hey guys, wait for me" Both turned back by hearing the voice ,and looked at simran waving and coming towards them,
"hii rahul,hi rids" simran greeted them with a bright smile....
"Hiii sim" both smiled back and they headed towards the nurse station talking about random things....
Rahul looked at the nurse station and frowned not seeing muskaan there. "Yeh muskaan abhi tak nahi aayi" he thought.
"Hey rahul, hi simran" adi wished them and turned towards ridhima,
"hii rids" he said with a smile.
"Hey adi" ridhima smiled back.

"Rids tum kal bina mile hi chali gayi, i thought of calling you, but muskaan stopped me saying that you left on the pretext of some urgent work, is everything alright ???" adi asked concerned.

"yaa everything is fine, got stuck with some personal problem, i informed muskaan about it, anyways thanx for the concern" ridhima replied flatly.

"ohh.. ok" adi felt bad on ridhima's carefree reply.

"Good morning interns" all interns turned to look at armaan coming towards them.
Armaan wished them with a smile and glared at ridhima, getting nervous by his angry glare ridhima dropped her gaze down.
Dr.aditya special ward.
Dr.rahul burns ward.
Dr.ridhima childrens ward.
Dr.simran u will be assisting me in the ot, by hearing this simran's face lit up, she did 'hullla hulla hu' in her mind and smile to herself.
.... Just them muskaan came running and panting "good morning dr. Armaan" she wished brething heavily.
Rahul turned toward muskaan and smiled brightly..
Armaan looked up from his file "dr. Muskaan you r 10 min late
"Sorr....sorrry dr mallik " she answered controllong her breath.
Armaan did'nt say anything and looked annoyed at muskaan.
"Dr. Muskaan You will be in the general ward and will be doing 1 hr extra duty as your punishment" Armaan said with a straight face.
"but doctor i was stuck in "... "2hrs" armaan said with anger ....
But i.... She was cut again by a furious armaan "3 hrs"
when muskaan again tried to reason for her coming late, rahul rushed to her side and stopped her by keeping his hand on her waist signalling her to stop... Muskaan turned to rahul and glared at him .

Ok doctors now move to your duties" Armaan ordered and stormed back to his cabin.

"Oye tune mujhe roka kyun,main koi extra duty nahi karne waali, main to us taxi waale ki wajah se late hogayi" muskaan yelled at rahul shoving his hand with force...

"shukar kar ke maine tujhe rok liya warna agar bhai ko gussa aajata na to tujha aaj night duty karni padti..." rahul said irritated by her not so thankful behaviour...

Muskaan about to retort him back bt stopped by seeing dr.keerti coming towards nurse station... " tujhe to main baad mein dekhloongi" saying this she rushed to her duty..

Rahul smiled lookng at muskaan's retreating back " haiii !!! main to kab se chaahta hun ke tu sirf aur sirf mujhe dekhe" .... He sighed dreamingly.

Rahul , ridhima and adi was sitting in the cafetaria waitng for muskaan and simran to join them, as it was their break time... simran came rushing towards them grinning to herself and took a seat beside rahul lost in her own thoughts... all the three looked at an overjoyed simran and then looked at each other confused... simran looked at them staring at her and frowned. "what?? kya hua, why you all r staring at me"

"Yehi to hum jaan na chaahte hai ke kua hua hai, what made you sooo happy??" ridhiima asked sipping her coffee....

"Lagta hai simran aaj kisi hot ladke se mili hai" adi said and looked at rahul who turned back to see at muskaan coming and his smile widened by seeing her..... Muskaan looked at rahul annoyed and took the only empty seat between rahul and ridhima....

"simran aaj to teri duty dr. Armaan ke saath thi na" asked muskaan avoiding rahul ....

"Haan muski , you know ,i was not able to concentrate on anything when he was around, his eyes,his smile, omg did you see his dimple ohhhh!!!!.... He's sooo charming" she said with a dreamy look on her face.

Rahul looked at simran and said irritated "No not you again, first muskaan and now you, i know my Bhai is very charming but that dosen't mean that you all drool over him when you are having the company of two most hansome guys "rahul said praising him and adi ....

I totally agree with you Rahul, in girls ko to na bas 'Armaan is soo charming ,soo hot" karne ki aadat hogayi hai" Adi said mimiking simran.

"Oye apni shakal dekhi hai bilkul joker lagte ho tum dono, simran mujhe na kuch jalne ki smell aa rahi hai" muskaan said sniffing in the air and hifivyed with simran.

"Haan... haan tere wahi charming dr.Armaan ne aaj tujhe extra duty di hai kyu??" adi laughed with Rahul making fun of muskaan.

"Adi ke bacche is Rahul ke saath reh kar to teri bhi zabaan chalne lagi hai.... aur mujhe extra duty is Rahul ki wajah se karni pad rahi hai, agar yeh aaj mujhe nahi rokta yeh sab nahi hota" muskaan said pointing finger at rahul.

"Are mujh par kyu bhadak rahi hai ,maine kaha tha tujhe late aane ke liye, haan!! aur tu bhai ka gussa jaanti nahi hai, agar main tujhe nahi rokta to, tujhe yeh saara weekend hospital mein hi bitaana padti, agar mujh par yakeeen nahi hai to Ridds se hi poochle ke bhai ka gussa kitna bhayanak hai" rahul said pointing ridhima..... muskaan turned and looked at ridhima.

"haan wo.. wo.... Rahul chod na kyun muski ko dara raha hai, aur hamaara break time bhi hogaya hai.... chal sab apni apni duties par chalte hai" ridhima fumbled with her words changing the topic

Muskaan sensed something fishy about ridhima, she noticed her most of the time getting lost in her thoughts, she knew something is bugging her, but can't point what is it, muskaan made a mental note to ask her later when they are alone....

"Haan Muskaan jaldi jaa , agar phir late hogayi to tujhe 3 ki bajaaya 5 hrs ki duty karni padegi,aur is baar main nahi aaonga tujhe bachaane" rahul said laughing at her

Muskaan got up giving Rahul a deadly glare... Rahul gulped by seeing a furious muskaan .

simran also got up " guys mai bhi chalti hun, mujhe bhi apne armaan ke paas jaana hai"...

"Apne Armaan ke paas!!!??" adi cocked his eyebrow and asked.

"yeah my Armaan, he's my dream man, my prince charming" simran said dreamily and looked at rahul with 'not again' expression on his face and ridhima just hit her forehead with her palm.

"My dear Sim, i am sorry to dissappoint you but he's alredy taken and married , so stop drooling over him" Rahul said bursting sim's dream bubble..

"Whatttttt??" simran shouted with shock and ridhima stiffened on hearing rahul, muskaan noticed Ridhima's expression on hearing Armaan's name, but decided to ask later .......

"Armaan is married , oh nooo, my prince charming is married but... but... but this cant be true " simran asked with a sad face.....

Ridhima knew where this topic will lead to, and wanted to stop thishere itself and to her goodluck there was announcement for the interns to report immediatly for their duties... Ridhima sighed in releif.

All of them rushed to their duties , and both ridhima and muskaan dragged glum faced simran....

Ridhima streched her neck, and yawned sleepily, it was only 5 in the evening, but she was hell tired by handling those naughty kids in the childrens ward, now she just want to rush home and jump into the bed , she smiled herself at the thought of bed " hmmm i must admit that Armaan's bed was like feather,so soft and comfortable, i had a peaceful sleep last night, or may be i felt like that becoz i made Armaan sleep on the couch, poor Armaan had to sleep on the couch" she said to herself and smiled.

Ridhima took her bag moved towards the door ,only to crash in to Armaan ... he caught her before she hit the floor by his strong arms holding securely from her waist, Ridhima stumbled and took hold of armaan's collar for support , she looked up as her green eyes met his blue ones, She noticed his every feature closely, his eyes, his manly lips,his cute adorable dimple, she has sudden urge to just poke her finger in his dimple and blushed a little ..

Armaan smirked at seeing her lost in him, he knew he had that effect on girls" honey i know i am too hot and irresistable, but please control, this is hospital not our bedroom, and if you are soo desperate then...... " he said tightening his grip on her waist pulling her closer...

As his words hit her, Ridhima got conscious of the surroundings and their position, she mentally cursed herself for staring at him and struggled to come out of his hold....

"Armaan chodo mujhe" she twisted herself in his arms.....

"are thodi der pehle to mujhe bade hi pyaar se dekh thi, aur ab itna gussa" Armaan said cheekily ... Ridhima looked daggers at him and tried to push him by keeping her hands on his chest,

In return he brought her more close to him, so close that ridhima can feel his hot breath on her face, she looked up as her green eyes met his blue eyes ,she felt herself loosing in those oceanic deep eyes ... hoding her close with one hand on her waist , he moved his other hand to her face and grazed his knuckles on her cheek sensually to feel her creamy soft skin, ridhima closed her eyes shivering by his touch..... his gaze fell down on her lips, he bent down his head to feel her lips on his ....Ridhima can feel his hot breath now touching her lips, she was too dazed to think what was happening , it felt like a beautiful dream to her ,and she dosen't want to come out of this dream..... he moved closer and was about to capture her lips but suddenly backed off and left her abruptly..... Ridhima opened her eyes by not feeling his secure hold on her waist and saw him standing by crossing his hands and leaning towards the wall grinning at her, she just stared at him confused and trying to control her breathing, which quickened by their close proximity , she looked at him in a daze trying to understand what just happend..

"Sweet heart i came here to inform you about your extra duty" Armaan said grinning looking at her breathing heavily. his words made her come out of her trance .

"But meri duty to poori hogayi hai, then why this extra duty?" ridhima confused .....

"yes darling you have a night duty today, i personally assigned this duty to my beautiful wife as a return favour for last night" Armaan said coming towars her.

Ridhima frowned" this... this is cheating, main koi night duty nahi karne waali" she said crossing herhands on her chest.

"Night duty to tumhen karni hi padegi!!! tum shaayad bhool rahi ho ke main tumhaara senior hun aur tumhen mera order maan na hi padega nahi to...." he said moving closer to her ear.


"Ridhima stood their stunned " oh noo, ab main kya karun , mujhe saari raat yahaan duty karni padegi, kis ne kaha tha tujhe over smart ban ne ke liye, yahaan to mujhe bed to chodo couch bhi nahi milega sone ke liye, ridhima jaldi se kuch soch warna armaan tujhe badla lene ka koi mauka nahi chodega" she cursed armaan under her breath and started thinking of a way of this mess"

Armaan looked at her lost in her thoughts and smirked"dr. Ridhima you can go home now and report again at 8 in the night" he ordered her .

Armaan came forward and gave quick peck on her cheek completely startling her "hope you enjoy your night in the hospital honey " he said and went out grinning at her expression.

"I am not your honey " a furious ridhima yelled throwing her bag at him...
