Hello all..i am back after a while..For some weird reason, i haven't been able to write but i tried and this is the outcome..it's short but hopefully it will help me write..the story is getting interesting..at least i hope so...here it is

Recap:

He walked to his bed and was about to climb in when he heard someone talking in whispers.

He wondered who could be up so late and walked into the hall. He heard the whispers from Vicky's room. He stood outside his room.

Chapter 6

Maan wondered what was going on with Vicky. He placed his ear against the door quietly and heard his hushed whispers " yes, I will soon. I promise. Ok, bye".

Maan couldn't stop himself as he turned the doorknob and walked in. He watched as fear flashed in Vicky's eyes. Something was not right and he knew it. He folded his arms across his chest as he questioned "what's going on Vicky ? Who are you talking to so late?"

Vicky knew nothing escaped his BB but he had to try. "Woh BB, actually a friend of mine called from the states and I was talking to him." Clearly, Maan wasn't convinced.

" And may I ask why you felt the need to have the conservation in whispers?" Vicky struggled to find his way out.

"Actually BB, since everyone was sleeping, I didn't wanted to disturb anyone." Maan simply nodded. He knew his brother was hiding something but he decided to let it go for the moment. Vicky walked up to BB and placed his hand on his shoulder.

"Don't worry BB, there is nothing to worry about."

Maan nodded again. " Ok, you go to sleep now." Maan shook his hand through Vicky's hair playfully and walked out. There was something off and he was going to find out.

The next morning Geet walked into Khurana Mansion. She saw Dadi ma and went to hug her. "Good morning Dadi ma." Dadi ma smiled as she placed her hand on her cheek.

"Good morning beta" Dadi ma placed her arm around geet's shoulder as they sat on the sofa.

Geet looked around the empty hall and questioned "Dadi ma, where is everyone? It's already 8am and no one is here yet not even maan."

Dadi ma laughed " even at this old age, my grandsons never fail to surprise me. Vicky who was always the lazy one was up first and left early for something important. And my punctual grandson maan on the other hand who is always up at a certain time every morning is still sleeping."

Geet's eyes widened in shock. "no way Dadi ma ! As long I have known maan, he has never been sleeping this late." Dadi laughed yet again.

"It's ok beta, lots of things happen for the first time. Why do you go up and see if you can wake him up? I already gave up." Geet smiled and nodded. Geet headed up the stairs and entered maan's room.

She walked in with her mission to wake him up but before she could even say his name, her eyes got caught on his face. She couldn't help but stare as she got caught up in his trance and he wasn't even doing anything. She sat at the edge of his bed and ran her hand through his hair. She was end up staring at him all day if she didn't wake him up. She walked over to open the curtains. She looked over to see the sunrays kiss his face. He squinted under the bright light and did a little tangle with his blanket, which ended up exposing his board chest covered with a little black tank. She was tempted to run her hands over his toned muscles.

She sat back on his bed and nudged his shoulder as she said, " Maan." Maan grunted, as he was disturbed from his sleep. He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her towards him. " Maan, what are you doing? Please get up, Dadi ma is waiting for us downstairs." Maan opened half an eye and saw his Misiti blushing and struggling to get out of his hold. "Come up Maan, it's already 8:15 am. Why haven't you gotten up yet? Are you feeling ill? She brought her hand on his forehead. Maan shifted his weight to lie on his back and geet was still pulled against his chest.

"No Misiti, I am not feeling ill. There are actually two reasons for sleeping in this morning.

"Two reasons, really now? So let's hear them." Geet placed her hand on her chin and she didn't notice the fact she made herself comfortable to snuggle with him but maan did.

Maan smiled and started, "Well the first reason is that I promised you that I would start everyday with you and until we are married, I have to wait for you to wake me up so I see you first thing in the morning." Geet cuddled closer to maan as she heard his sweet words. "And the second reason is" she whispered. " And the second reason is that I was having the most beautiful dream about a girl."

Geet shot up straight and glared into his eyes. "Girl? What girl? You having dreams about some girl?"

Maan laughed, "You know there is only one girl in my life who has imprisoned me in her spell day and night and that's you, only you Misiti." Geet's anger went out the window as she felt herself melt like candle wax in her Prince Charming's arms. Maan took full advantage and did a roll to pin geet below him. Geet was shocked at the quickness of his movements. Maan winked " too fast for you, eh"

The redness of her blush started to sneak back on her face. She pushed against his shoulders without any luck. "Please Maan, let me go." Maan shook his head at her and he brought his face closer to his. Geet watched as his face was coming closer and closer by the second. Just as his lips were about to be caught with hers, geet turned her face to the other side and maan's lips landed on geet's ear instead. But Maan wasn't discouraged. He started nibbling on her earlobe sending shivers down geet's spine.

Geet felt her control slipping away as pleasure took over her body. "Maan, please" she whispered and she didn't know what she was even saying please for but yet again maan knew. She ran her hands through his body and pulled him closer. Maan pulled back to stare at her as he saw new boldness in her.

"Geettt, beta. Is maan up yet? Dadi hollered from the bottom of the stairs.

Geet bolted up as she heard dadi's voice. In the process, she banged her forehead with maan's. Oddly, they both reached out to the other to see if they were ok. "Oh Maan, what if Dadi comes up?" she pulled herself off the bed.

"Geet, why are you always ----------?" Geet ran out of the room before he could finish. "scared. Oh, what a start to the morning. He smiled as he took out his outfit for the day and went to shower.

Later on in the day, Geet was sitting in her cabin looking over files. She glanced up and looked through the glass to see Maan's empty cabin. He had meetings outside the office today all day. The office seemed so lonely without him. "Maybe I will go home early today." She barely finished her thought as her cell phone began to ring. She picked it up without looking at the display knowing it would be Maan. "Hello Maan, how did you know I was missing you?" She heard silence from the other end. "Maan, stop playing around. I want to hear your voice." She heard the click on the other end as the line went dead. She looked at her cell. "He hang up, he calls and then he hangs up." Geet was upset. Her cell phone went off once again and this time she looked at the display and read "Unknown number. Why is he calling from a unknown number?" She picked it " Hello maan."

This time she heard someone breathing evenly on the other end. She knew as well as she knew her name that it was not Maan breathing on the other end. She got a little terrified. "Who is this?" When the person continued to breath on the other end. She pressed the disconnect button on her cell. "Who was it ? was maan or someone pulling my leg ?" Geet sat in thought as she tried to figure out who was calling.
